This Frisco location is the best, customer service is A+. I made my order via telephone and within 48 hours my uniform package is at my doorstep. I have no idea this would have been so well. This is such a great store because of the staff. Yes, the merchandise is pretty amazing but the staff at this location are exceptional, they earned my trust and are the reason you will always be my first choice when I need to purchase again. They make me feel like a valued client and friend each time I visit the store. Honestly, I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ve seen the changing of the managers and staff and it makes me so happy that the uppers finally went in and changed out the staffing! My experience with the last set of employees really deterred me and made me consider going elsewhere, so I applaud them for taking a big change. Those I’ve met recently may be new to the systems and the scrub business (as I’ve seen in other reviews) but those are all things that can be learned. The thing that can’t be learned as easily is actually caring about quality customer service which I have felt have been long gone and is now back!

I just so happen to visit this store on my birthday. I was there to pick an order up. To my surprise I saw new staff and they were so very helpful and kind. I have heard that things have not always been this way but when I was there I was told that the store is under new management. 3 women of color were working the day I went and they all helped me in different ways. Heaven even helped me find matching pieces on clearance. She was awesome! As I was checking out Heaven asked if it was my birthday because she overheard someone singing to me on the phone. I said yes and they gave me a small gift. So unexpected. So kind. I felt so lucky!Thanks again ladies. I like the new team you’ve got. :-)

When I logged in to share my experience, I saw there were suddenly SIX 5-Star reviews for this location. Looking back over their history, they averaged that many 5-Star reviews over two months--not two days. Which tells me somebody is posting fake reviews to boost this stores reputation. Talk about lack of integrity!!!Joyce is a very nice woman. But she, by her own admission, is new to both this store AND to the scrubs industry. All of the employees who were here prior to Black Friday are gone. The difficulty the staff had in answering basic questions about brands, product availability, back orders, and delivery times does not, to me, rate 5 stars. The fact that anyone who received a 5-Star review before November has left tells me there are major problems within this company. Beyond simply giving bad customer service. Which, in this case, is the & Beyond.Want a 5-Star review? EARN it. Dont just have staff at the corporate office create false reviews to mislead customers.

Spent $130 on shoes that I would think would cause me to slip since they are nursing shoes. Highly don’t recommend buying anything from this company. I asked to switch them out for something else.

Ive read the reviews and I dont know about the other associates working there but the ones I worked with today and would recommend when you enter is Jeff and Robin. They were both very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The customer support from them were top notch. If they didnt have anything they would tell you right away and not waste your time. They know their selections and what they have. They dont have to look through all the racks just to tell you you size or color isnt there.They dont fiddle their thumbs and wait for you to come up to them for help. They are very proactive. They ask you right away. Even though I wasnt the only person being helped (there was about 2-3 other people being helped by Jeff) it felt like I was the only person Jeff was helping. Top notch! Its not like other stores where they pretend to ask you hoping you say no so they can go back to the cashier and play on their phones. No Robin and Jeff ask questions and find out what you want and how you want it.I went to another scrub store and the customer support there was atrocious. They wouldnt help me find anything they stood at their computer and let you browse. One probably asked if I needed help but said it too soft so I couldnt hear them on purpose. Who knows. Only when you want to leave because you cant find what you want. Then they would they say We can order it for you online. ... Really? Why didnt you let me know about this at the beginning when I entered the store. No thank you. Im going to Scrubs and Beyond where Jeff and Robin works.

Deja was a great help finding the right scrubs for me. She also took the time call an out of state store so I can easily pick it up from that store when I move there.

I have NEVER had an experience with shopping for scrubs like this one. As soon as I approached the store Ms. Jodi asked me what I needed and helped me to the best of her ability and explained everything beautifully. She even provided me with information that my job didnt even inform me on yet. It was my absolute first time in the store and Ive already ranted to my boyfriend how they will have my service forever. Although Ms.Jodi was busy with me AND had a trainee on her side she still manage to greet and acknowledge everyone who crossed her path. I loved her humor, customer service, and honesty! I will be back again and again lol.

This used to be a fun place to shop. Robin was always sunny, Jeff always had a joke or witty comment, Candace was always happy to help and Drex was always smiling. They were always professional and helpful—even when confronted by demanding customers. Now they have all left. This store caters mostly to Medical City employees and people who want to return online orders. The selection of men’s scrubs is minimal. Most of the customers are rude and leave the fitting rooms a mess. I’d rather drive the extra distance to Uniform Destination in Allen.

If you ever need scrubs go to Scrubs and Beyond Frisco and ask for Robin!! She is so knowledgeable and has the absolutely best customer service I have EVER experienced. I changed jobs and needed some new scrubs, she was so kind, patient and truly made me feel special. There were a few other customers in the store, but she came back and checked on me several times and didnt just leave me to fend for myself. Robin is AWESOME and now I have a new place to buy my scrubs. I will never shop anywhere else!!!!!

My experience at the store was great! Jeff was so helpful, even though the store was busier and he had many customers to take care of. He gave great recommendations for scrub pants based off of what other customers were saying worked best for them. The store was clean and well maintained even though it was a busier time.

I came to this store to return scrubs I had purchased online. When I arrived Jeff approached me at the entrance and immediately asked what can I help you with? I informed him I had a return and explained that I was willing to do an exchange. He quickly informed me that they do not do exchanges in store for online purchases and that they do not carry the brand of scrubs I came in for. He then rudely insisted that I join him at the register to further discuss. I pulled out my receipt which he read aloud you may return your purchase in store or by mail at which point he says I choose you return by mail. I then told him I prefer the in store return so that I dont have to pay the shipping fee. He agreed to process my return however never asked for the purchase receipt and was going to refund me the incorrect amounts. Thankfully he reviewed my original receipt and refunded the correct amount.

I would give 1 star if it were not for Jeff. He was EXTREMELY kind and helpful and this review has nothing to do with him. The manager of the store, a middle-aged woman (whom I did not catch her name), was extremely rude to me. From reading the other reviews people have left for this store location it is apparent that other customers have had bad experiences with this manager as well. When will this store finally take action to prevent customers from feeling uncomfortable with their rude staff?

I read the Google reviews of Scrubs & Beyond, and was a little apprehensive when I walked in last Saturday. I was immediately greeted by a smiling gentleman (Jeff), who both welcomed me into the store and asked how he could assist me. When I told him I was just browsing, he showed me where the different varieties of scrubs could be found and said he would check back with me in a few minutes. I found him to be very attentive, but not in that hovering way that some salespeople use. I also noticed he was able to assist multiple customers at the same time, but never stopped smiling. It was obvious that he enjoys his job, which made me feel very much at ease. I ended up trying on, and buying, a set of Infinity scrubs. They are extremely comfortable!Thank you, Jeff, for all of your help! I will definitely be back!!!

I initially went to this store to exchange the scrub top I purchased online. Employee told me that their system was down and couldn’t process returns/exchange. The employee asked me to just mail it back to the store - I informed her I wanted exchange and that I don’t live too far and I’m willing to come back. She kept repeating that it’s not too hard to mail it back and that system might be ‘still down’ by Friday.I noticed that there were clearance section specials going on. Purchased two scrubs from clearance section, which they were on special for Buy one Get one 50%. Both items were marked as $26.98. However, when I looked at the receipt, it had $26.98 and $19.97. I asked the employee (same one mentioned above) for price adjustment initially - she first tried to tell me that marked price of $26.98 is incorrect and that scanned price is correct. Then she informed me that item was marked incorrectly, and that’s why the price was scanned as $19.97 - and continued to tell me that $19.97 is better price. I asked her how it is a better price (since 50% of $26.98 is $13.49) - she wouldn’t listen and kept repeating that she would have to take 50% of the higher price, and that I was given a better price initially. So I finally asked her to just return both items and cancel the transaction. She said her system was down and that she can only “void” the transaction and that I would have to re-purchase. This totally didn’t make sense at all. She was able to cancel the transaction in the end. I often purchase through Scrubs and Beyond because of easy store return/exchange process and great online customer service I’ve experienced so far. However, this will be the last experience with Scrubs and Beyond for me.

Horrible customer service. Person that was helping us spoke to us in such a rude tone and talks to people like they are dumb. And I know other people who have also complained about this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This store has a great selection! But most of all the customer service is fabulous! Robyn is so helpful! She is efficient and knowlegeable about the products! She was able to take a stressful situation of finding specialized scrubs easy and fun!

I shop at this location often because Jodi (the manager) is always helpful. She helped me make a decision on shoes by telling me the pros and cons of top brands. Also on another occasion she offered to order an item that was out of stock in my size instead of telling me to order it online. I have never had a bad experience hence why it’s my perferred location to shop.

Great selection! They have regular cottonand stretchy fabric option. Great solid color choices. They lady was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely dropping online shopping for scrubs and going here.

Rude customer service! When I was in the store, I was the only customer. Any question I had, I received an answer in a bothersome tone. Everything I mentioned I was looking for I was given the total opposite of what I asked for. Wish I didnt have to even give a 1 star!

I was hesitant to visit this location due to the reviews. However, I was in the area, so I decided to give it a shot. Im glad I did! I called ahead to ask where they were located within the mall. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I got to the store, there was only one employee there, so Im assuming its the same girl I spoke with on the phone. She was just as helpful in person as she was during our phone conversation. The store was clean and organized by brand, color, and size and they had a wide selection. All that in mind, what ultimately made my visit a five-star experience was staff member Courtney. Thanks again Courtney!
