I started going to vitality fitness after not doing any exercise for many years. I love the small group, love the comfortable feel of my age group peers, classes are anywhere from 4-7 people so the trainers are able to give you personalized attention! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and they know you and what you need!! If you’re on the fence like I was do something for yourself and give this a try! You won’t regret it! You will feel great!

After my initial discussion with a Vitality Fitness and Wellness trainer, I decided to give the 30-day program a chance. I was very pleased with the three-day a week training and enjoyed participating in the small group. I also loved the fact that Aubrey, the owner, put together a 30-day, nutritious and clean eating plan. With this combination, in addition to weekly support emails and accountability steps, I lost inches around my waist, toned up, felt more energized and looked forward to each session. Try the program and see for yourself! It was definitely worth it to me!

I have been attending Vitality classes for three years and it’s one of the best things i’ve ever done for myself. We work hard but have a great time. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and the workouts are challenging but doable for everyone. It is truly a no judgment zone.

As a pain management provider in the area who specializes in a patient centered approach, I always strive to refer my patients to like minded individuals. I first met Aubrey at a local expo and because of our similar patient care philosophies we hit it off immediately. You can really tell she cares about her clientele (my patients!), and takes the extra effort to customize the treatment plan to each person. I would definitely consider her services if you are looking to incorporate to incorporate fitness and wellness into your life. Shes the best!

We have had the opportunity to work with Vitality Fitness on a few occasions. What I like most is that they respond quickly to referrals and they communicate with their clients on any changes in status, schedule, progress, etc. The trainers are also open to suggestions on working with people with dementia and have a strong desire to learn the best techniques to carry out their expertise. I highly recommend Vitality Fitness!

I have benefited tremendously from having a Vitality FitnWell personal trainer work with me at my home. Amys skills and experience in aquatic exercise fit my needs precisely! Three major surgeries (2 spine and 1 hip) in a period of a year and a half took their toll on my mobility. Working with Amy in conjunction with medically prescribed physical therapy has been the right combination for me! Amy listens carefully, responds to my varying levels of strength and energy, and guides me at the right times to increase the workouts at a pace that challenges me without setting me back. I look forward to a future time that I can check out the classes with others who are also looking for a great way to get into shape and stay fit!

I started out attending 2 to 3 in-person classes a week back in 2018. For the past 15 months Ive been doing 3 to 4 live virtual workouts each week. Same trainers, same great variety of exercises, same intensity, but no traffic to deal with. Its a win-win!2018 review: My wife started the Vitality 30 program a few months ago. She had nothing but high praise for Aubrey and the staff. I was so impressed by her progress and increase in stamina, that I gave it a shot. Now, Im hooked! After my 30-day trial, I signed up for small-group sessions twice a week for the next 6 months. Aubrey, Dayna, Wes and Matt are great. They really know what theyre doing to help the over-50 crowd get back into, and stay in shape. No matter how tired or unmotivated I may be when I walk in, I walk out feeling great! The sessions are now the highlight of my week.Update: Well, its been over a year since I started going to VF&W. It has become an integral part of my weekly routine. Ive lost over 60 pounds (diet and exercise) gained muscle mass and greatly improved my balance, strength and endurance with two or three 45-minute weekly sessions. I will be 66 (!!) this month, and feel better than I did at 56, or even 46! VF&W has been a lifesaver! If youre over 50, come join me and the rest of the Vitality Fitness freaks. You will not regret it!

The Vitality Fitness Program is geared perfectly for anyone who has been afraid to exercise due to the normal aging process. I am amazed at how quickly my body has responded to the program and especially enjoy the small group sessions with people with the same level of physical ability and the desire to improve their overall health.

I have really enjoyed the small group exercise classes at Vitality. I have learned great exercise routines for a total body work out that are easy to replicate at home and the camaraderie with the other class members is a plus. I like the focus for the over 50 population. Aubrey, the owner, is knowledgeable and attentive and my instructor, Nikki, is fun and encouraging! I wish it cost less and they had more morning classes, but they service is great and very professional.

I have been going to the Kentlands studio for about 7 months. I decided to try Vitality Fitness and Wellness after my 70th birthday since their focus is on a more mature clientele. My initial goals were to improve my balance, increase body tone, and maybe lose some weight. My balance has improved- I’m still working on this- and I have noticed a greater ease in movement during the day. I can get up from a chair, car seat or floor (not because I fell!) much more fluidly. My knee has not “given out” on me in months. My posture has improved and I genuinely feel better!I have worked out with several of the trainers, they are all knowledgeable and have different workout modes. You can mix it up and not get bored.After spending most of the day with my 2 and 4 year old granddaughters I told them I needed to leave to go to exercise. The 4 year old asked why I wanted to exercise. I told her I wanted to be more in shape so that I could do more things. She brightened up and asked if that meant I could wrestle with them!I don’t think on will be on the floor wrestling with those two powerhouses, but I can do other physical things with them more easily!Also, I have lost about ten pounds by being more mindful of what I’m eating and portion size!Thanks, Aubrey, Danny, Matt!

December 2019 Update: Im still at it and loving it! Vitality continues to be an important part of my self-care and exercise program. Im getting stronger, have more endurance and better balance. So glad I found Vitality.Because of a chance encounter with Whitney who was passing out flyers at my doctors office, I heard about Vitality Fitness and Wellness for the first time. This introduction couldnt have come at a better time! I was looking for a fitness program that was appropriate not only for my fitness level, but could help me progress to a stronger and healthier me. For much of the past year, I have worked hard in the small group class 2-3 times per week, and have progressed towards several goals including weight loss, and increased endurance and balance. The personal trainers (Matt, Truong and Whitney) have kept me injury-free by providing appropriate exercises and offering suggestions for modifications. The always have the answer to my many questions related to exercise and fitness.My new friendships with the other participants as well as personal trainers have created a supportive community-- one that I look forward to going each week. The classes are really fun! We have a good time and I am always glad I went. I’m also excited about the new Wellness Workshops!I have heard for years the importance of regular exercise, one that combines building strength, increasing cardio endurance, and now improving balance. I tried gym memberships and working out “on my own”. Vitality Fitness and Wellness creates a fun and safe environment for me to stick with it and live a healthy active lifestyle I’ve wanted for years! Thanks for a great program! Looking forward to meeting new goals and continuing to have fun along the way!
