Dr. Patti Huang and her staff are AMAZING! I highly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT specialist. She is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring physician. Both she and her staff are caring and made me feel very comfortable. She was able to confirm the initial diagnosis given by my primary care physician for a thyroglossal duct cyst, and provide me options of how to proceed. Fortunately, the cyst disappeared on its own and I did not require surgery. If I had needed surgery, I would have requested Dr. Huang perform it knowing I would be in good hands.

Dr. Huang listens to you. Shes a very caring physician. Her staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Huang is taking care of my son. She is the first Doctor to actually take the time to see my son and order a CT scan. The scan results came in. Dr.Huang gave us results and solutions. Finally, we are on the right track. She made my son feel comfortable, and myself confident in her abilities and expert opinion. I highly recommend.

After reading great reviews I went in confidently but left disappointed as she prescribed heavy medications that did little to no help and she could not properly diagnose, she didn’t have answers to my concerns. Unhelpful and issue was overall, not resolved. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Huang and her staff go above and beyond the patients to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Huang did not rush throught the examination of my sons ears and answered my million questions. Dr. Todd was also so patient with him during his hearing test. I highly recommend this team to anyone, especially anyone who has special needs kiddos because they truly understand how to care for their patients. Dr. Huang treats both of my sons and I cannot think of anyone else I would trust with their ENT needs. Highly recommend.

Dr. Todd is fantastically knowledgeable, very compassionate, and a great conversationalist! I used one hearing aid for several years and when Dr. Todd came to the practice, he helped to identify hearing loss in my other ear. My life is 10x easier and I know that I am always well cared for at this office. He has been incredible and attentive to my needs and schedule, I can leave a message any time and know it will be returned promptly, and I wouldn’t trade him for anything! He helped me replace a lost hearing aid, a broken retention wire, and answered my 10,000 questions about equilibrium without making me feel dumb. I very rarely feel comfortable with male doctors, but Dr. Todd is a welcome exception. I’ll be a patient of this practice for many years to come!

I never write reviews but I had to for Dr. Huang and the staffs. After visiting different ENT doctors and ER none of them could help me except they prescribed me with all different antibiotics and pills. Then I found Dr. Huang who saved me from preauricular pit infection. I’ve never seen a doctor who is so caring and knowledgeable. After discussing my symptoms over the phone, they made time to let me come in and complete the procedure right away. Everyone was taking precautions for COVID-19 (they even disinfected my DL when giving it back to me!) which I felt really safe, and they follow up to check how I’m doing the next day. All the staff members are so kind and they seem to truly care about their patients. Dr. Huang takes time to listen, empathize, and thoroughly explain the next step. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you’re looking for a true doctor who can really help you!

My 2 year old daughter was on antibiotics 5 times in a year for ear infections. Dr. Huangs expertise and compassion made us feel confident we choose the right ENT. Since our visit with Dr. Huang, my daughter hasnt had one ear infection, and its been a year! I definitely recommend her to anyone that struggles with ENT problems.

I have had the privilege as an RN to work closely with Dr Huang in the operating room and know first hand her level of expertise/ knowledge as well as her awesome bedside manner. When my grandson needed an ENT I knew it would be her. Not only did she solve his issues with OTC medication, she calls to check up on how his doing. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for your children. Dr. Huang is great with our kids. Shes incredibly calm and soothing when talking to them. She always takes the time to fully explain things to us as parents and answers any questions we have. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Weve taken both of our kids here since birth, even now that our insurance changed and shes out of network. I cant imagine finding a better ENT doc.

The office lady was so rude over the phone and when I tried to ask about the copay and told her my insurance information she refused to tell me any billing information, because she’s lazy and didn’t want to do her job. Get a new receptionist!!!

Dr. Huang is amazing and goes above and beyond. We first started going to Dr. Huang when our son and daughter began suffering from frequent and persistent nosebleeds. The nosebleeds were so bad I began to worry they were being caused by something more than just dryness. After a thorough exam Dr. Huang was able to diagnose the problem, solve it and teach me methods to control it. She was very calm and reassuring and didnt try and sell me on unnecessary medication or medical/surgical procedures. A bonus is the fact that she is truly the nicest and kindest doctor we have ever been seen by.

Dr. Huang was the specialist who removed my tonsils/adenoids last year and while my personal recovery was a little bumpy for its own reasons, I ultimately made a full recovery and my apnea is basically gone!She even went as far as to personally perform the emergency surgery at 3am after my cauterization didnt stay shut thanks to my own blood.

Super Doc. Experienced and Great bedside Manner

Office staff isnt very friendly. Theres not a sign in sheet so I had to stand there and wait until she was done talking to her co-worker. Then she picked up the phone while still not acknowledging me. I stood there with the glass between us for a couple of minutes. These doctor offices need to hire friendly office help with good customer etiquette or their business will suffer. There are so many choices these days customer service will make or break your business. Dr was nice but I will not be back due to the rude office staff.

Dr huang and her staff are probably the best, friendliest and knowledgeable practice I know, and I’ve been to many MANY ent’s. I have chronic ear problems and have my entire life, as well as a back ground as a nurse in the medical field and I have worked for a group of ent surgeons as well. She and her staff have taken care of me and my daughter and my father and even a surprise visit from my new born niece who was in from GA and developed a horrible ear infection. They we booked solid that day, but found a way to fit that baby girl in early and take the best care of her so she could fly back home without it being dangerous and so the poor thing wouldn’t be so miserable while she was in town with us and not at her home. They have always been very kind, and helpful, great bedside manner, and they are very professional so that everything runs as smooth as possible. Insurances don’t make it real easy to keep medical practices and surgeons running smoothly unfortunately. So they take great care in making sure they have everything in order as to get the paperwork through and improved by insurance as quickly as possible. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

It is a surgical practice so thats all that will be pushed on you, surgery and not much explanation of things. The dr has a good staff but the dr does not like being questioned. Dr has a VERY Poor bed side manner. Her staff checked my son more thoroughly and the dr didnt check anything until we asked and then claimed she had already done it. When? We were right there. Never ever go here.

Did not have a good experience when trying to schedule an appointment.. front desk handling schedule seemed like they didnt have time to listen or just didnt care...

The office ask for my Social Security number which illegal and I refuse to provide, they REFUSED to see me as a patient. I have insurance through United Health Care and since I refuse to provide my Social I was asked to pay cash. Greedy Dr. practice all they care is $$$---VERY BAD
