Great doctors and nurses. Excellent staff. Very patient whether having a checkup or eye exam or whether getting fitted for glasses or contacts.

I had a great experience with the Maryland Eye Institute! I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes during the last two months. Dr. Naseh and his entire staff were very professional, personable, prompt and efficient. All appointments and procedures were handled in a timely manner. The average wait time was 5 to 15 minutes. It is very reassuring to know that services of this quality are available.

From the start it was not a good experience . Not very friendly staff at the desk, slow and as soon as they call you, it is a quick hurry up we have better things to do. Worst customer service at all. Came there to get a routine exam and wanted some information about laser surgery got billed for the wrong service. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Dr. Farhad Naseh is the best eye doctor in Maryland! I have been his patient for 5+ years and me and my entire family always get the superior service at his office. The reviews of the patients about his front desk and billing staff dont do any justice to Dr. professional approach and treatment. These concerns should be directed to him and I am sure he will address them properly.

Dr. Naseh is the best eye doctor in the world. I believe that he can fix all and any problems related to the eye. My exam was thorough and he explained every test result to me carefully so I can understand the health of my eyes. I told him, Im not comfortable with contacts and he assured me that glasses would do the work. He did not push me to get something that I cant use. I left the office feeling good about my eyes and would not trust anyone else with my eyes. THANK YOU!!!

I am very happy with having Dr. Naseh as my eye doctor. I also bring my kids and hes very good with them. For the first time, my kids arent scared to go, theyre excited. I have been a patient for many years and I highly recommend this doctor.

After searching for many years to find a highly qualified, professional, and personable eye doctor, a friend recommended Dr. Naseh in Gaithersburg. I have been coming to the Maryland Eye Institute for the last seven years, and I am very satisfied with both the office experience and the care I’ve received. Dr. Naseh operated on my cataracts and diagnosed/treated other problems with my corneas. My vision now is much better than it was years ago, thanks to the multi-focal lenses. Actually, I never wear glasses anymore. His office staff has always been courteous and professional with me. I would recommend Dr. Naseh to anyone but especially to persons looking for a caring professional doctor who listens and treats every patient as a special person.

The overall experience was great except for the billing system . They need to implement a proper system for billing . I received statements from their office for more than 5 five times for a just one office visit , though. I have $100 covered insurance . The Doctor is highly recommended

They are thieves. BEWARE. Never visit them. I went for annual eye checkup and especially mentioned it. They did some other expensive medical service without explaining and charged me so. All they actually did was eye power checkup and when I asked them to put routine eye-checkup and why they dont explain to their patients what they are doing, they cut the call. How can the doctors in this institute support such a cheating organization

Do not use this business. They are crooks. They will tell you that your insurance company will cover certain purchases. Then nine months later they will send you a bill. Their billing department is extremely rude and cursed at me on the phone. They sent me a bill that said my charges were current. When I questioned their business practices, they turned it over to collections even though the bill was current. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals office.

I am happy with Dr. Naseh to take care of my family eyes problems. But person who handle billing was rude and not patient friendly. She hanged up the phone on me in middle of conversation. So I value Dr. Naseh service but I can not say that about his billing office.M.Fereydouni.

His billing department sends random bills even after you have paid the fees in the office...So, if you dont call to say that you have already paid, you will just pay extra....So in short, Good and nice doctor but horrible on billing...I always have to waste 10-15 minutes to call them after every visit to argue the bill only for them to say that it was a system error and just ignore it...I dont think it is a system error...it is just a way for them to get more as some people for sure will not call and discuss the bill and will simply pay...So be on the lookout

The staff are slow, it doesnt matter if your on time for your appointment. Theres a long waiting period and there wasnt a lot of patients. I dont recommend this eye doctor unless you can wait 3 hours before you can be seen by Dr. Naseh. Overall this doctor is crap and very un-professional, he often leaves the room because he tends to other patients.

Dr. Naseh is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. His staff is incompetent and deceitful. Will never take our business there again.

Great doctor but terrible staff

I came looking for treatment to my eyes but I only managed to diagnose macula degeration and now they send me to a specialist. It means that they can not give me that treatment there
