Never disappointed with my deep tissue from Samantha. Id have to say she is the best! She definitely keeps me coming back & Im always looking forward to it. Hand & Stone is a wonderful, friendly place. Great communication and ease with booking or rescheduling. Highly recommend

Wow! I LOVED my facial with Lori! She is so sweet and cares about your skins health. She educates you while giving you a relaxing facial. They use great products here. My skin already shows a huge difference 1 day later. Lori made this such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for me. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow! What an amazing experience! Restore*Relax*Refresh is their specialty and I must say they aim to please! The energy of this place is total serenity. One hour of pure love and peace within a therapeutic environment! From the door to the back all employees were professional, respectful, and welcoming 😀 Teresa was absolutely wonderful! She made me forget all my stress-related issues and I completely merged into the massage bed. I didnt want it to end and Im already ready for my next session. I highly recommend this place!

I just had THE best massage today. Grace is amazing!! If you have never tried the Himalayan stones, try them!! The other Massage Therapists are also wonderful as well, Unlike others Who have one key therapist and that’s it . The front desk is very friendly and helpful. They are always quick to help me reschedule when needed. Love this place!

I had my first facial with Julie today and it was one of the best facials I have ever had! I get massages every month and a facial once a quarter, I will definitely make the trip from Apex to fuquay for another facial by Julie!

Everyone is awesome at Fuquay Hand and Stone. Trinity, at the front desk, is so professional, kind and patient. Love going there. I always get treated as if I am the only person there!! The management team is wonderful.

I have been to a few different H&S in the wake county area but none are like the spa in Fuquay! I’ve had facials & massages here and it’s the best services I have ever received from a spa setting. I always leave extremely relaxed and calm, the setting in the room is so peaceful. The staff is extremely friendly, polite & professional. They truly deserve more then 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a long over due Facial. Julie was absolutely wonderful. Signed up for a membership and scheduled my next appointment. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They didnt even charge extra for the double chin 🤣🤣

I’ve gotten quarterly, if not more often, massages for the past 15 years and this was the first time I’ve ever left upset. I completed the paperwork on the iPad which was not reviewed before I was brought back to the room, at which point I let the therapist know I had just found out I was about 3 weeks pregnant (a lot earlier than most women even find out). She stated she needed to check with her boss to see what their policy is on first trimester massage. Coming back a few minutes later, I was informed I would need to get a doctor’s note and would not be able to get my massage today. She walked me out to the front and informed the receptionist that I wouldn’t be charged for today and could reschedule. Once the manager got off the phone, she brought me into the office, I explained to her what I was told and she said no way that’s not their policy to get a doctor’s note and being that I had massage throughout my first pregnancy and am completely healthy I could absolutely get my massage today and she apologized. When I was brought back to the room (11:12 at this point), the therapist then told me she hadn’t actually checked with the manager because she was on the phone and she told me about the drs note because she thought another prenatal therapist had said that at some point. My massage finally started about 11:15, ending at 11:58...supposed to be a 50 minute massage.. Upon checking out, the price I was asked to pay was $10 more than what I was quoted on the phone. When asking about the total, I was informed prenatal massage is $10 more, at which I made a comment that I wish I would have known that ahead of time. There was no offer to honor the original fee quoted, especially with all the trouble at the beginning nor getting my full massage time. I wouldn’t have even had to disclose my very early pregnancy and I wouldn’t have been charged the extra fee for less pressure and less time. I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled today and I will certainly not be returning to this location nor will I be recommending to anyone else.

During my first visit to this location, I was disappointed. I had a microdermabrasion facial and a deep tissue massage and they both were disappointing. I asked the masseuse to apply more pressure several times throughout the massage and the pressure never changed. The facial was the worst experience I have ever had. Ive had several microdermabrasion facials, but this one was uncomfortable. It felt as if the suction was too much, causing abrasions on my face. When asked how the services were, I expressed my displeasure and was offered a different masseuse and esthetician at my next visit. Im all about second chances, so I scheduled another facial and massage appointment. I returned for the massage, tell the masseuse I would like a deep tissue massage and she immediately responded she didnt do deep tissue. I was upset and frustrated at that point. My massage was horrible and I was informed the facial couldnt be completed because the appointment time was booked in error. I decided to choose this location because it is closer to my home, but Im hoping to have different results at the next visit. Ive scheduled one last appointment with this location hoping for a better result, if there are no changes, Ill be taking my business to a different location.

I have been getting regular massages at the Cary, NC location prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and had ceased going for almost 9 months. I was so glad to finally have the Fuquay-Varina location open and so much closer. My massage was one of the best. Grace was simply amazing. She listened to my history, found the spots where I needed work and loosened me right up. Lori, the esthetician for my facial following my massage was wonderful. She told me every step as she moved through the process, gave tips and recommendations for future care and took a lot of time to understand my routine at home and current skin care needs. I felt completely refreshed after my visit and can’t wait to return.

Had my first facial ever today and it will not be my last. Mrs. Safran was very gentle and wonderful to be around during my pampering experience. I plan to return back soon! I also purchased the beauty basics kit to keep a good regime going for myself.Thank you Lynn for having the special!

The front desk girl Kaitlynn is awful rude and unprofessional other then that the owner did right by me but needs to let Kaitlynn Go if she wants to continue to be successful! Customers should always be right and be taken care of! Thanks
