Dr Roman cared for his patient and was very gentle, for the scary cat that Iam. He had two great nurses that help thru the procedure.

Dr. Romanow and his assistants were great during the procedure and great with the care. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone!

I underwent wisdom tooth removal yesterday morning, and it was a very smooth procedure! This was my first real surgery, but Dr. Romanow and Veronica put me completely at ease with their professionalism and caring personalities. I had a great experience.

Dr. Mistry is an exceptional oral surgeon. I required a tooth extraction and I could not have been in better hands. Thorough, honest, efficient and a wonderful bedside manner, he immediately made me feel at ease.I cannot think of anyone that I recommend more highly. Same positive review for his wonderful assistant, Erin! Thorough, kind, compassionate and was sincerely comforting, especially as I was getting my novacaine shots. And then there is Morgan, also kind and thorough. It just does not get any better!

My experience was fantastic from the minute I walked in the door of the office. I had a growth on my tongue that I was anxious about. Dr. Romanow was very sensitive to my fears, answered all questions, made sure I had all the costs associated with removing it, and then did a masterful job during the procedure. He prepped me every step of the way. And everyone made sure I had no questions. A wonderful experience, especially if you are nervous!

Dr. Romanow and the clinical staff are great but the billing and administrative staff are terrible. I would not write a review unless it was a really awful experience. I took my daughter in for wisdom teeth extraction a year ago. Theyve asked me to pay 50% upfront and I agreed with conditions that they would file the claims with my medical and dental insurances and will reimburse me the difference that the insurance not cover. The staff were insensitive and not on top of the paperwork they are supposed to do. Every time I called to inquire, I got a generic answer that they are working on it, or even not truthful about the status of the claim. I will not recommend this office and will never come back.

The review is for the administrative staff. Theyre irresponsible and refuse to service me unless I pay for the charges that they failed to collect from my insurance company. It turned out that the claim they submitted never went over to my insurance company and nobody follows up the case since July. Furthermore, they never informed me about the issue with the claim until I show up for my appointment today. I was told that I need to go home without the surgery, that mean I will miss the best chance to get my teeth fixed properly or something even worse. That leave me no choice at all, I forced myself to pay 2000 dollars out of pocket to get my tooth serviced and I have to spend more time in the next couple of months to try to get my money back. I was planed to spend these money for Christmas and New year and now I feel really bad for my family. Although Dr. Wise is nice and professional but I will probably choose a different oral surgeon next time because of the huge billing problems I experienced.

Dr. Romanow extracted my tooth and then put an implant there in place of the tooth. Ive had some awful dental work in the past and was very nervous. This guy has Great bedside manner and it helped calm my nerves. He talked me through all of the procedures and made sure I knew what was going on while he worked on my teeth. Both times Ive had dental work done, he has called my husband that evening to check in and make sure my recovery was going well/answer any questions I might have. That is good service. His staff and him were excellent and so nice. So far his work has been wonderful as well. (Still healing) I highly recommend him if you need oral surgery.

Had my impacted wisdom tooth removed. It was a breeze! Dr.Romanow was amazing and Aaron was so accommodating! They are both awesome! :)

Dr. Romanow and his staff are the best. Ive been to the Gaithersburg office twice this year to get my Wison teeth removed (2 at a time). They are so caring and professional, if I ever need oral surgery again I know just where to go every time. Great scheduling, great staff, awesome doctor, what else could you ask for. Dr. Romanow even calls me in the late evening to see how Im doing or if I have any questions. Great work everyone, I really appreciate it.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Romanow. I was very nervous about getting the procedure done. Dr. Romanow made me feel very relaxed and did a fabulous job. He also called me later that night to check up on me. That really meant a lot to me. Showed me that he really cares about his patients. I will recommend Dr. Romanow to everyone.

On of the best ... I have deep respect for his approach to dental surgery Dr. Romanow made me believe that there are people who care and arent just looking to place someone in the poor house. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I didnt feel a thing. I thought my best friend was pulling out my tooth. That is how comfortable this staff makes you feel.
