Was referred by our childs primary care doctor and we love her so we tried her referral first. Our 8 month old needs tubes in his ears; so come Wednesday morning I call the office and immediately put on hold for 30 minutes. I dont mind it, I have to enter data so I am waiting my turn patiently. After 30 minutes it goes to a voicemail. My phone service has been spotty and I am finding missed calls never reaching my phone but I will get voicemails days later. I hang up and try again, only this time it goes directly to voice mail. No hold and even if I get back in the que I would have to start all over. Now I am mad.So I do a voicemail and in their message they polity say they will wait until after lunch to return calls. So I wait and they do not call me back until 5:28pm. 28 MINTUES AFTER THEY ARE OFFICALLY CLOSED. So if I missed by phone call by any reason; I would not be able to get anyone until the next day granted they answer their phone the next time or I would have to leave another voicemail, thus continuing the cycle. They lost a potential patience.

Dr. McClay is an amazing doctor! He is very knowledgeable and is great with my son. He is very personal with very patient with my son. And when my son is sick, they are able to get him in ASAP, sometimes his primary care doctor is unable to get him in. Dr.McClay is the BEST and his staff and nurses are also amazing!!! Thank you guys for seeing him & easing my concerns :) I highly recommend Dr McClay!!! We need more doctors that love what they do and are really good. THANK YOU!

We absolutely love Dr. McClay and trust him with our children. I would give him personally 5 star but his billing stuff is lacking. I had to pay up front for surgery knowing that I would meet my deductible before they billed my insurance. And as I thought the hospital hit the deductible first and now I am owed a refund of over $500. I have been calling for weeks to get the refund since my insurance showed my deductible was in fact met. They told me they couldnt do that until they got payment from the insurance. Well I finally call today (4-28-17) and they got the payment (surgery was on 3-30-17) and they tell me it will take 4-7 WEEKS to get the check to me. In this day and age this is absolutely ridiculous. Seems like they need a more proficient office staff.

Office will tell you they classify the visit as one thing. Billing will charge your insurance as another. When I called and told billing what the office staff said, they said I was misinformed and it doesnt matter what the office told me. I am willing to pay my bill if it was correct. They said if I have problems I need to call the insurance and they cant do anything for me. The last thing you need when your dealing with ill children are incorrect medical bills. Avoid this place. Very sad, we had seen Dr. McClay before and thought he was a decent dr, but there are a lot of great ENTs on the area and offices with no billing complaints.

They charged us and also billed insurance. Insurance already paid them and I had to request the refund. Wish they handled the billing process little efficiently.
