Excellent office. Dr. Soolari is incredibly knowledgeable and a leader in his field. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and full of sunlight, the staff are extremely helpful and well-organized.

I needed a new primary care dentist so I went with the first dentist on the network provider list that had a couple of decent reviews. I could not have been happier. The staff is overwhelmingly helpful and the dentist and assistant that attended to me were very much in tune with not making me too uncomfortable. Let’s be honest, it’s the dentist so there’s going to be some pain involved but they were super polite and very caring. I would easily recommend them.

Dr Vahid performs an amazing cleaning. Very thorough. Incredibly patient and friendly. Fantastic job! Highly recommended.

When I went in for a cleaning that is covered under my insurance I said I only wanted what was covered under my insurance. The dentist offered me a fluoride treatment I was not told that it cost extra. then when I was telling this to the receptionist the dentist came and said just take that off her bill. The receptionist said Ive already charged her and that was the end of it. The dentist was thorough but the overall customer service experience was terrible. I dont appreciate lack of transparency about pricing. That is what I told her if its upfront and honest I have no problem with it. But if that is not the case it is a problem.

Everyone was friendly. The receptionist knew my insurance and knew what was covered and what was not. They were helpful with getting my family’s teeth back to great order by giving each of us suppior care. We have new appointments and are in better health because of there services.

I find the staff there extremely helpful and always pleasant. They are skilled and knowledgeable and the dental work Ive had has been excellent. I highly recommend Shady Grove Smiles.

This place is okay. They keep sending email asking for the review, I didnt plan to do so but its just annoying... One thing I would like to point out, i asked for some facial tissues at the reception desk, I got a cold that morning and my tissues were in the car, she just gave me some paper towel. Will you use paper towel on your face? I have rhinitis so my nose is already very sensitive - why you do not have tissues for your patients? After I came in I saw there are tissues everywhere she just do not give me any - strange.

The dental services are good. Dr. Soolari is an excellent dental specialist, and the hygienist are great. However, the administrative scheduling component of this office needs improvement. Often times they call the day before, or the day of, to change your appointment time or day. Sometimes, they have me scheduled at the wrong location. For those of us who work full time, it is important that they are able to keep appointments as scheduled (unless there is an emergency) since they are during office hours. Professional and friendly staff, but please coordinate internally on proper scheduling.

Courteous but more importantly caring personnel. Excellent team of professionals. I feel so welcomed every time I walk in and extremely satisfied as I walk out.

The Dental Hygienist really used skill almost an art to work with cleaning rounded angles with exactness. Teeth edges at the gums are not square. My previous experiences with cleaning were an instrument tracing with straight lines, some tiny cutting and bleeding at the corners. No so here very well done, quite clean with no bleeding after.

Execcent and fast service. Dr Soolari took the time to answer all if my questions and address all of my concerns.Highly recommend this practice

The people are nice, the place is clean and convenient. I have only had cleanings and xrays so far, but would expect the same quality treatment if and when I need it. I would and do recommend them to other people.I recently had another visit and it was as pleasant as the previous. I am very happy we found this professional office and have told people about it. Changing dental providers can be nerve racking and scary. I still recommend the Shady Grove office based on my experience !!!

Dr. Mojarrad is wonderful. She is explains what she is going to do. She addressed my concerns. She provides recommendations. She is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend her.

The staff was really nice, and I did not have to wait a lot. They take their time to explain your dental health, which is something many places don’t want to bother and they expect you to understand all the medical terms, but here they make it simple and understandable, and finally their prices are better than some places, both my and my brother started going here.

I love the staff as well as dentists, Dr. Soolari and Dr. Moojared. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and courteous. With the dentists, everything about a particular procedure is explained succinctly and in a way that each patient understands. There is no such thing as a dumb question! My dental insurance runs out at the end of the year, but I am staying with the practice because I have such confidence in their work!

Dr. Soolari is one of the best periodontist in the area! His very knowledgeable, able find a solution and not just a temporary fix to my dental needs. The office accepts most insurance plans and there front desk and assistants are very knowledgeable of the services.The office is Modern & clean with a truly trusting professional environment! THE BEST IN AREA FOR SURE !

I was extremely hopeful when I scheduled the appointment for this practice due to the reviews but I was equally disappointed. I made the appointment for my husband first because apparently they don’t do “family appointments” something I though was ridiculous btw. Well, when my husband got there I decided to wait for him, I thought it would take an hour max. My husband got there, the two representatives in the front were very curt, acting like they are not paid to be there. So he fills out his paper work and half an hour in, they tell him they cannot figure out how much he would have to pay ( I had already given them ALL the information from my insurance weeks in advance when I called for the appointment). They made him wait for TWO more hours claiming they were still checking his copay. After they finally came in and told him he would have to pay $187 just for a cleaning my husband told them that was fine. They had the audacity to tell him he would have to wait another hour and a half because the appointment that was coming after him had already gotten there. My husband told them that didn’t make sense because it was not his fault they took forever to check the pricing. The assistant got very defensive and was trying to make it look like it was somehow his fault that nothing was done. The icing on the cake was when they came in and dared to ask him to pay a $5 office visit copay when they did absolutely nothing but waste his damn time. If you chose to go to this unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent practice please make sure you at least call to make sure they have everything ready for you so you won’t was your whole day for something so simple.

Dr. Soolari messed up my dental implant. I have an outward implant on my front tooth. My dentist had to order a customized abutment for it and I have a very awkward looking tooth at front. I will not go there again and dont wish this upon anyone.
