Absolutely fantastic! Very warm and welcoming. Selena at the front was very caring and passionate to work with. She helped me through the process and set everything up very quickly and answered any questions I had, I very much enjoyed how comforting it was while inside.Dr. Ngo was amazing to work with, gave plenty of options for taking care of me. She was very informative and outstanding during my extraction! Dr. Ngo did such a wonderful job, especially as I have had some rough care in the past and has left me concerned with my dental health care and procedures.Overall I am very pleased with Focus Dental, especially with accommodating towards me everyone was. I very much look forward to coming back again, and I will be highly recommending them to my peers and acquaintances.

I’m fairly new to this city. I began looking for a dentist for my son and I was looking for a place with good reviews, I didn’t care how far I went, I like good customer care. I seen that this place was literally down the street from us with many many good reviews. I was excited, made an appointment and I was not disappointed. They are very kind and informative. I visited them while quarantine was going on, wow, they really keep the place sanitized and they checked both my son and I’s temperature as soon as we stepped in..over all, yes, I recommend this place 👍🏻

Took my young daughter to get teeth pulled and it was her first time getting anything serious done so she was scared. I took her somewhere else and it was a bad experience.The doctor and staff at Focus were so so sweet and patient with her. My daughter was literally trying to dance and laugh getting a root canal! They made her feel so comfortable! The office was clean and seemed organized.they had plenty of new Kid movies for my daughter to choose from. And they took Covid 19 procedures seriously. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable! Best Dentist in the area!!

Focus Dental offers an exceptional level of service to their patients. The way Dr. Ngo and her staff work with my twin boys is truly astonishing! I highly recommend them to all - they are so great with kids and unique family dynamics. They are open and accepting to all and will make sure you know what is happening every step of the way. Professional and will keep both parents involved (in scenarios of divorces, two homes, etc). They even have evening appointments available.

All the clinic staff are great!! Dr Gno explained all the results; gave me her recommendations and really listened to my input. Hygienist was very professional and courteous; receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall a very refreshing “patient friendly” experience!!

This place was recommended by a friend at first we were a little skeptical about it because we ( my husband and I) had bad experience with most of the office we went to. They either rush, not gentle to my sensitive teeth, or tell me I’m done and I left the office with no instructions what should I do to maintain. Not Dr.Ngo. She took her time explaining. She made sure we left satisfied. She explained pretty everything but still worried that she left out stuff. That means a lot. Most dentist we went to explain As well but didn’t bother to see if we understood or not just say what they need to say and left. Throughout the procedure she made sure I’m comfortable, same with my husband. The staffs were awesome. The environment really nice, clean, and smell good too lol

So far Ive been there a total of two times. The cleaning took longer than expected but when I went back to get fillings done I was in and out in under an hour.They really seem to want to take care of your teeth and make sure you know what is happening. They spent some time the first time trying to see what I already knew about my teeth so they could help me better.They have always been patient with me when I wasnt necessarily understanding something.I know everyone has a different fit as far as care goes but I definitely suggest trying them out if you need a dentist.

Fantastic office. They are quick to get you in and have wonderful customer service- they make you feel like family! From front desk to back office- they have their office perfected to a science. I take my 2 year old here and even he leaves with a beautiful smile. Amazing practice!

Dr. Ngo is a wonderful dentist. She spent her time to explain, to show me the correct way how to brush the teeth. Dr. Ngo cleaned and checked my teeth by herself, its not normal for most other dentists, which let their assistants clean the teeth for patients.

The office has always been clean every time I have an appointment. They always remind you through texts when an appointment is coming up which is convenient when you make it 6 months in advanced and forget to put it in your calendar. The staff is nice and I would highly recommend Focus Dental.

My son and I both come here. He likes the amenities such as PlayStation and movies. I myself love those features as well.. You even get movies above you while your worked on. Its overall a really wonderful practice and highly recommended!

I came here with my wife and we loved it. The entire staff is friendly, the place is clean and well equipped. They even have screens in the ceiling and you can watch the movie you choose. Totally recommended

My girls had an amazing experience my youngest is 3 and was so scared to go to the dentist. But as soon as we got there the staff was amazing and she wasnt scared anymore! My older two had a great experience also they were very comfortable and i would definitely recommend going to this office.

Dr. Ngo is a Doctor who cares for her patients on a personal level. As a patient who is disabled and in a wheelchair, she is always making sure my needs are being met.On top of that, she is one of the best Dentists to ever makes sure, that my mouth is in good health. Dr. Ngo and her staff are amazingly kind, efficient, non judgemental, professional, and compassionate. They make sure their patients receive the care they need with as little discomfort as possible. Never thought Id have a great experience at a dentist!

I was very dissatisfied with being asked to pay 25% upfront for a filling during my next appointment! (She waived the fee when I questioned it) Not only that, but she made me a hard plastic mouth guard that did not fit right. My bite was off. I went back for 3 adjustments, and it still wasnt fitting properly. I was a patient when she was beginning her practice (Nov 2012), so maybe shes worked out the kinks by now. =/

I have been under the care of Dr. Ngo for many years and have not experienced a single flaw.Waiting Room:- Very clean.- Has a gaming console for your child to play with while they are waiting.- A restroom is in the lobby and is extremely clean.- A friendly receptionist is always there with her utmost effort to assist.The wait is nearly nonexistent. If you arrive within 5-10 minutes of your appointed time, your wait should be a blink of an eye.Patient Care:You will be prepped with the standard procedure by a dental assistant and followed up by Dr. Ngo.-There is an abundant list of updated movies for you to select and watch while you are being refurbished.-The dental assistants are very gentle and filled with character.My interaction with Dr. Ngo has been first-rate compared to all the other dentist I have been placed under. Dr. Ngos consultation ensures that you understand what is going on and offers advice to fix the problem. Since I have been under the care of Dr. Ngo, I have made a complete turnaround with my dental hygiene. My conversations with Dr. Ngo are held dear to me. She shared her experiences with me and gave me advice on my career/college aspirations. She made a major impact in my dental hygiene and my personal life. The cleaning is done in a very fast manner but effective. There is no pain to be felt.Wisdom Teeth Removal:I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ngo a couple years ago. That experience was pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable at the beginning. She also offered nitrous oxide and anesthetic to block the pain. During the operation, she was very mindful if I was in pain. Her technique of removing my wisdom teeth was very effective because my bones have filled in and I made a full recovery. It was like I never had those teeth.Cost:There are no hidden fees.The prices are fair.There are many dental options for you to choose from.Dr. Ngo is a very reputable dentist. She proved that to me within the last several years. The techniques and consultation she provides are effective.
