I have used Dr Melissa Toner for 20 years.Dr Toner and staff at Gardendale Medical have given me excellent care and attention. I have to give a A+++ rating.She is a devoted doctor to her patients.I highly recommend Dr Toner to anyone seeking a great medical doctor.

Absolutely LOVE Dr Toner!! She goes above and beyond taking care of my needs and concerns. Only issue i have is not with any of Dr Toners staff (They are all wonderful) When i call in to make and appt or speak with the nurse i pray that Cathy the receptionist doesnt answer, She could use a refresher course in customer service.

The past 4 months I have called for an appointment with Dr Toner. Only to be told EACH TIME dr toner is out on vacation this week . Really?!? How is this possible? Does she have that many patients? I think not. When speaking with receptionist? today she once again stated dr toner is out on vacation this week my response was again? TERRIBLE SERVICE. Absolutely terrible! A cancer patient cannot be treated as a human being!!!

Doctor Toner has always goes that extra step to make sure my family and I get the care we are needing. I think she actually reads patient charts before seeing the patient. She is a all around good person and doctor. I glad she is on my team.
