It is always a pleasure to visit the Gardner office. The employees are so upbeat and very considerate. Service is fast, (no long waiting) and efficient. I have compared their charges to a few larger places and find them within reason. Glad they are close to home!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I am mostly happy with my new glasses and prescription. My only complaint is that now, I need to do a better job cleaning my car windows.

Drs. Hawks, Besler, Rogers and Stoppel have been the primary caregivers for my eye care for over 30 years. I have been fortunate to be under the direct care of Dr. Hawks for the majority of my visits, but have also had acute care given by two of the other docs. All are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just great people! They have taken care of annual maintenance, glasses, contact lenses, as well as a variety of minor and major eye conditions. When specialty care was needed they didnt hesitate to refer me to specialists. They always have my best interest as their central focus.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers for many years and would recommend him as an eye doctor to anyone. He is patient, personable and takes his time answering any questions you may have. If it is out of his realm (i.e. surgery for example) he has specialists he refers. Highly recommended!

I cant say enough good things. My daughter frequent eye checkups since birth due to prematurity and we always went to childrens mercy. Dr. Stopple is SO much better! The clinic is prompt and on time and he helped my daughter get the right prescription so she actually wanted to wear her glasses! So thankful for this place! They are fantastic with little kids!

Ive lived here 3yrs now. I needed new glasses, so I thought. My actual glasses script didnt change. Yay. But my contacts did. Dr. Stoppel was able to get me fixed up. I was in and out! I even ordered a new pair of glasses. Which came in a week! Picture of new glasses!

Dr. Hawks has been my optometrist for more than 30 years. He is the best. His office staff is friendly and efficient. Once or twice during this time Ive needed to see him for a semi-urgent problem and have always been able to get an appointment. On a couple of occasions I have been seen by other optometrists in the the practice. They are as competent and knowledgeable as Dr. Hawks. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Love the fact they can get you in and out so quickly. They are always willing to help answer any and all my questions, not only for myself but my family members as well. Great Place...Great People:)

We just had our first visit to Dr Stoppel and the team. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Stoppel found a solution to one of our families eye conditions that no other eye doctor was able to figure out. The eye condition was suffered from for over 5 years. We are grateful and look forward to our new eye doctor. Also important was that we did not feel any pressure or pushiness to do purchases or upgrades, we felt respected and valued...not like a captive sales audience like our last eye doctors team treated us.

The entire staff here is so awesome. They are all extremely courteous, friendly and genuine. They are the only doctors I trust with my eyes.

My family of four has gone to Drs Hawks, Besler, and Rogers for years. When our kids were little, Byron made a special connection with the boys. They enjoy the everyone but Byron is special. We saw him constantly to fix our kids glasses, sometimes multiple times a week. They have always been kind and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better group of doctors and staff. You can’t go wrong seeing them.

When my glasses broke just before my Moms funeral due to someone giving me a hug, Dr Rogers made sure that I got my glasses fixed as soon as possible so I wouldnt have to worry. They are always friendly and take very good care of my family.

I love the relaxed atmosphere his office provides and the pragmatic approach he takes to my vision care - he really personalizes each persons visit while providing the best care. In addition to this, he provides a flexible schedule to meet my needs on the weekends.

From the receptionist to the Tec that does the pretexting and especially to the Dr. Then after that to picking out the glasses. The young lady there will tell you the honest truth. We have enjoyed the thorough care we have always gotten here with the variety of doctors. The staff members are professional, efficient and caring; they are willing to answers questions and clarify care. When I ask questions I never feel like they are judging me and my lack of knowledge about eye care. I highly recommend, and have already, this office for all eye care needs.

The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make my visit successful. Dr. Stopple spent a lot of time helping me figure out which contacts would work best for my needs. He also gave me several samples to try.The only thing I wish they could improve on is more selection of glasses frames. I felt it was a bit limited for both my son and my husband. I didnt feel they had the latest up to date styles in frames.

We needed a new eye Dr. since we recently moved back to the Gardner area. We chose the group because of the great reviews already on Google and we were not disappointed. We stopped by to make an appointment. It was set up the next day. The staff was pleasant and professional. The Dr. was knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy anything from him. We did buy our new glasses there. Can’t wait to get them. You you guys soon!

Ive been going to Drs. Hawks, Besler & Rogers for 12+ years, and wont go anywhere else. Over the years, Ive seen everyone, although Dr. Hawks is our primary. All of the doctors and staff are helpful, courteous and just all around great. Every visit is smooth, and (minus the puff of air in the eye that makes you jump) my kids actually like to go. Staff is great about helping you pick out frames and watching the price as well. Excellent service all around!

I was looking for a new eye doctor for my teenage son. We have only been once but from the front desk to Dr. Stoppel we were very pleased with the professionalism and the way they truly cared about his eye care in all aspects. We felt right at home.

Service sets this wonderful practice apart from others. The staff is friendly, quick about getting you in and out and the Doctors know eyes. I always leave with the feeling my eyes are the number one focus (i know a pun) of this group.

Love Dr. Rogers office! The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Rogers always takes the time to listen to all my concerns and answer any questions I might have. Im so glad that they have an office here in Gardner - I would be willing to travel up into Overland Park for a good eye doctor, but I dont have to!

My husband Bob and I have been going here for almost 2 years, the staff is great and most importantly the Drs. are equally great. Our questions and concerns are addressed at our visits, our bills are thoroughly explained so there are no surprises, and through the year no matter how often we come in with crooked glasses, which is way to often, we are greeted with friendly smiles, fixed right up and on our way. Dr. Rogers is very knowledgeable. He listens to what you have to say in order to provide you with the best sight possible. He never rushes through the exam. Beth is awesome also. She remembers who you are and calls you by name. I dont go anywhere else for my vision needs.

A little disappointed. I dropped my sons eye glasses off to be replaced because they were broken but still under warranty. I was told they will call me if there was a problem. After a little over 2 weeks later I called to check status and his glasses were in a drawer with a note saying I need to pay $45. No one called me to let me know. This entire time I thought his glasses were being replaced. The guy I talked to was very helpful and he too didnt understand why no one called and why there would be a fee if they were under warranty. 🙁 He placed the order for me and now I wait.UPDATE: The staff were very apologetic and everything is good now.

I have been seeing Dr. Stopel for the last several years. I have horrible eyesight, and most others dont really know what to do with me and/or assume that I have much bigger issues. Dr. Stoppel is the exact opposite and is always so friendly and explains things in a way that makes sense. My two sons are now seeing him as well, and they adore him! I refuse to go anywhere else. :)

It was my first visit and was really impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and doctors. They really went out of their way and explained each test and gave me several options. I never felt like I was being rushed through and they really took the time.

This was my first trip for eye care and testing with this group. I didnt want to put off getting my eyes tested and my VA appointment is over a month away. Kim and Joleen handled intake and pretesting and made it look easy. Dr. Stoppel handled my eye exam and was easy to talk with. I was in and out without any waiting around.My wife and I work for ourselves and pay for our own healthcare. The same day discount is a wise move and really helps us out. (it probably helps the practice to not have to wrestle with 90day+ insurance reimbursement and coding kickbacks as well) As it turns out, Im just getting old and Ill be back for glasses some time soon.

Excellent Experience! I have been to alot of eye doctors, and this office is by far the best I have been to. I loved how I was able to set everything up online (transfer medical records, print off patient forms, request appt., ets.). By doing this everthing is ready when you arrive to the appointment. There was no wait at all, I was in and out in 45 minutes. The doctor was very helpful as well. He explained everything in a way I was able to understand what he was saying. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
