We were recommended to go to Elite for my daughters tongue tie revision and I’m so glad we went with this. 5 star experience all around! The staff makes you feel like family. And Sherrie is an absolute angel. Pick Elite just to meet this amazing women if nothing else! I highly recommend going with this for tongue tie revision. The follow up is amazing and made me feel super comfortable about getting the procedure done for my daughter.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place, and specifically Sherrie Pruitt and Dr. Schuh!! We had my baby’s oral ties addressed there, which can be a very scary experience. Sherrie made the experience completely comfortable, manageable, and even enjoyable for us. There is no one else in middle TN taking care of infants and parents the way they do, trust me, I searched!! They will take the time to actually assess and explain everything happening with your baby, and they take such good care in any procedure that is necessary. Elite was a far drive for us, but the care we received was beyond worth it. Thank you Sherrie and Dr. Schuh!!

I have had dental work in the Netherlands and several other countries and cant say enough about how great the care in the states is over all but Elite Dentistry has been far above any experience Ive had anywhere. They have repaired 2 filings and fixed a root canal that I was told other places that the tooth just had to be pulled. They are out of network for me but its worth the money to have it done right.

Our newborn daughter had a lip and tongue tie and we were referred here. We are extremely pleased with the care we have received from Dr. Schuh and Sherrie. Sherrie has followed up with us post op and has been super helpful in guiding the recovery process. We will see her 3 times to make sure all is well. If you have a baby or child with lip/tongue/buccal ties: this is your place!

They helped me when others just kept sending me to another doctor, billing my insurances and no one was addressing my problem( a cracked tooth ).

The staff are extremely professional and the dentists are very much up on the cutting edge technology. It is a beautiful facility and everyone is helpful. I had a root canal and two crowns done in one day with no return trips needed and with little pain and almost no residual pain that evening. I think they cost a little more than someone less technologically advanced but my trip was well worth it. It was the best dental experience my adult life.

Super professional, nice staff, oddly fancy setting. The work they have done was excellent and problem-free, and they seemed to actually care about my dental health. I havent shopped around enough to see how their prices compare, BUT I have had very bad dental work done in the past and I would rather stay at a place where I might have to pay more and actually get GOOD dental work done! So I stay here. :)My in-laws as well as a family friend come here too and theyve always seemed satisfied.

We love the staff here. They’re always so professional, the office is clean, beautiful and equipped with all the modern amenities. At a routine check up, they diagnosed my daughter as tongue tied and soon afterwards performed a corrective procedure. Sherrie has been amazing and followed up with my daughter for months with therapy sessions to strengthen her mouth and tongue muscles. My daughter’s speech has drastically improved and after 5 years of speech therapy she will be graduating soon. We are so grateful for the excellent care from Elite and would highly recommend their office to anyone!

I was in serious tooth pain from a wisdom tooth pushing against my bad tooth decaying beside it. I made an appointment that day when no one else would take me. In all less then a hour I filled out first timers paper work, got checked in, x rayed, tooth pulled, and checked out. Really good people too. Overall I highly recommend here.

Cant say enough about this group! I have dental anxiety, which is is awful & embarrassing to say the least. They understood, showed me what was needed, explained it all so I could understand. I had sedation, they got it all done in one day so I wouldnt have to return and go thru another anxiety attack. They even have a dog there which is an amazing idea to relieve stress!Thank you to Dr Schuh and his wonderful understanding staff! And of course the pup!

I have to say thanks to Dr. Schuh at Elite Dentistry for giving me my smile 😁 back! I have not had 2 complete front teeth for probably about 15 years or so.. I can now smile without feeling self conscious about my broken front teeth. I have unfortunately had to have a lot of work done due to a lot of cavities and also a broken molar because I didnt go to the dentist like I shouldve. Dr. Schuh has been the best dentist I have ever seen and I definitely recommend this practice but more importantly I definitely recommend to not wait before you go to the dentist!

Tried to get an appointment with Elite Dentistry for my daughter who is in a lot of pain from her cracked molar. The receptionist flat out said that they couldnt see her and said they couldnt help that my daughter is in pain. She offered no suggestions and there was no compassion at all.I will not be using their services and will discourage anyone from going there from my contacts at the medical center I work.

I highly recommend Elite Dentistry. They are better with children (6 years old) than many of the so called pediatric dentists. Believe me, Ive toured the frightening world of pediatric dentists, even walking out of one appointment with my child. No such craziness here. They know how to deal with children. For me, they cleaned my teeth. The hygienist was thorough and gentle. Dr. Schuh went over my treatment options and its nice to be able to see what he sees on the overhead monitor. The fillings and crowns I received were truly pain free. Most discomfort during dental procedures is because they didnt inject close enough to the nerves. Or because they didnt numb the gums before injecting. Dr. Schuh seems to have mastered the anesthesia options. Also worth mentioning is they fabricate the crowns in-house with digital imaging during your visit. So theres no temporary crowns that can come off. And no follow-up visits later when they receive the crown. Its all in-house and thats very nice.

My wife was told by her dentist that she needed a procedure done that would take multiple visits. They asked her to sign a firm quote accepting the procedure and the costs. After her second visit for the procedure the office staff told her their was a misunderstanding and that she would need to bring an additional $600 on her next visit to continue the treatment. When she questioned the additional funds the office lady got very defensive while my wife remained professional and did not create a scene. She was told if she did not continue the treatment she would loose an additional tooth. Knowing we were hooked at that point we still was going to complete the service...then mysteriously the prognosis changed the next day and they now said she was going to have to wait an additional 6 months to let the bone grow when the day before they told her she was good to go...then the next day she received a certified letter that they were withdrawing services for her moving forward. She only spoke with the office lady and the dental assistant...the dental assistant actually called and apologized for the way she was treated. I guess the office lady tried to cover her own butt and ran to the dentist (one none of us have ever seen) and got her kicked out.Be careful of bait and switch....or an office person who has only her own interests at hand...either way now we are out a dentist, money, and possible another tooth in this matter....BEWARE!!!!

I must first admit that I do not pay enough attention to my teeth so I do have some issues. I went to Elite to have a crown put on a tooth that was cracked. One my first visit, they took a look, took some x-rays and scheduled me a time to come back. Turns out I needed three crowns. Like I said, not the most dilligent guy when it comes to my teeth. At this first visit, I was also advised that I needed a deep cleaning, but I was assured that the crowns were all I needed on the other teeth. Fast forward to my second appointment. After some drilling I am told that I need a root canal. The dentist then tells me that he missed it on the other visit and he should have known then. Now my first inclination is that this is a classic bait and switch. Get me in the chair, drill a hole in my tooth and what choice do I have. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the extra $300 plus and endured the root canal. I was told when it was done that I would be uncomfortable for a while, which I was. The discomfort did not go away after a few days and I became a bit concerned, but I was scheduled to go back for the cleaning so I figured I would have it looked at then. When that appointment arrived, I needed to reschedule due to work constraints. The next appointment was a couple of weeks out, but it was on me. I was very clear on that call that I was having some difficulty with biting on the side where I had the crowns and that was my promary concern. They told me I probably only needed my bite adjusted. So I arrived for the rescheduled appointment and remided them when I checked in that I was having issues and wanted that checked out first. Was again told that I probably needed a bite adjustment. Was also told that the cleaning would take three hours. As I had only blocked out that much time in my schedule, I was not sure I wanted to proceed with the cleaning if the adjustment took any time. I do not have unlimited time away from work. Since I have no idea how long a Bite Adjustment takes, I had no reference to base my decisions on. So I got in the chair and they told me the dentist would be there to check me out and then they would get me set up for the cleaning. I told them a third time that I needed to see how the adjustment went before comitting to the cleaning. The dentist came in and I told him what what going on. He opened my mouth, did something with a drill and had me bite on some piece of paper about 10 times between drillings. I had to ask him what he was doing and was told he was adjusting my bite. I was told that it would take some time for this fix to materialize due to ligaments being stretched. It was obvious to me that he was annoyed. So I decided that his beside manner, coupled with the fact that I had not been able to chew on one side of my mouth for some time(part of that was my fault of course), plus the crown/root canal confusion was enough for me. I told him that I was not going to get the cleaning until I was sure that my bite was trouble free. I was then told that he had people waiting for these appointments and that I had ruined a three hour block of his time and that he had to pay his dental tech anyways. I told him that I was in business myself and know who it works but I was not satisfied so I was not going to proceed. He walked away and then tracked me down and told me that we would end it right now. I interpreted that to mean that I should get out. Since I was not going to move ahead anyway, I wished him luck and walked out. I was amazed at the treatment of course. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
