Great customer service. So welcoming and friendly. Got both of my teen daughter’s ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place. I was never pressure to buy into anything else for the piercing (unlike my Claire’s experience). I drove over an hour to have an experience like this one. It was worth it!! Thank you for making us all feel comfortable and welcomed.

Beth at Merle Norman did my wedding makeup for me and she did a phenomenal job! Ive never worn much makeup so I was a little hesitant about getting my makeup done professionally but Beth made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! I showed her pictures of makeup styles I liked and she took them and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I would definitely recommend Beth and Merle Norman for all your makeup needs!

I havent worn make up in so long and decided I needed to stock up and spend some time on my face. The staff is great. I left with a bunch of products that were perfect for me and was shown how to apply. Thanks for giving me a fun look and I cant wait to come back and try more products soon!

Id like to give a warm thank you to all the gals at Merle Norman! I have been using Merle Norman products for 15+ years and Ive hit a place in my life where my skin needs are changing. I was having a hard time getting my skin under control. After discussing my concerns, Kim and Beth had me try a couple of samples of products that were available. I was able to try them for a couple of days and found one system that worked for my skin. I loved being able to try the products before I purchased! They are excellent at doing kids ear piercings! We read reviews saying as much so decided to have our daughters ears done here. They did an excellent job and turned my daughters nervousness into sheer excitement!

I went in last year to get some good information on makeup and ideas on application. They were very nice but in my opinion did not have the expertise and knowledge that I was looking for. I felt that I could do a better job.

My first time going was on Friday the 27th and I had a full face of makeup done at 10:30 AM. We had family pictures at 4. And by 10 PM it still looked amazing! They even gave me a small patch of lipstick to touch up with! 10/10 would go again.

I would give zero stars if possible, and I dont usually leave reviews good or bad. I have used Merle Norman products for many years, and love the perfecting makeup. So, I made a special trip to Fuquay to get new foundation (and possibly purchase mascara and new brushes) but the store owner Beth was so rude, I had to walk out empty handed. As I was waiting on another store worker to color match the foundation, I felt of some brushes that were sitting out on the counter. Beth immediately came over, reached in front of me, took the brushes and said I have to sanitize these now. Instead of being unbelievably rude and making me feel like some dirty person, would it have killed her to wait and sanitize the brushes after I left? I was the only customer in the store!

A Big Thank You Beth and the Merle Girls for taking such great care of my 81 year old Mom with not only ear piercing but helping her choose the perfect color for her eye brow powder. I cant thank yall enough for always taking Extra time and Care with patients and kindness and making her special each time she comes in. You cant just go anywhere and get that Extra compassion ESP with the Seniors. Taking her hand and helping her walk around to look at the earrings and pocket books just makes her day.Also a Vey Big Thank you for collecting funds and gift cards for the Flood Victums in Baton Rougue.Its the Compassion and Spirit of Community that keeps the Shop Local going.
