This place was an absolute joke! Everyday that we walked in there would be someone new working. The turn over rate is outrageous. They quoted us a price and we signed the paperwork at that price, which was all covered by insurance but like a minimal amount. The next thing I know we are getting two thousand dollar bills. When asked about it they just kept giving me the run around and no one had an answer.They say they help with your child’s schoolwork. Well, first off there isn’t a teacher there nor anyone that oversees them. My daughter failed her first 9week progress report because they couldn’t even manage to get her online everyday at her designated time to do her work. She had other piers there to help her. The staff could care less. There was one staff member that truly cared and would help my daughter in between doing so many other tasks that weren’t even hers to do.There was absolutely no consistency whatsoever. These kids need routine and consistency more than ever. We never even had the same therapist each week. The new one would come every week and we were back at the beginning explaining everything over.Finally around week six we had the same therapist and we loved him.The psychiatrist is just medication happy and watch out for his billing! Crazy amounts for nothing! No one even told us we were supposed to be a part of that meeting until I asked a month in.The staff there has minimal training and the bare minimum of certifications. They couldn’t even handle some of the kids and their tempers.They say the younger kids are separated from each other but they aren’t. I didn’t want my child with older kids.Hopefully, they have made some major changes because I wouldn’t recommend anyone sending their child there even if it was free!

Thank you to all the staff for what you do. Your efforts have shown you care and we are just not another number. Wish we had this program in New York our community could have been helped. Our family has been part of your program for weeks and have nothing but growth and restoration. Kinda confused to the previous reviews when all the staff does is partner to help families. Its a lot of commitment but we cant expect Elevate to fix our family overnight when our issues was years of trauma. Kudos to all!!!!

I have legal guardianship of my nephew since December 16, 2020. In May 2021 I explored putting him in Elevate to deal with some issues.However, they are trying to bill me for a visit he had in September 2019 when he was in the custody of my sister and uninsured.I have called multiple times. I get bills. I get text messages. I get emails. I am not responsible for this bill, and I will hire a lawyer if it goes on my credit report. I subscribe to legal insurance through work for like $20 a month.

Staff, including influential counselors, changed weekly. There is a lack of policies and procedures for staff or staff had no knowledge of. Either way is unacceptable. Staff could not answer questions. Staff didnt know who the director was of the facility when I requested. They sent several emails trying to find out who to direct me to. The doctor is not able to be reached during urgent or emergency due from the medication managment. I think the facility could be a great place with varying management.

My review is based on my initial experience with Elevate. The staff at the Frisco location was more than helpful in answering my questions about a new Plano location I was referred to. I would specifically like to mention Taylor who made me feel at ease with my concerning questions and was sure to explain everything thoroughly. I have never used Elevate Healthcare’s services. A couple of weeks ago, they set three or four emails stating to contact their collections department about a debt I owed. I contacted them through the portal I was given and was told I didn’t owe them anything and they said a doctor had sent them a referral. Somehow a supposed referral turned into a scam email trying to collect money. They kept sending at least three emails a day with the same statement, I owed money, I need to contact them. After countless calls which they never returned and emails, I put up a review on one of their facilities with my truthful experience with this company. Elevated Healthcare responded with a very juvenile reply (you can see it on their Garland location site) calling me a liar, saying everything I said was untrue. Funny, after the one star review, they returned my phone call from the voicemail they said they never got. I don’t know what kind of shady scam Elevated Healthcare is running, but I’d stay away from them. I wonder how many people just pay these scammers?In response to your reply, I have all my receipts to prove what I’m saying. I’ve got emails and now a voicemail returning my phone calls after I put up these reviews about whatever scam you are trying to pull. I did NOTHING wrong except try to protect my good name. You want to bring in your legal department? Bring it. I can prove everything I’ve said and you owe me an apology. I tried my best to get this resolved. Anyone who wants more information, please contact me.

Being a employee of elevate healthcare is wonderful, just got promoted from doing a great job and following directions from being taught by the former employee nick. Great place to work and love the kids.

Love the staff here, very welcoming environment. My daughter has been attending now from the last five weeks. This place definitely goes above and beyond for support. The weekly family sessions has brought our family together. We just received our statements and shocked how low our bill was with the amount of services and support they provide. Where have y’all been? Will definitely share with our family and friends if they need support to strengthen their relationship with their teens!

Love the front desk girl, from being patient with me and scheduling my kids for the next day, since today was full. I was surprise because most healthcare’s that I went too was not at full capacity. Planing to come here again

Two separate therapists were either fired or quit during a two week period. Our child was asked to start from scratch and walk new people through her entire ordeal multiple times.The company has no ties to the school district, so kids on on their own during the three hour period assigned to completing schoolwork.This company is focused on their bottom line and the business side of the enterprise, not on taking care of clients and seeing them make progress.We would strongly discourage any parents from sending their kids to this facility.

Took my child to various hospitals and programs in north texas this is by the most affordable and effective program for an entire family. Best kept secret in North Texas. People only complain when they don’t want to commit to a program. Be ready this program involves everyone in the household.

Promised a psychiatrist and therapist and only got a grumpy tech and worksheets stolen from google.

The front desk lady keri was amazing! But steven the therapist was awful. He had to ask the front desk for basic info he had no manners and didnt bother to talk with us after talking with our daughter. He didnt even have the intelligence to ask if our daughter was comfortable answering tuff questions with us in the the room. Very unorganized very uncomfortable.Update they called and got back with us and scedualed a time to talk right away. Hopefully we can figure this out.Update. Talked with them and im confident this is not the place for my child.
