This place has changed alot in the past few months. I have been coming here since this place opened and they were just OK with their customer service . But now they deserve a 5 star customer service rating and i would mention miss Xheri for the excellent help she has been and her above and beyond patience with oldies like me. Shes a fantastic edition to this business.

Avoid this vision center at all costs. The Spanish women that work there are extremely confrontational and barely speak English. Overall, the staff are quite literally stupid.The one short Spanish optician with short straight, dark hair and skinny, literally came off as insane. She told me that my doctors eyeglasses script meant nothing because she is an eye genius and only her recommendations matter and that she ignores peoples scripts because as an optician licensed in NJ she is always right and knows more than the doctors. I kid you not, those were her exact words. She also told me that she doesnt care if their vision center gives people glasses with the wrong scripts because she believes everyone must adapt and that if you dont adapt to their script errors, then its your problem.This place also messed up my glasses scripts a bunch of times and that same insane woman broke the screws on my old frame. I complained to Walmart Corporate about my entire experience there and they promised to investigate, but nothing was ever done.Avoid this place like the plague, the staff are nuts and the quality/knowledge is not there at all. There used to be some good people that worked at this vision center, but they left for a different location very shortly, and now I know why.

Worst place for contacts. I came here twice and waited three and a half weeks for them to arrive. Never again will I get contacts from here. I recommend BJs Optical in Rutherford, my contacts arrived in five days all the time.

EVERYONE I have spoken with here are very friendly. I went in friday December 22 right before Christmas i maybe was in the store less yhen and hour and that was on top of my grocery shopping. and my glasses came in still less then 7 days.

My and my son we visit the vision center in Walmart and we were served by Alfred he was very knowledgeable and patient and friendly.Thank you very much for your help Alfred

You should go to psychologist after your eye exam staff may makes you crazy. They are very rude and disrespectfull.

Alfred was very helpful changing my lenses from broken frames into new frames while I waited

Claudia better get some interpersonal skills training, I was explaining to her what was the reason why I was there, and she responded with hostility and aggressively that I was accusing them(who would say that), I was just telling her the frame was not in the same condition that it was brought in(unfortunately my husband did not check it out once he received the frames), and the right arm was very loose, and maybe when they were putting the lenses in, it was not handled properly, that is not an accusation, that is an explanation of how things happen, then she proceeded to say come back tomorrow when the manager is here, I approached her politely and treated her with respect, another gentleman was also trying to give me a hard time when I shortly explained about the frames, they have no courtesy with their clientele, he finally took the frames to the back and fixed it in no time, they need to learn to treat customers, without our businesses they wouldnt have a job there, be careful dealing with this people, I pretty much was in shock of the rudeness and use of such a word like accusation, when all I was doing was explaining, they dont deserve our businesses. Very disappointing. Claudia shouldnt be allowed to work in this field. This job is not for her, what a horrible attitude she has.
