I cannot describe how pleasant my experience was with B&W Medical. This is service that cannot be duplicated! They were very courteous and professional on the phone. When I went to pick up my order, I changed my mind and wanted a different product. They dropped everything and went directly to their warehouse to get it. They were back in no time. They are an amazing team who go the extra mile to make sure that they have a satisfied customer. I even received a follow-up call to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely order from them again!

I dont know what this guy is talking about. Unfortunately, I have been in need of a few items, due to recent health issues. I have had NOTHING but great service from these guys. They have bent backwards to get me what I needed, even after I told them to be careful bending like that!! (I have back issues)Hopefully, I can get back to good health, but if I cant, at least I have a company that will do what they can to assist me in getting comfortable.

B&W Medical Supplies is NOT located inside the Yeager Office Suites in Frisco. The receptionist says they get a lot of foot traffic because of google maps inaccurately placing B&W Medical Supplies here.

For several years, Ive done business with B&W Medical, first as a vendor, then a client, so my testimony is from experience, not hear-say. Remember when retail was driven by the idea that the customer was always right? Thats what you get with Brian, Robert and all the staff at B&W.

Would give zero stars if possible, asked about coming to pick up a piece of equipment, showed up when they said theyd be available, waited 30 minutes outside of a locked door with no answer to the door or to phone calls, ended up leaving without being serviced even though we had confirmed earlier that day that we could come and pick up the piece of equipment at that exact address.

Don’t go to this address! The business used to be here at this location but it is not there anymore. The lady who was at the reception told us if she knew how to remove the listing from Google, she would, but she doesn’t know how.
