Great starter home neighborhood. Houses are small, but for the price, you could either buy a town house or one of these single family home detached properties. Neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented.Ameneties such as pool, tot lots (multiple spread throughout the neighborhood), tennis court, and pathways are all well maintained.Highly recommended for small families looking for a detached home in Montgomery County! Lots of potential for equity growth!
