The lady named Trudy here is the dumbest and slowest human being I’ve ever encountered. My brother does routine lab work here every month. It’s called a “standing order” yet she never seems to remember and takes forever to help us

Poor customer service. You need an appointment for employment drug test. Which only starts at 8. Since they don’t want to put that on their website to prevent people from wasting their time, I’ll help everyone out.

Friendly and clean place.

The lab tech literally dropped my blood samples into the trash can and Im not too sure that she used a clean needle either. Now Im panicking even more that I was before.

Was fast and easy nice crew

No appointment necessary, although it helps. Friendly enough, and they get the results to your doctors just fine.

Closed 11-12 for lunch, which isn’t very convenient.
