Dr. Mitchell was simply the best. He has a great heart and really cared about people and their health. He didnt care if you had insurance or not, his goal was to help where he was needed and he did it well.

Dr. Mitchell has been an amazing doctor. He is one of a kind, and I wish him the best in his retirement. Even if you came in feeling sick, he was always a joy to interact with. Gonna miss seeing him around the place but I wish the practice good luck with the new doctors, who I am sure are amazing as well.

Dr Mitchell took care of my family for 14 years. He is absolutely the best. He is a caring human and smart doctor. He is just an all around good human. My family loves him very much.

Ive known Dr. Mitchell for years all three of my kids have seen him and my oldest is now 30 . Dr. Robert Mitchell has always been professional and friendly. You dont get treated as if you are just another warm body ,you are actually a person. He will take the time to stop a have a friendly conversation with you. This is a plus because thats how he gets to know you. We need more Dr Mitchells in this world.

Dr. Mitchell is on a league of his own. He is outstanding. He actually really cares about his patients. A very good doctor! I am thankful to have him as mine!

Expect a wait. In the 14 years I have been a patient I have never had a wait less than one hour. Its frustrating as a patient. The service is good and Dr. Mitchell is excellent with my family. The nurses are great. However, I never feel that my time is valued. I will be searching for a new doctor. I am still sitting in a waiting room as I type this.

Dr. Mitchell and his nurse staff are professional and friendly. Relaxed environment, doctor takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure the both of you are on the same page in regards to your health. He will joke around a bit if you seem comfortable with it, but I’ve heard him be very professional with other patients. The nurses are all very sweet and empathetic. The wait time is often long (I plan on being here 1-2 hours), but I’ve had shorter waits with early morning appointments. You can’t put a price on a doctor like this, he’s worth the wait.

Listens to your concerns. Pays attention and cares. Im from Ohio so this was a big concern for me. I love the professionalism here.

Doctor and staff are great!!..downside is if you make an appointment for a certain time, expect to wait well over an hour after your appointment to even get out of the waiting room

Great Dr!! Seems to genuinely care about his patients and is usually able to see you after a short wait.

Terrible wait time!!! And on top of that. When I finally got back there. He had taken so long that he had to rush through seeing me and without talking for more than maybe a minute or two dismissed me (advising a follow up) 🤔. Will never return.

He is awesome! Been my doctor since I was born!

Dont listen to these other reviews. if you want the truth listen to mine. poor service. all they care about is making money for an office visit instead of taking care of the patient. why make someone come in who isnt sick for a preventative medication if it isnt just b/c you want to charge my insurance. ill never go back to this quack . i wouldnt even give 1 star but i had to in order to make this post.

Dont bother making an appointment. Your time is NOT important to Dr Mitchell. I waited over an hour while they took walk-ins ahead of me. People make appointments for a reason.
