Not a bad location, make an appointment it will help a ton! I came as a walk in and it was nice because they text you when they are ready for you. The front desk was nice and the lab people were also great. I will make sure to come back to this location for next time! It is on the 7th floor so just be aware for time sake. In addition, the parking lot requires you to pay, when I got there the machine was not working so I did not pay but just be aware that you might have to pay.

I read the comments before I came, and I didnt feel very good. Since I was pregnant, I had to do a 3-hour glucose tolerance and no appointment.so I was afraid that I would have to wait too long. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning.took my blood at 8:45. Feeling efficiency is still very high, not as bad as the evaluation. Because Ive been there a long time, and Ive observed it. Its not a long wait to everyone.The nurse and receptionist are also very kind, recommended.

I get very nervous about giving blood samples - I dont like it - big surprise for me - lady at front desk was very nice and Rubi was very very good with taking my bloodwork - no discomfort -a big Thank You to Rubi and front desk lady too!

Been to other quest diagnostics in Santa Ana and this place is by far experienced little to no pain. Coming from someone who have deep veins this sweet Asian lady (forgot her name) found it instantly. I originally scheduled an appointment over the phone but turns out I wasn’t in the system but luckily there was only 1 person ahead of me and only had to wait 5 minutes! Will definitely be coming back for any future blood work

I came in as walk in at 915 am for drugs test. They told me sign in , they said be a little wait and to go back car. Wait for text. I went back in to check after 40 minutes. . They said just wait. I went back to car and long minutes later I got text saying ready for the test. I went up and let them know I was there. I was in wait room. After 25 minutes and hour they said I have to wait for opening. Patients being 10 to 20 minutes late got seen. They donr know how to treat people at this location. I dont even rate half star.

Awful service they are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing. They lost my mothers paperwork and they wouldn’t even call the drs office to get a new one electronically sent, I mean it was there fault why not try to fix it. I honestly suggest a different location.

Made an appointment through the phone number listed locally. Then after waiting 30 something minutes I ask them whats taking so long I made an appointment through your automated system and it never said the date as I said today and it said Friday but never NEXT Friday. So now just to sit here for 2 hours is total BS. I highly un recommend this place. They swear people have time to sit around for hours!!! Empty waiting area.

I took my baby in for blood test I didn’t have an appointment they said wait time will be 45-1hr time . Waited for almost 2 hrs . They pass a lady who got there after me first who also didn’t have an appointment. . The workers are really slow. Never again going to this quest really bad service! I waited in my car for more then an hr got the text I was next and got to the waiting room and waited another 45 mins . So I left !!!!!!

I would have given them zero, but that was not offered. They were so incompetent that they couldn’t even find my paperwork sent over electronically by my doctor. Then I was trying to get it from my doctor, and she was giving me the order number also to help them while she resent. That’s when they started giving me attitude. I walked out. If they can’t find paperwork in their own computer, why would I trust them to draw my blood and get the correct results?

I’m come here today with my daughter, we don’t have appointment and only wait about 20 minutes, good service. Thanks

Same appointment problem as other people, I made appointment online, then came 20mins early and checked in on the screen but waited for an hour without notice from any clerks and there was not busy at that time. Then when I asked them about my appointment, they said I had not checked yet. What a waste.

If you are late, dont have your doctors order, your insurance card, your id dont bother. No appointment upto 5hrs wait.

When I was pregnant I had my three hour glucose test here. The place was packed while i waited in between blood draws. I kept a timer on to remind me when the next blood draw was up. The front desk person asked me to remind her when the next one is coming considering there would be a lot of patients. The phlebotomists were good and nice. The staff at the front desk had a personality that was like cement but got the job done and was helpful. I suspect her personality is like that because this location receives a lot of patients almost at one time. It would be nice to see someone who can lighten up the anxiety in the room though because I know no one goes to the lab because they want to let alone wait forever for a blood draw. There are plenty of seats in the place but unfortunately some families take all their kids so some patients dont get to sit down. Additionally the tv monitor wasnt showing the patients and waiting time so you couldnt see an estimated time nor how many people were ahead of you. My overall experience wasnt bad and the staff didnt give me a hard time nor were they rude.Advice: expect long waits and always check in before sitting down.

Very friendly & Fast with an appt. Had to do blood work and Lateese made it very painless. She is very helpful and friendly as well, which made the experience that much better.

As this is a very busy office, you should make an appointment. I have difficult veins and I usually look for busy offices since they are more experienced. Thats huge for me and I find the staff here experienced and accurate. Its not their fault that people dont plan their visits.

This office should be open at 6am as listed, however it very rarely is. More often than not it doesnt open until 6:20 or 6:30, resulting in a huge line of people extending down the hallway of the building. Plan on getting here early and if not, waiting for a while. This office is consistently busy.

The worst customer service you can ever imagine, i asked about estimated time for my turn and the secretary told me to look at the screen where you can see your name and your waiting time which was 20 mins. After 20 mins screen showed 15 mins remaining waiting time, i asked the secretary again and it was someone else “we don’t have control over the screen time but usually its about 1 hour waiting”. I told her you guys could’ve told me at the beginning it’s going to be an hour, I would come on different day.

My partner went here for blood work and they waited until 1.5 hours later to tell him that they didnt take his insurance. They waited two hours later and when i was in the seat to get blood taken out for them to tell me they dont take mine either. I feel like they should have told us 5-10 mins of getting there like other places do. Waste of time and very slow service!

They told us we had to wait for 1 hour, but we ended up waiting for 2 hours. Terrible service. Do NOT come here if you don’t want your time wasted.

I wouldnt advise going here without an appt. I always make an appt. and its a breeze. The technician Ive been getting is wonderful, really no pain and not even a pinch! If only I could remember her name!

Friendly, I guess. But very slow (unless it’s noon) sometimes.. but they need cleaning service, it’s very VERY dirty the restroom is the worst. Not enough toilet paper stacked & floors and used toilet paper thrown all over the place 🤮🤮

Please look for another lab.A middle aged vietnamese woman, the only staff working at this lab at that time, fished for my 6 month olds vein. She was not gentle with the baby at all and kept poking him with the needle on both arms. When my husband demanded what she was doing she got frustrated at him and at the baby saying that the baby did not drink and eat enough. She should have stopped if she couldnt find the vein after one movement. My baby cried hysterically and lost his voice and got red dots on his face from crying and the heat. Both of his arms are bruised.I do not recommend taking any child to this lab at all. It was a traumatic experience for us. Please look for another lab if you do not want your child to have a horrible experience.

All the services Ive received here have been professional and done in good time. As far as blood tests go I have no complaints.

Orange Quest Main st. is more efficient. The service in Garden Grove is very slow.

Always a long wait. After the first time coming and waiting 45 minutes for a simple blood draw I thought Id give them a second chance. But I shouldnt have. Even with an appointment they cant seem to be able to gst it together. Going on 45 minutes and no food for 8 hours equals hangry witch or vertigo.Okay all done 45 minutes later. Changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the lan draw assistant has a very good hand. No pain no pinch and very nice.

If you are a walking patient.... it may take 2 hours waiting just for collecting insurance info.....another hour waiting for blood collection .
