Great experience first time the office was spacious with great decorations for kids. The front Receptionist was very professional and nice my appointment was right on time . Overall me and my chill had a lovely experience

They made me have to get a root canal because they drilled a tooth too much that a nerve was exposed and eating/drinking hot or cold things, even brushing my teeth hurt. thank god i

This was my first time , I call the office around 12:45pm to make appointment. And you can believe they ask me if I was available to come in the same day . I was amazing and shock , I went in at 1:30 they took my two kids and it’s amazing . The staff are friendly and they take there time to explain everything and my kids also like the place . Thank you

Great office. It was easy getting an appointment and the dentist was very nice and had patience with my daughter. Follow up appointments arent too far out either which I love.

Dentist can be scary! These ladies, from the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr. are absolutely AMAZING!! They make my boys feel comfortable and at ease. I know they are in good hands when we visit, and always guide them with suggestions to great oral health! They would be my oral health specialist if they provided adult dentistry.

I like Childrens Dental Care for my kids. They usually call me to remind me to make the appt if my eldest is due. Its not a hustle and bustle type of place and sometimes it feels like the pace is slow when waiting. All in all theyre good for the kids.

I came into the office expecting my child to have two extractions. I had taken my son to a different dentist a month earlier and this is what they told me he needed.When we arrived at Tong, we were seen immediately. They x-rayed my sons mouth and explained what was going on with him, in a very clear and decisive manner. Turned out he did not need extractions. He had four cavities, two of which they filled immediately.I really appreciated being seen immediately. I also appreciated the way they explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand.Tong Pediatric Dentistry earned this five star rating!

The staff is polite and professional.The waiting room area is always clean when we go. Even though we dont wait long, the kids love the fact that they can play video games while they wait and watch TV while getting their teeth worked on.

Both of my daughters go to Dr. Tong and his associates. As a dentist myself, I am very meticulous on how my daughters are treated and cared for. My daughters feel more comfortable with Dr. Tong than with me, if thats any consolation to his disposition! His practice has followed all the correct protocols for parental consent and have done a thorough job of informing me what options I have and what my dental insurance covers, which is something very important to all patients. He follows the rules of low xray exposure for the children, if that is a concern for parents. My daughters are 5 and 2, and stubborn! But they love Dr. Tong and his associates.

The staff here is always welcoming and comfortable when I bring my 2 year old for his checkups. Even with my son squirming in the chair while getting his teeth clean, the process is a breeze as we are out within minutes of arriving.

My family was late to the dentist appointment by merely 15 minutes due to insane traffic because of the thunderstorm. Even so, they refused to allow us to have our appointment and asked us to reschedule it. This is quite upsetting since it is very difficult to get a half day off from my job to attend these appointments.
