The waiting time over here is beyond horrendous.. regardless of the appointment time, minimum 45min to 1hour wait is normal and the consulting / treatmemt is not that special either. I recommend you to find another doctors office.

Dr. Maurer is very thorough and takes the health and recovery of his patients very seriously. I highly recommend him as a physician.

Ive been a patient for several years and found Dr. Maurer and his staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I always get a full explanation of whats going on and options for treatment. All-in-all, they are the best.

Dr Maurer is a very caring doctor not only has he fixed my rotator cuff and a bunch of spiders and a torn bicep but he is also now looking at my Wrist. He is not one of those doctors that just wants to immediately operate. He gave me several options on my carpal tunnel and recommended a brace first, then possibly a shot and then if that doesn’t help then yeah maybe down the line will do an MRI and have surgery. Not only is he taking care of me as in knees, wrist & shoulder but he has also been taking care of my wife for the past 5 years. He has done Muliple required surgery’s because of a broken ankle and knees.I would recommend him to anyone who needs and wants professional and quality care

Had a 3pm appointment. As of 3:50, I hadnt even had an x-ray (let alone seen the doctor). Based on the reviews here, it sounds like Dr. Lessner is great and worth the wait for some people.

Dr. Diehl always listens and takes the most conservative approach for the injury rather than surgery first. He’s taken care of several of my sprains & falls. Highly recommend.

Dr Mark Lesner checked my right knee that he replaced in May 2020. It has been feeling great. It was my follow up 6 month. He also checked my left thumb for all the pain I was experiencing & injected. Already feeling better tonight!Thank you for all the help! The Dr. Lessner & Dr. Diehl and the staff have all been great! Dr. Diehl replaced my left hip in February 2019. My son says, “My Bionic Mom”.

I visited Dr. Dan Maurer per good recommendations of a family friend. Dr. Maurer was friendly but very efficient, explained my situation very clearly and discussed my options, and we agreed to an action plan. I could not ask for anything more.

Sadly, we are regulars here. It is always a great experience, as far as these things go. Very professional and Dr. Diehl is always correct about his assessments, which are explained if full.

I had a great experience on my 3rd knee replacement. When I started Outpatient Therapy, I was already ahead of range of motion goals at 124 degrees bend. I managed 130 degrees after 2 weeks of therapy, and Dr Maurer agreed I could stop formal PT and continue strengthening on my own. Every step of this procedure was like clock work. I have been going to Dr. Maurer for six years & for various problems. He is on time & is patient & answers all my questions. Plus, he is honest & will discuss other options, if possible, other than surgery. I would highly recommend him for ortho issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diehl for about 5 years. He takes the time to ask questions, listen to responses and ask appropriate follow-up questions before conducting his physical examination. Dr. Diehl explains his findings and conclusions clearly and asks questions to ensure that he has been understood. Over the years, I have learned to trust him and his medical judgment.

Dr. Diehl is AWESOME! Went to him for a second opinion after my original ortho doc told me she wouldnt even consider surgery... even after I told her the routine PT she prescribed wasnt helping at all, and the shoulder pain was actually getting worse. She wouldnt listen and would talk over me and at me.So glad I found Dr. Diehl. He patiently listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave it to me straight. He did a great job with my surgery and actually found that my injury was worse than the MRI showed, so he worked his surgical magic and patched me up good as new! His team is sharp, respectful and professional. Cant recommend this practice enough! Thanks again Doc!!

The doctor and staff were nice but both times we have come here the wait time is horrendous. This time we arrived 10 minutes before our 4pm appointment. Its now 5:20pm and we are still waiting in the exam room to see the doctor.Edit: 5:30pm and still nothing for a 4pm appointment. Been told 2 more minutes a few times over the past 30 minutes.

Dr. Diehl and his staff were fantastic and with my wife. The front staff was a bit cold and was upset when I asked for our ID and insurance cards back. Tried to make an excuse but then admitted that she forgot then slammed her little glass sliding door. She needs to remember where her pay check comes from.. Us.. Without the patients and their insurance companies they would Not be in business

I HAVE SEEN DR. MAURER OVER THE PAST 4 YEARS. FIRST FOR SURGERY TO REPAIR MY RIGHT SHOULDER AND NOW TO MAINTENANCE MY LEFT SHOULDER. WRESTLING IN COLLEGE AND 10+ YEARS IN THE MARINE CORPS TOOK A TOLL ON ME. DR. MAURERS HONEST APPROACH TO DISCUSSING OPTIONS AND TALKING TO ME, NOT AT ME IS A GREAT COMFORT WHEN MAKING THESE BIG DECISIONS.

Dr. Lessner has operated on both of my shoulders . Both shoulders required full reverse replacement. For each procedure, Dr. Lessner explained in detail , the process and procedures he would be performing for successful surgeries. Never having any surgery before, I was a bit apprehensive until Dr. Lessner explained it all in laymans terms. He kindly answered any questions and his hospital visits afterwards were further explanations of what I could expect as part of my recovery. I felt very encouraged and consequently followed his advise to seek Physical Therapy . My recovery was remarkable insofar as it took me less time than expected to have reasonable range of motion. I was back to driving and work within 3 1/2 months. Follow-up visits with Dr. Lessner were encouraging and very up-beat. Dr. Lessners easy demeanor and willingness to make you feel like youre his only patient allows for confident recommendations.

The level of care is top notch. The front desk was wonderful in getting me checked in when the computer up front wasnt working. The nurse brought the tablet to me so I wouldnt have to get up on my painful knee. They were all joking around and made the environment of the office so welcoming and friendly. So much better than stuffy office staff with no sense of humor. The rest of the staff was just as nice and kind. Dr Diehl was great with his bedside manner and his understanding of what was wrong with my knee. I look forward to coming back to the office to continue my treatment as I continue to get better.

I really am appreciative for this place. Dr Diehl has done amazing for my daughter. Torn acl, meniscus, lateral and month later shes doing awesome. Surgery went excellent and the staff has been nothing but kind to us.

I have to say, Performance Orthopedics staff and Dr. Diehl have done such a awesome job and the office staff are well organized and the smooth check process has been my best experience yet. Dr Diehl is very clear on what i need to have done on my elbow and what he would be doing to fix my issues. I have to say the surgery went very well and my pain after surgery has been well managed and the best surgery experience i have ever had. Great Job to the whole team!!!! The people and staff seem very nice but they dont care about the patients time. Last time here was over an hour late to see doctor. Today 30 minutes past appointment time and still three patients before us per front desk.

My 86 year old mother had fallen and had a small fracture in her foot. I believe Dr. Diehl called it a Jones fracture. He was very nice but wanted to do surgery and I did not feel that my mom would tolerate the surgery well so we sought a second opinion. The second doctor agreed that surgery was not really an option and ordered a bone stimulator machine. It was brought to their Assisted Living facility and set to run 30 minutes each day. I dont recall just exactly how long it took - maybe 6 weeks or so but the fracture totally healed. I dont like it when surgery is the first choice with no consideration for a persons age and general health. I would have hated to risk my moms health when the bone stimulator totally healed the foot.We never went back and it has been a couple of years now but I still keep getting e-mails wanting me to set up a patient portal. I called and asked them to remove the name since we were no longer a patient but that did no good. Very frustrating.

This has been one of the best medical care experiences from our initial consultation to post-op visits to physical therapy. Dr. Diehl and his team are a very caring, friendly and professional group. I had a left knee injury (meniscus and ACL tears). Thank you!!!

Saw Dr Kendall Carl for continuing neck pain. He was extremely kind and thorough and referred me out to a pain management specialist. Im so glad he wasnt just ready to cut as most surgeons or specialists can be.

Extremely long waiting times, issues with Insurance verification which led to a postponement of my surgery and told to try some ibuprofen for pain. Dr. Maurer is actually a great doctor but the clinic experience just kinda sucks.

My visits to Dr. Troy Diehls office at Centennial facility was one of my worst experiences even at doctors office. The staffs (the front desk ladies and nurses) were very rude and showed the attitude that they dont care abotu patients. The waiting long was extremely long (over 45 mins). My left knee was fractured and had meniscus tear. After office visit, no one from the office could take me to the car. So I had to walk all the way from the office at 3rd floor to the parking lot with my crutches. During my first visit, the nurse even gave me a pair of wrong size crutches. I never used crutches before and it was my friends who told me I need a different crutches with correct size. I had to go back to office once more to get a different pair of crutches. I requested X-ray record for myself and the office charged $10 for that. I dont trust the staffs, PAs and doctors at this office. Use different orthopedic doctor if you can. We are deserved to be treated better. I will find another doctor for my left knee.

Just tried to register as a new patient. Was put on hold 5 times. Asked the same questions twice. One of the receptionists did not know about all the data on insurance cards. I just gave up to look else where.

No regard for patients time. The receptionist told us we next after 45 minutes waiting and she lied. There are other groups in the area to go to.
