One of the worst places in responsiveness. No one answers phone calls for 45 min. Or more, on a lucky day. They never have any open appointments for 3 months.I had Carefirst provided dental plan, the worst ever, and I got assigned this dental clinic. I cant get out of either one.

They are not answering calls during open hours, the only good part of the clinic is Dr. Hopkinson from my knowledge. She by herself is excellent.

Hard to get appointment. I am sorry to say but patients service desk is worse.

Showed up to have blood drawn, was told to be here at 8am. Upon arrival was told that the tech that draws the blood called and said she was running late and another person was called to come in for her. Sat for over an hour and wasnt notified of this fact until after I went up and asked what the hold up was. Would have been nice to know at 8am when I first walked in or during the hour I was sitting waiting in the waiting area. Find another clinic as this one is by far the worst I have ever seen.

Came here because the location I usually go to was booked and this location is a hour away from me but I really needed my daughter to be seen she is 1 year old and was wheezing and was having a hard time to breath I was 10 minutes late due to traffic and when I got there the ladies in the front did not care and told me I cant be seen after driving a hour and my daughter not being able to breath well.. sent me away while they were calling to confirm later appointments and yet they never called me to see if I was coming or anything. This office is horrible and I wont be returning. Take your kids elsewhere where they actually care. To bad I cant give them no stars. Go to green belt cci.

The wort clinic! My mother was have breathing problems (asthma) and the doctor to her that there was no the he can do to help her & refered her to another doctor ?? So disappointed with this clinic! I’m so confused as to why they are still in business...

I hate this place ,horrible customer service ,every time i call they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes i hang up and call again they still keep putting me on hold,the people working doesnt know what there doing,the front desk not friendly ,stay away from this place...there medical assistant or nurse doesnt know how to do the job....poor service

Terrible terrible attention. The people in charge of taking the calls are rude and in a bad mood. Really very bad customer service.I am changing clinics.Because the attention is lousy. The doctors also just sending me soothing and difficult to get you a referral letter for a specialist. I am not going back to this clinic. I do not recommend it at all

I have been calling for 3 hours and the call does not go through the switch! It is a real disaster to join that Clinic!

Pity service The assistants who attend to one are more concerned with being chambriando than attending the patient

They made me wait 50 minutes I had an appointment at 4 and after 50 minutes they told me that everyone was gone and that I couldnt do anything anymore

Nurses need to be more efficient in calling patients regarding test results as soon as the results are in, because they take a long time to contact the patient and the patient has to continue to suffer from their illness.
