Be aware that if you are coming here to have an ultrasound done you will probably be made to wait 30 or more minutes past your appointment time as the blonde woman who performs the ultrasounds is ALWAYS messing with her phone or gossiping with her coworkers in the office (or both at the same time). This has happened to me twice now. Theres no reason for people having to wait so long other than all the gossiping going on in the office (yes, we can hear you in the waiting area, so dont try to pretend it is work-relevant talk).

Make sure they take your insurance before going. The lady on the phone did not ask me what my insurance was when she scheduled my appt so once I got there, I was then informed they do not take Aetna. Would have been nice to know before I drove over 30 mins to get there.

The lady that did my multiple images was fantastic. She talked to me to put me at ease. She was awesome. Highly recommend

Had a mammogram the staff was very courteous, helpful and kind felt at ease also had another very professional kind tech help me with a bone density scan they were both great thank you

Office people are clueless,called yesterday about an appointment Lady states have to have prior authorization from insurance Called back today Lady states it takes two or three days to get authorization.Today is 9/24/2019..I called my insurance co. Authorization was approved on 9/17/2019..Called imaging and she scheduled me an appointment for tomorrow at 2:30 P.M. So I have suffered another week with my neck pain Office workers are a sad bunch to deal with.NEVER AGAIN ..went back and the techs. were great ty....not changing my one star rating due to office staff

I have been in healthcare for 40 years, and am always appreciative of awesome customer service for myself and my family. I have seen and experienced the worse of worse and now the best of the best. Living in Florence, AL, I chose to drive to Gardendale for this procedure after seeing Dr. Parks. The experience from seeing him, the scheduling, to the actual procedure was awesome. His office staff are friendly, engaging, and informative. The guys in the nuclear stress testing area are phenomenal - very professional, skilled, and personable. I would definitely drive the 110 miles again for any procedures at North Jefferson Imaging, Gardendale, AL. I say give them a raise!Nancy TaysFlorence, AL

The absolute slowest office in the history of the United States. 4pm Appointment last two hours to be the only one there to get an MRI. Issue they couldnt get a patient to be still. RESCHEDULE THEM. We dont have all day. Never will I return.
