I love this place. They are so friendly and the service is excellent. We barely waited a minute in the lobby and they were so patient with my son who was very nervous about getting braces. He’s only 8 years old and so he had a lot of questions, but they made sure to answer all of his and my questions.

Love this practice! Everybody is so friendly, nice and treated me and my family so well. Stefany the dental assistant did such an amazing job calming my son down before his dental procedure. The dentist was super patient with my son and was talking to him all the way out his procedure, explaining to him whats going on. I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to them!

Dr. Amy Barrer is fabulous! She is an excellent orthodontist and is kind and gentle in all she does. She does an excellent job of explaining everything to both kids and parents. Together with the whole team at MVP Smiles — they deliver excellence in care. Both my daughter and I love going to her orthopedic appointments!

The staff is friendly, courteous, professional. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming. It is clear they take the health and safety of their staff, patients, and parents seriously. We drive 30 minutes (past who knows how many pediatric dentists) to patronize MVP Smiles because we like them that much. We went off a recommendation from my own dentist (who I love and have been going to since I was 10).

This practice is amazing, everyone is super friendly and kind. the dental assistant Stefany is great and very patient. I definitely recommend this office.

My autistic son loves coming here. They are so patient and understanding. They answer any and all his questions no matter what they are. I like them because they are quick to book him for appointments and services needed beyond cleaning . They explain every procedure in detail and don’t try to make you get unnecessary treatment for your child. Plus their rates are very reasonable. Most importantly the people here are phenomenal and awesome. This is the best practice I have ever taken my son to.

Best Dentist Ever. I used to be TERRIFIED of the dentist but I LOVE coming here to get my teeth cleaned and my braces adjusted. The staff here are so comforting and friendly and make you feel very welcomed. They love to crack a joke sometimes too which makes the environment just so enjoyable to be around in. My toddler knocked two teeth loose and this facility was recommended to me by a colleague. Despite us being new patients, they were able to accommodate an emergency appointment. Everyone there was unbelievably nice and so good with my child - they put on a cartoon while we were waiting, had some great techniques for accessing the mouth of a wiggly kid and even had a fun toy at the end. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!

Today we had our first visit hereThey uncovered lots of issues that needed to be addressed in my child’s mouth that our prior dentist hadn’t discovered even with regular visits. I am going to switch our whole family’s dental care to this office!!As parents we always want the best dental care in a safe environment!!! This is the place!!

What a nice practice!! I was a little apprehensive taking my son to his first dentist visit during the pandemic. This office really impressed me with how they operate- the office was immaculate, they also call you in when patients leave to minimize exposure to other patients. The doctor and assistant were fantastic, patient and informative. Highly recommend them!

Orthodontist Dr. Barer is very careful and caring, removing my kids’ braces in the most responsible manner during this pandemic. In fact, she and her assistant were the most responsible with contagion protocols of all the medical professionals we’ve had to see. Both of my kids (and us parents) are deeply impressed and appreciative.

Fantastic practice! They make going to the dentist easy and fun for my 5 year old. Doctors are patient and calm with lots of experience handling children who are scared about sitting in the dental chair.They are intelligent and informative about how to take care of your teeth. Update to my original post:Unfortunately, my opinion of this dental office has changed dramatically. Everyone is always friendly but that doesnt make up for the incompetence we have experienced. My daughter had several visits including a treatment that required 3 visits to fix her dental issues. During none of these visits were we ever offered X-rays, nobody has ever even mentioned this despite one of her cavities being substantial. After they told us that the treatment was successful and they filled the larger cavities my daughter woke up with excruciating pain. At first we thought it may have been a sinus infection but when she continued to complain about her tooth hurting and she refused to eat dinner because she broke down in tears of pain. We contacted the on call doctor and never heard back. I had to call around to find a dentist that would take my daughter and had to travel an hour to Virginia at night to get her seen and guess what she had to have an emergency root canal! The X-rays showed a very large infection. After calling MVP Smiles they lied to us and said that my daughter refused to take x-rays twice. Both me and my husband were present for every single visit and the X-ray was never mentioned. On top of it she endured a 2.5 hour root canal plus x-rays and at her new dentist she took 6 x-rays no problem showing even more issues that MVP Smiles missed. So, no I would NEVER recommend anyone going here.My daughters first dental visit was a blast. Everyone has been so wonderful and helped to make her first visit so special that she is asking when we are going back. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a great pediatric dentist.

My daughters have been with Dr. Beher for many years now and they love her. Honestly, I think I love her more than they do:-). We NEVER have to wait, she takes us the second we walk in. Kind, patient so down to earth and compassionate, a wonderful person all the way around. The staff is friendly and efficient but Dr. Amy Beher is their gem. If your children need an orthodontist, MVP is the best...look no further!!

I love MVPsmiles the staff is so sweet, and the Dentists are even more amazing. They make my kids feel so comfortable they are very patient and calm with the kids. They put the kids in good sprit to make them feel comfortable and not afraid keep up the amazing service.

Today was my three year old sons first cleaning and the staff did a great job making him feel comfortable. He sat still in the seat while they brushed and flossed his teeth. It was a very positive experience for him.

Mvpsmiles runs a smooth well run practice. Everyone was friendly and provided great education to a first time mom. Both the Hygienist and Dentist were friendly and took the time to explain everything. I was very pleased and will happily return.

My 2 year old just had her filling done today . I was dissappointed she had a cavity but so happy i took her to this office because they were able to take care of it right away! Their team is amazing , friendly and very gentle with children of all ages. Thier very attentive at all times and very family oriented. Always showing concerns with the health of all children. MVPSmiles is absolutely amazing!! My 5 yr old son has severe anxiety with the dentist and everyone here was extremely patient and friendly. They let us come to tour the office first so he could see it wasnt a scary place, and then our first appointment they were very patient with him and let him get comfortable with the room and all the different things they had. They gave him lots of time and chatted with him a lot too so he never felt pressured, and he finally made it into the chair. Jaime was so great with him and really made him feel at ease, and Dr. Frances was great too. Not only were there no tears (which all past dental visits at other places had), he left smiling!!!! Every single person we interacted with there was pleasant and friendly. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and warmth.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere!! Very professional staff 👌 I was very impressed with how they handled my youngest child. She is two and is scared of doctors offices but the doctor was patient and understanding.

My kids have been going to this office for the past few years! The staff is friendly and helpful, the dentists know how to handle difficult children (like my 7 year old) and are extremely professional. AMAZING practice, highly recommended.I also have a 15 year old who switched orthodontists because Dr. Barrer made him feel comfortable and very patient with him. It is also very convenient to be able to kill two birds with one stone!!!!!

Fast friendly service! Dr. Caffery is great, very down to earth and knowledgeable. The office staff turned on my sons favorite program while he waited to be seen. They cater very well to kids my son is 2 years old and they kept him occupied! This is the cleanest office I’ve seen!

Great visit! Parking is easy and free. The building is very clean. Everyone who works here is very professional and friendly. Tvs on the ceiling playing cartoons for kids. Sunglasses for kids to use while the dentists need to use bright lights.

Dentists are good but I was not told that I was out of network Insurance hence I had been ripped off for 3 years since 2014. Finally I realized in 2017 and asked a questions about the payments for fixing cavities for my son then I got their cool answer from them you are out of network.I felt I was not been informed up front that I am out of network. If they had informed me I would have save few thousands of dollars.

So incredibly happy that I was referred here by Dr. Weeks (Kaiser)- I fully trust her so when she sent me here I listened and dont regret it. Everyone was so professional and so friendly! It was my 1 year olds very first appointment and they understood that and were patient with us! I will definitely not stop taking my son here!

All fluff and no follow through! This office was great when we first arrived, but we soon found out they are incapable of going the job. We brought both of our children in to see the dentist. X-rays were taken and then we were told that he was not capable to handling root canal because he needed a more seasoned dentist to do the work, i.e an adult dentist. We saw the adult dentist their office recommended and that dentist said they do not work on children. When we called back we were told that WE needed to find a dentist to do the work. So we did. The new dentist called their office to get the x-rays as to avoid additional costs. They said they would send them right over. Nothing. They called again...nothing. They called again and nothing. We paid for another set of x-rays from the new dentist. Not mention, they never followed up on a plan for our son. So we took our son to a new dentist and same happened except they stopped answering the new dentists phone calls. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this dentist unless you know the dentist or someone in his office. That is likely the only way you will get any kind of professional service. If I could give them .5 stars, I would because they do not deserve 1.

Its a great experience every single time we are there. I have 2 children ages 2 and 5, and they are able to somehow make the dental appts fun for both of them! The entire staff is fantastic. I highly recommend MVP Smiles!!

This is a great place for kids, Dr. Caffrey was so patient with my son and showed lots of care and comfort. The TVs on the ceiling are a perfect distraction for a five year old getting some dental work done.

We had an incredible first dentist experience thanks to MVPsmiles! I tried to prepare my son Gregory for what a dentist visit would look like (so fun! Youll get stickers! Etc) but knew that ultimately we would be relying on the staff for a positive experience. He was excited to go and once he met the amazing folks at MVPsmiles he was ready to use ALL the tools and take home ALL the goodies and tell them about everything he owned with a Mickey on it. He enjoyed picking out his flavor and holding tools like Mr Thirsty and the Tickle Brush. He was giving high fives left and right. It was such a positive visit that Im ready to tell every parent I know with a toddler to look no further, this office is amazing. Its ALL about the people when your little one is still very young!
