Dr Kaiser has put his many years of medical knowledge to work when evaluating his patients. He listens carefully and thoroughly and then proceeds with a well thought out plan to solve your problem. He also gives the proper instructions on exercises to help at home or in the gym. All of this happens in a clean relaxing environment. He has helped me both physically and emotionally to get back up on my feet.

Dr. Kaiser was very knowledgable about osteopathic medicine and provided a plethora of insight into how prolonged sitting and postural problems can cause long term back issues. After my adjustment (which was very helpful), Dr. Kaiser gave me tools and other online resources that empowered me to continue taking care of my own health. Would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!

Dr. Kaiser is one of the best doctors, if not the best, that I have come across in my health journey. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would. He truly cares about helping his patients get better and will do whatever he can to make sure that happens. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is also extremely honest and will let you know if he thinks something is out of his lane (which I greatly appreciate as some drs will not do this bc they think they know it all). Every time I have seen him he has me feeling better when I leave. He is extremely gifted and is a true healer. Whether you are just trying to better your over all health or have a serious condition, he will for sure be able to help! And whats even better, he accepts many insurances! He is a hidden gem! I have recommended him to almost every person I know! If you have any sort of pain, dont wait any longer, I guarantee you he will help you!

Although Dr. Kaiser has helped me a lot, sadly I had to stop going when I learned he refuses to get the Covid Vaccine. That makes for a dangerous interaction. I hope he changes his mind.

Dr. Kaiser has been a blessing for me when it comes to dealing with my hip and knee pain. As a former athlete and avid weightlifter I have sustained many injuries thought my career that have caused me frequent pain and hindered my mobility. My sessions with Dr. Kaiser have helped me address these issues not only in the short term but also the long term. I am happy to say that after the first session I noticed a change in the way my body felt and moved. I would recommend him to anyone who seeks to relieve pain or move more efficiently.

I was interested is seeing an osteopathic doctor as an alternative to traditional MD (who lately seems more about entering data on the iPad and writing prescriptions, in a rushed environment). Dr. Kaiser is great. He is very skilled, listens well and formulates excellent treatment plans. He is conveniently located and even holds Saturday morning appointments. Plus he is a pleasant and easy-going person. I highly recommend Dr. Kaiser!

Dr Kaiser has been helping me with lower back pain, knee pain and even more importantly, he helped me get rid of unbearable pain related to carpal tunnel issues. He takes the time to listen to you and to fully understand your issues / concerns. Easy parking and easy access are also a plus. I strongly recommend Dr Kaiser and his practice.

Dr. Kaiser is amazing!I have been suffering from lower back pain and tennis elbow for six months, after being treated with acupuncture for two months, the pain remains the same. I came to see Dr. Kaiser per my friend’s highly recommendation, since my first treatment, I noted that my pain has been reducing, by following up with couple visits, my lower back pain and tennis elbow have been lasted less, sometimes I almost forgot that I have those pains. Kaiser truly is a healer and I kept saying that he has the magic hands. He really listens well to his patients’ concerns and provides great advice. Extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining conditions and treatment. Highly recommend him!

I went to an osteopathic doctor in my home country on a regular basis because it is a substantial difference compared to a normal visit to a doctor, where you get a prescription in a rush and then just carry on as before. Since living in the United States I have been looking for a doctor who not only combats symptoms but is also well versed in prevention and healthy living. Osteopathy is providing just that plus Dr. Kaisers experience in Nutrition and Exercise is what Ive been missing since I moved. I went to see Dr. Kaiser after very badly pulling my upper back and shoulder. Dr. Kaiser met with me for the full hour, and spent a chunk of that time moving things around in my back and hips very gently. Amazingly, it felt well enough for me to go back to exercise two short days later. I felt like he really cared about finding the root cause of the problem and providing a solution. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit. We are blessed to have an osteopathic doctor that manipulates here in Maryland. Please give yourself the gift of a treatment – it’s worth every dollar.

Dr. Kaiser is the first doctor to understand the complexity of my injury and has worked with my medical team to focus on healing my whole body and the underlying causes rather than the symptoms. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and pudendal nerve trauma. It has taken me years to find the right team, and I am so grateful that I followed the advice to seek an osteopathic doctor. Dr. Kaiser is compassionate and has referred me to a pain specialist who is now part of my recovery team with nerve blocks, and the other specialists I see so a wonderful job in their specific field (pelvic PT), pelvic floor specialist for Botox for pain relief, multiple nerve specialists...Dr. Kaiser takes the time to coordinate with them. Ive had some terrible experiences these couple of years with doctors who did not understand the complexity of my injury and caused further damage and set back my recovery.I feel safe with Dr. Kaiser, and for the first time in two years I am starting to believe my team when they say I can recover. Additional, if you are suffering from serious chronic pain, the cost of treatments can be overwhelming. Dr. Kaiser is the only osteopathic doctor I found who accepts insurance. Im so grateful to have him on my medical team.If you have similar injuries, I am happy to share the names of the team I have now, which took years to put together. I wish I had started to see Dr. Kaiser sooner, but I didnt understand the value of this type of doctor. I dont think I would ever go back to a regular doctor as a primary care or regular physical therapists. Most do not understand chronic pain.

After seeing multiple Chiropractors, Dr. Kaiser took the time to understand what was going on, identified the potential cause, developed a treatment plan and a clear path forward. 2 months later, with no crazy adjustments, snaps or pops, the issue is all but resolved. He also works with most insurances, so you dont have to bear the brunt of the treatment costs directly.

Very happy with the care I am receiving with Dr. Kaiser. Back and neck pain significantly reduced. Knee pain is getting much better, Dr. Kaiser recognized which muscles were tight and others that are weak to stabilize my knee to avoid a brace.

Id like for the readers of this review to appreciate the luck Ive had in running into Dr. Kaiser (Grady). Heres the bottom line: his approach to health and wellbeing is patient specific, tailored, and given with love and care in mind. He doesnt hold back in stating the matter straight. He listens intently, processes information you give him, and responds, often, through multiple perspectives (As a doctor, as an osteopath, as a human through his own journey in wellness).I came to Dr. Kaiser seeking help reserving (and understanding) insulin resistance. I found him through a vast internet search. As you may now, or maybe youre not aware, insulin resistance is not yet an acceptable focus of wellbeing in modern medicine. Though the subject is thoroughly researched, the medical fraternity hasnt adopted the idea into mainstream medicine. My own doctor wasnt help when it came to this.Dr. Kaiser reversed his own diabetic diagnosis. He practices what he prescribes not in the pills and drugs sense, but in the sense of an active, healthy lifestyle. His first option is not pills and drugs. Weve had conversations about food eating habints, ways of eating, fasting (and its benefits), and even more personal conversations around prayer and meditation.I am seen as a unique individual in his practice. Not similar to the prior patient or to the one about to enter the door. His approach to my health is tailored to me. Ive been looking for a doctor like him for many years. In Dr. Kaiser Ive found an ally! Ive found a trustworthy individual with strong, human values which just so happens is also a medical practitioner. Hes helping me reserve my insulin resistance and hes providing me with courage and stimulus, by sharing his own experience, to continue the march forward toward better health.I wholeheartedly recommend his practice to anyone looking for an ally in health, a friend who responds to emails, and a doctor who you can trust.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed my treatments with Dr. Kaiser! He is attentive and clear in his communication. Ive had reoccurring episodes of back pain for years and Dr. Kaiser was able to find the problem and get me back into alignment with some gentle manipulation. I continued to see him over the next couple weeks to ensure I maintain alignment. With Dr. Kaiser I am optimistic that I can break this cycle of recurring pain.

I’d been struggling with severe SI joint and low back pain for months before I found Dr. Kaiser. I couldn’t even sleep at night the pain was so bad and I was regularly having to ice and medicate with anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers. As an active person, I was at my wit’s end. It’s been night and day since I started seeing him about two months ago. I sleep well, don’t have to ice or medicate anymore, and am well on my way back to full range of motion. His treatments are gentle yet effective - my body responds immediately. I’m so grateful for his expertise and care! I definitely recommend Dr. Kaiser for all of your osteopathic needs.

I started seeing Dr. Kaiser in late summer 2020 after my 3rd neurologist in as many months finally diagnosed me with B6 toxicity.  B6 toxicity is a rare condition where the body stores vitamin B6 in the muscles, skin, and autonomic system, and causes widespread small fiber polyneuropathy in the entire body.  Meaning, the small fiber nerves are damaged and cant communicate with the rest of the body, causing pain, muscle spasms, brain fog, numbness, autonomic system shut downs, etc.    I had spent the early part of 2020 seeing a total of 8 different Western Medicine specialists to figure out what was wrong with me, and after feeling like each of them only looked at one part of me and had no interest in the whole function of my body ( not to mention AGAIN that none of them caught the B6 toxicity...),  in occured to me to explore what type of doctor might help me tie together how my body works and help me heal from this rare condition. My research led me to explore functional medicine and osteopathy.  Miraculously, my health insurance (Cigna) is progressive enough to have Dr. Grady in-network, and I was able to begin seeing him and insurance covered it.  Even though its a 45 minute drive for me, I have found every trip to him over the past 4 months worth every minute of travel time.  He started our visits by establishing that our doctor-patient relationship is a collaboration, that he would welcome my questions and investigations and work with me to find the best treatment course.   Our first visit was an hour, where we discussed my medical history and current situation.  What was surprising and refreshing is that each subsequent visit was 30-45 minutes!    Ive never had a doctor so invested in the progressive healing of my body, or listening to and respecting the perspectives I have or research Ive done, until meeting Dr. Kaiser.   He truly practices having a collaborative relationship with his patients.Dr. Kaiser brings a fresh perspective to issues that are less invasive and rely on the bodys functionality.  For example,  early in my B6 toxicity, my entire GI tract shut down.  I was relying on various interventions to get things moving, but eventually my system wouldnt move at all without the medicines or enemas.  Dr. Grady asked about my fiber and water intake, and also educated me about the environment in the bowels and how enemas wash out a lot of natural things that promote regularity.  He prescribed a low fiber diet, to stop any enemas/medicines that I was using, and weekly he also performed several osteopathic manipulations on my intestines, stomach, and lymphatic systems.   It took my body about 6-8 weeks, but because of all this,  my GI tract became fully functional again on its own!   This is just one example of many body functions and nutritional guidance that Dr. Kaiser took the time to work with me one over the past 4 months.Osteopathy is an investment in your whole body.  Dr. Grady is an excellent local practitioner and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Kaiser is fantastic - he seeks to treat the problem, not the symptom. Dr. Kaiser identified the cause of my leg length discrepancy and put me on a plan to fix my imbalances so I could improve my posture, as well are resume weightlifting. Dr. Kaiser was a personal trainer for many years so he has an especially deep understanding if your ailment is sport/fitness related. Also, because of the COVID pandemic, I could not find a doctor that was willing to see me for a regular physical/bloodwork. Dr. Kaiser took care of that as well, which I really appreciated. He was very thorough in explaining the results of my bloodwork and suggesting the changes I need to make to improve. You can tell he really cares about his patients.Amazing Doc!

I am so happy I found Dr. Kaiser. After five years of no treatments (due to moving away from my previous DO), my back was one big solid crunch. I could not stand straight, get out of bed without a spasm or drive without supporting my right leg. A trained DO, like Dr. Kaiser, uses soft touch manipulation to get your skeletal framework aligned again. No sudden moves, no pain at the office, no fear of manipulation. A few visits and a few ibuprofen and Im ready to get back to hiking...if you are suffering from back pain, call him...today...Karen

Dr. Kaiser is a brilliant and caring doctor! I have been suffering from very painful complications from my mastectomies for many years; and have seen numerous doctors to try to help me. Dr. Kaiser was the first doctor to figure out the cause of my pain, treated it with gentle manipulation and dry-needling, and reduced my pain substantially. He has also treated me for the flu and guided me through weight loss. Dr. Kaiser listens to his patients and treats the whole body! He is the best of the best!

Great First Visit!!Took my mom for OMT treatment with Dr. Kaiser and she greatly enjoyed it! He took his time asking alot of history questions, then did a physical evaluation, explained his findings and did toe to head treatment (yes, from hips to back to head)! My mom came out feeling really good. She is a little sore the next day (expected from treatment), but quite comfortable. He preferred to use softer techniques which is what my mom preferred due to past bad chiropractor experiences. He gave 4 at home exercises to do. Highly recommend Dr. Kaiser, very professional and knowledgeable in OMT. Easy to find office, plenty of parking, office was clean. He ACCEPTS INSURANCE (was a huge factor for us)!!! My mom felt that the experience and treatment was very much worth it, we look forward to next week visit and long term results.

Went to Dr. Kaiser for severe pain and leg weakness from spinal stenosis and herniated disc. Using OMT he was able to completely relieve my pain and get me through for several months until I was able to have surgery. He explains every step along the way, takes my insurance, and no side effects from any medication. I would highly recommend OMT for any musculoskeletal related pain and more, and Dr. Kaiser is an expert.
