I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of months now and have to say that I am very pleased with the staff. I have utilized therapy services on and off throughout my adulthood, but never quite clicked with any particular therapist. Shannon has BY FAR surpassed any one I have seen in the past. She is kind, understanding, and caring, but most importantly she has and continues to provide me with the tools needed to better my life. 10/10 highly recommended!

Dr. Rizvi needs to have his license taken away. He lacks compassion, competence, would gaslight me, and only cares about taking your money rather than helping you. I found a new doctor as soon as possible and I thank God I did.

My daughter is a patient and they will not call us back. I have left multiple messages, the pharmacy has called, my husband has tried. For months we have tried. It is really terrible practice for a mental health professional to let a patient go with out meds.

When I first came to this clinic I felt terrible, I was constantly anxious, sick, overthinking, physically exhausted and all in all not my best self mentally or physically. However if it wasn’t for the help of Dr. Rizvi and Shannon I would not be making the progress that I am today. I can whole heartedly say that I have made tremendous progress since the first time I stepped foot into the clinic. Dr. Rizvi and Shannon have not only made me feel welcomed but have made my feelings and emotions feel valid and acknowledged. I feel that when it comes to medication Dr. Rizvi is always looking out for his clients best interest and will try and help find the root of your issues. It is thanks to Dr. Rizvi and Shannon that I can finally say I feel like I’m making progress both mentally and physically. I am still working on myself but I am grateful to have these two on my side along the way. Starting treatment at this clinic was one of the best things I could have done for myself. Frisco Mental Health Services has a very cheery, bright, and welcoming environment. It’s halls are light and airy. It’s staff is so inviting. They are helpful and kind. Dr. Rizvi is an extraordinary doctor. He is a great listener. He is keenly attuned to patient needs, and does his best to adjust treatments and medications to ensure best outcomes. For me he was able to stabilize my anxiety, and enable me to finally quiet my racing thoughts and achieve truly restful sleep. I have been in treatment for years and had never previously experienced such relief of my symptoms. I believe that under Dr. Rizvi’s care, that I am on the road to healing. I feel truly blessed.

Worst decision my family ever made!! We went there seeking help my wife opens up to Dr. Furqan Rizvi about things that we are going through. And she specifically asked all this is confidential he said yes. Not less than 24 hrs he calls cps and they are at our door. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. My wife confided in this man for help and he betrayed her trust. What is the point of being a psychologist if your not going to help. Worst doctor i have ever seen..

WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER seeked treatment from. I went seeking help and he called CPS on my family all because he simply didnt understand where we were living. Then he will NOT accept my calls. DO NOT confide in this man, he has no sense of understanding and will use information against you.STAY AWAY!!!Regardless if youre raising your hand for help, this doctor does NOT care. He has caused more stress and hurt to my family. All because he didnt want to pick up the phone and ask me to clarify. You DO NOT call CPS when guessing about someone.SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & SANITY.
