My review on this is a bit confusing even to myself. The first time I went there the lady that did my X-ray was super nice and everyone else was pretty nice as well. When I came in a few days later to get my top wisdom teeth out that’s when it changed a bit. The lady started pulling out the first tooth and I could feel it and she stopped and put some more numbing in and then continued but I could still feel it and not just pressure like it HURT and I let her know but she kept going. I was shaking like crazy and really wished I would have asked to hold someone’s hand. I tried to say “I hate this” because it’s true I definitely don’t like the dentist but I think she thought I said “I hate you” because my mouth was numb and I had stuff in my mouth but her mood changed after that. I still feel really bad because I don’t want her to think I said I hated her because she was fairly nice in the beginning. After that she kinda gave me a meh mood and when we went out and talked to my mom (who doesn’t do very well with medical stuff) my mom made the joke about passing out because of the information (which she would not have my mother had 4 kids c-section she can hold herself together better than that) the lady didn’t seem to want to talk to my mom anymore and kind of looked irritated. I have no problem with her being irritated with me if she thought I said “I hate you” (which I did not) but my mom was being nothing but kind and was trying to help me relax and the lady had no reason to give any sort of attitude. She got the job done but nothing more. There is also no sedation options not even laughing gas which I thought was a bit insane but you know, what can you do? I don’t know, I did not have the best experience here but it wasn’t the worst. Maybe my anxiety is getting too much but this is just how I felt. I think the company is great but that place just wasn’t the best. Won’t be going back here but will go back to the company again. Thanks!

The staff was awesome and I was very nervous at 1st and the Doctor and her whole team made me feel very relaxed I found me a dentist I feel comfortable with. My rating is a 10

Lysee SPI was there this past Thursday!!! Talk about bait and switch!!!! I went in after talking with this company for a few weeks about a new sleep appliance!!!!! They said no problem we can do it and the out of pocket expense was very reasonable. so I made an appointment to go there. My 2pm appointment was to be an hour and half 3 hours and 45 minutes later I left. Her are the details! My opinion this is a company that plays BATE & SWITCH!!!!!! I had an appoint with the Dentist thats has done this appliance before they send in a dentist who has no clue why I am there and never done this appliance and had no idea what it even was! Thats crazy! Next another 30 minutes ( I was already there 1 1/2 hours ) the actual Dentist named Dr Yager came in and began to tell me I needed work done to find it was$12,000. My cost would be $10,000.00. Are they CRAZY!!! I see my regular dentist 3/4 times a year for cleanings and pay what insurance does not cover beyond the 2 for the year! Also if I needed that kind of work my regular dentist would know that! They were not making the appliance I needed at the time but are now! I was never told up front from Aspen that if any work needed to be done first they would not make the appliance, but while I was there I was. Talk about in my opinion bate and switch!!! They are a corporation trying to make as much money as possible while screwing the general public in this writes opinion! I feel bad for the Manager staff to have to work for a company who from reading other reviews have this most unethical practice! This is what happened to me and my opinion! I WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK ANDIF YOU DO GO THERE PREPARE TO PAY A LOT OF $$$$$$$$$!

I am so grateful for aspen dental! I have only ever had one dentist for 25 years and was wary of finding a new one after moving here. Dr Patel is fantastic! He seems to truly care about the comfort of his patients and always puts my mind at ease. He takes time to explain things to his patients and has the best bedside manner!The entire staff is great! I can’t remember the dental hygienist’ name who did my cleaning but she was so kind and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The assistant that helped Dr Patel was wonderful as well and wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times.The entire staff from the front desk to those that provide direct patient care seem to truly enjoy what they do and helping everyone they see. I think they also provide great alternatives for self paying patients and try to work with whatever plan works best for each person. I couldn’t say enough about this place, they’ve gone above and beyond what many others would for their patients.

It looks like the majority of the 1star reviews here were invalid or fake reviews. Having been to the office for my checkup and care, I can say that while issues may arise, everyone has been extremely helpful in sorting them out. Ignore the trolls and Aspen will take care of you.

A lot of people add 5 star reviews as fluff for a business... but this is definitely NOT one of those times. I started my journey with Dr. Yarger and her team just under a year ago. With their help, I went from not being able to eat with five broken teeth on top... to a brand new set of upper teeth supported by 4 implants. One of the best parts is how helpful the whole team is... not just Dr. Yarger herself, but also Lexi who had to deal with me (and almost hold me down for a few novacaine shots) and then Sue who made it her mission in the lab to give me the perfect set of teeth. Like I told them...I dont like doctors and medical offices, but theyve done everything to make it comfortable for me. I wish I had time to list all of the staff... but please know that if they are part of this practice, you can be sure that they will take good care of you. If you have any fear or have been delaying the denture process like I did... get up to Fuquay and take the leap! Ive spent the end of 2020 and most of 2021 getting the top done, and plan on spending 2022 to di the bottom. If theres any question as to who is going to be doing it...reread this review!!! Im even going to be bringing my 15 year old daughter for her first implant in a few years for a back tooth she lost a few months ago.

I would give this place 100000 stars if I could. I have extreme anxiety and this is the first dental office that I havent had a panic attack in. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful, from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist, x-ray tech., the doctors, even the sweet lady who helps you set up a payment and care plan. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is nervous or scared about going to the dentist. They remember your name, are so gentle, and really make you feel comfortable. I cried happy tears seeing how much better my teeth looked. I will be a customer for life. Thankyou so much!

Coming from the hospitality industry I can feel genuine care and above expected service when it’s delivered the way the staff at Aspen General @ 1301 N. Main Street. STE 101 Fuquay Varina NC, 27526 delivered that excellence to me. The pandemic came and I lost my dental insurance and only had upper full dentures that cracked and left me in a situation because it would have to be an out of pocket expense that frankly I may. It be able to afford. From the minute you walk in your greeted with a huge smile and seen within 10 minutes. Olivia was gentle with making my impressions and continued to ask me if I was comfortable or not. Ally was very professional with my try in’s and Sylvanna worked her magic and with much patience found me not just the best dentures but more importantly something to fit my budget. Today was a great day, because today I picked up my dentures and another Young lady “Al” I believe was her name discussed with how to care for them and handed me a bag of free stuff to help keep my dentures clean.What a great experience for such a stressful situation!

My 88 year old mother had a toothache yesterday. Not only did they fit her in but they also got her teeth cleaned so she didnt have to come back for a second visit. With her having dementia, we were both anxious about her dental appointment. Everyone at Aspen from the front desk, x ray technician, dentist and hygienist, were great with my mom. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Ill be the first to tell anyone that dentist scare the heck out of me. Ive had a phobia of them since I was a little girl. I waited til I had major problems with my mouth to explore dentists. Dr Petal was very patient, understanding and i swear he is a secret Ninja. I was in a lot of pain, he went in and numbed me with out ever feeling the sting of the injection. As he did what he needed to do, he constantly checked in with me to see if I was having any discomfort, that really helped with my aniexty. The whole staff is very sweet and even when i had questions about these poor Google reviews, they answered all the questions I needed to know and were very professionally about it.. I will being recommending everyone i know to him and his staff.

Not sure quite yet how bad this experience will be. Need dentures, have insurance, they even verified insurance, but could not get their computer system to work to generate final price. Only gave 1 option, their highest priced thats what most people go with was the answer given. However, even the most expensive pair listed on their site was not this high $$. When I asked bout less expensive that I see on their site, was told we cant use that price because thats the price without insurance. When I asked if I could just buy them retail no insurance for the lesser $, was told no, thats fraud. That is not fraud, if I choose to use insurance or not is my choice.Tech that tried to assist said that even though she verified insurance, their system was not taking it and she would get back to us by the end of the business day (YESTERDAY 12/29),] via email with updated pricing and options, but that did not happen. I called the office this morning, got automated answering and had to leave a message.POOR POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, thus far. I will be glad to revise this review if something changes.UPDATED and changed from 2 stars to 1 star review: Had to call my dental insurance to call Aspen to confirm benefits were available (even though they did that while I was @ the office). Then was told by Eric (at Fuquay Varina office) that it was an IT error and he would get back to us on Monday 1/4. I hoped to do business with ASPEN as we do have a need. However no call, no email = NO BUSINESS.Patient Customer Service: I did call the toll free # to provide one more opportunity to earn my business, however, was on hold for quite some time with repeated recording indicating that the wait time was over 10 minutes. My time is as valuable and by having wait times exceeding 10 minutes add to loss of my business.Save you time folks - go elsewhere.

I have been to many dental offices over the years. Trying to find the right one. Dr Yarger did a fantastic job when it came to my teeth. She always asked how I was doing during the procedures. Her assistant Dee was fantastic as well. She was on top of everything when helping the dr. Their hygienist Jessica is wonderful. I have never had a cleaning that I felt great afterwards. She was gentle but made sure that my teeth were clean. I would definitely recommend this office to others. I live all the in the Lillington-Mamers area, but I will take that drive down to Fuquay any day because I know that I am in great hands and that my smile is important to them. Keep up the fantastic work!

This is the worst place i have even beenThe dentist dont know what they doing but they sure can over charge you. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I dont think they should be open for business just because they are not honest people. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Man all I wanted was another refill on my prescription. I called twice showing my concern now my whole jaw is swollen and their closed on Saturday. Will not be going back, and would not recommend to anybody.

Worse place I ever been and dishonest by over charging my credit card without authorization. Also asking for payment upfront for services I don’t even have done. Ridiculous customer service by ridiculous and rude lady named Cristina from billing department. She knows the words *** Customer Service *** but doesn’t what that mean to others. I wish to give them 0 start if I could.
