I walked in for a cleaning and had a broken tooth and he ended up also taking care of my broken tooth, (unplanned and not scheduled) within an hour of my cleaning making me feel so much better and relieved.I love the family business atmosphere, all the dentists and their team so far! I had a great experience with lane &Associates. I had a great dentist by the name of Campbell. He has away of making you feel so comfortable and he explains everything in detail. The dental assistants are great as well. My appointment was at the Fuquay-Varina location. I highly recommend this location.

Weenie is my hygienist. She’s the greatest. I saw her first many years ago and now refuse to have anyone else clean my teeth. I alway leave with my teeth feeling great. She’s good at giving me advice on things to improve my dental hygiene without making me feel bad. She remembers my family (who also loves her) and always asks about them. I love her and highly recommend everyone use her!

Amazing staff! My whole right side of my face swollen and in pain, they see me right away! Xray immediately and because they are so knowledgeable got right to the issue! Im scheduled to have my wisdom tooth taken out shortly and I have never felt so comfortable with this place. I didnt trust dentists before..... This branch in particular is on point though! The dentist was great. Olivia the assistant was great. The front desk woman was horrific. I wanted my temperature on my wrist and she ignored my request and went right for my head. It was very invasive. They almost lost a customer for good because of it.

Amazing Ladies! Everyone was so friendly. I had so much pain and the dentist I had been going to could not have me do a consultation for my wisdom teeth removal until May. I called and I was able to come in that same day for my consultation and next day got them removed. My teeth were out so quick. They are the best.

I have been going to the Fuquay office for 13 years. I just had my last appointment there. Every time I go there it seems to take longer and longer after a cleaning to get a dentist to look at my teeth. The service and organization is going downhill. Today I gave up waiting after 45 minutes. I spend a total of 1.5 hours in that office and only had a cleaning that took 20 minutes. I checked myself out and walked out without ever seeing a dentist. Of course they suddenly cared when I was walking out the door but that was too late. There are plenty of other good dentist in the area.

This office is so awesome! All of the staff is so kind and welcoming. I always feel like my teeth are whiter than I can possibly make them at home after every standard cleaning. I love their all natural mint, water, and baking soda treatment they can do to powerwash off the coffee stains on my teeth. My smile instantly looks brand new afterwards!

After a slight bump saying I didn’t have an appointment, but I in actuality I did ( I mean why would I make up that I was there to get new crown on), I was called , crown was put on and I have no further complaints and best of all no pain!

I’ve always dreaded the dentist because I am not great at taking care of my teeth. So when a hygienist cleans it typically hurts. Not today. Weenie was my hygienist today and she by far is the best I think I have ever had. She was just as efficient and effective as other hygienists and had the touch of a feather. Even when flossing underneath my permanent retainer, not once did I flinch because she was incredibly gentle. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone with sensitive teeth/gums. Thank you!

They put all my anxieties to rest being at a new practice and all. I really appreciated everyone and I cant say enough good things about the overall experience!

A great place. Dental work is always expensive but they do all in their power to give you the best deal possible. The atmosphere is very family friendly and the long time employees remember you. I hadnt visited this location in 7 years and a Ms. Catherine remembered me and my mother by last names alone and was overjoyed to see me. Great place and well worth your time to visit

The experience was excellent from the ease of making an appointment to the friendly greeting when I arrived to the office. I was there for a routine cleaning appointment where I saw a hygienist named Weenie who was efficient and thorough. Im not a dentist but have had cleanings every 6 months, give or take a few months, for nearly 48 years and I can say with confidence that Weenie is among the best, if not the best. I saw Dr. Hinds who checked me when the cleaning was done; made my next appointments and was done all in under an hour! Thank you Lane & Associates for not letting me sit idle in the waiting room or the dental chair. We will be back.
