First and last time buying glasses from this place. Initially, I was told 7 to 10 business days for my glasses to be ready; IT TOOK 4 WEEKS. They blamed the delay on the package containing my order being lost. They need a new business manager and one who can keep his word.

Brianna was very nice to help me decide which glasses look best. Took 5 days for my glasses lense to come in and finish.. And pick up. They do offer same day pick up if they have your prescription available.

The hours are restrictive if you work during normal business hours. The only day of the week you can end up going here is Saturday and they close at 2:30, hours before anyone else in the mall.
