This branch should be closed. Lady who works there, Ms. Jane, seems like scared to treat anything. She referred me at least 3 times to urgent care in order “not to waste my time” and “if I need more proper care”. I just had a cough. Ok, if minute clinic CANT listen to lungs and help me, WHY are they there. This is absurd! I am sure this lady had good intentions but ... please get someone more qualified or simply close this office. Because YOU ARE WAISTING people’s time.

If Minute Clinic services are supposed to include nausea, vomiting, ear pain, etc. Then why was I turned away after waiting 90 minutes to be seen because I “may be dehydrated” and need to be seen at an urgent care center? I made it clear that I was able to keep fluids down. I was even holding a near-empty ginger ale bottle I purchased while waiting. But no... still no dice. Every other urgent care facility is packed with a 2-3 hour wait. Thanks... thanks so much. I will so enjoy another sleepless night of ear pain and constant nausea before I have to call my regular doctor in the morning.Update: 5 months later, tried this place again. I’m here (sitting inside the office as the nurse types up her notes). She has been typing for 25 minutes now and is still going. Hasn’t spoken a word. Very odd. It’s my own fault for coming back. 🙄

I went in with a fever, sore throat, and blood in my sinuses. Was told that Im really behind today unless you have a fever of 102, or have been sick for 2 weeks Im not gonna be able to do anything for you. Youre not gonna pay for this so its ok. 5 min no temperatures taken, no asking about what was ailing me, or anything. Told me in not so many words to leave I cant help you.

This place isn’t open! Long line of patients waiting for their appointment only to find out the minute clinic is no longer operating.

This CVS is the WORST Minute clinic in Gaithersburg area.I went there today to be treated but its nothing. First, I signed in. However, since its the first time, I dont know where to wait. I went to the Pharmacy and asked. The Asian dark hair woman ROLLED her eyes and replied annoyingly: I dont know about that clinic. You just got to wait. You asked me twice already.Then half hour later, the nurse named Jane came out. She kept asking about my previous TB test. I told her I dont remember when but it was ok. She ROLLED her eyes and said tiredly: Then you just need to say No or Yes, no need to say much other things.She asked if I have another vaccine during last month, I said yes. Then, again, she ROLLED HER EYES, SIGHED HEAVILY & SHOOK HER HEAD, like she was tired to see or treat me. I was so upset and left without being treated after 2 hours waiting.

I had to register and wait for 20 minutes but the Nurse was helpful and reliable. It is a good option.

Dont register online! Totally useless....the nurse goes by the sign-in time log!!!!Still have to wait an hour
