Dr Welch is wonderful. The office was clean and staff polite and efficient. I appreciate her warm personality and expertise. She went above and beyond when my son broke his foot and we needed a referral to an orthopedic doctor on a Sunday. Thank you Dr Welch!

Terrible service! They insisted we pay $200 appointment that was rescheduled. Rude staff, unconcerned doctor. There are plenty of better places in town to take your kid to. Luckily, we found a pediatrician who has better policies, great etiquette and excellent staff. So glad I didnt waste more time with this terrible doctor.

Not recommend it , have appointment sitting waiting 15 min no one there. Very cold responding. They constantly changing Dr, no one working at the front desk, sitting in the room for 15 min. Wasting your time no organization there. Very old office smells there . Bed experience.

Doctor Refused to give me important information about my daughters condition over the phone. I later let them know I was on my way to the office with a court order which states they need to release information to me, however when I arrived they locked the front door and refused to acknowledge my court order. Unethical doctor and staff.*update* immediately after I posted this review from my car someone walked outside of the facility. I was not sure who the person was that walked out so I politely introduced myself and I advised I was a concerned father seeking information from my daughters visit earlier in the day. Apparently it was Dr. Welch herself I was speaking to, however the doctor refused to acknowledge who I was. I let the doctor know my name several times, offered my drivers license for identification and had a court order in hand.My 17 month old daughter is a client therefore the curtesy is extended out to the parents. Dr. Welch is running a business which involves handling customer service. I was refused any information about my daughter. I was not offered an appointment to come back in regards to my inquiry. I was not even acknowledged as a person really since Dr. Welch repeatedly kept saying “I don’t know who you are” after I fully identified who I was, who my daughter was and why I was there.Although we were outside Dr. Welch never told me to leave and didn’t even leave herself. Rather she proceeded to call the police stating false accusations. I did absolutely nothing wrong and I was never told to leave by Dr. Welch. I asked multiple times what she wanted me to do and the Dr. refused to answer.It seems she was to upset because I posted an honest 1 star review. No threats were ever implied or made towards Dr. Welch.

We LOVE Dr. Welch and her nurse Katherine. The lady at the front desk is super nice too. They are very knowledgeable, experienced, personable and make us feel like family every time we come. We are first time parents and they have made it easier for us and at times given us peace of mind. We are very proud and happy that we picked her as the pediatrician for our son. Even now with everything going on with covid-19, we feel safe when we come. They take all possible precautions.

All Star Pediatrics has always been there for us with the best medical service. I’ve been taking kids to Pediatricians for 22 years now and have never loved one like Dr. Welch. She is thorough and always has a warm bedside manner. She always explains everything and connects with me and my youngest daughter that’s14. We loved Dr Oved as well and feel that he handed his clinic off to very capable hands. We received several notices that he was leaving and at first was concerned because he was so amazing. We are very pleased with Dr. Welch and we are so grateful that she’s in Frisco and that she’s our new provider. The office staff is always nice and ready to help as well. This is not something that we have experienced at all offices. Very happy with the care and expertise at All Star Pediatrics.

I definitely stand by my previous review. People that care need to be appreciated. Dr. Welch and all the staff at All Star Pediatrics are absolutely great. The outstanding level of professionalism, the care, kindness are just a few things that describe All Star Pediatrics. During this Covid-19 era, the protocols followed made me feel safe and I brought my daughter without hesitation. I am extremely grateful for their service. We love Dr. Welch!

Didn’t like the practice. Front Office is not organized. For every small question their answer was-please bring the patient in if you feel it’s necessary. Say we ask what could be the symptoms we should watch out for.. they’ll say we need to see the patient. Money minded. Nurse lines in other offices are much helpful with this type of questions. Didn’t feel like they really care about their patients. Would not recommend this practice.

Horrible is the best thing I can say. We had an issue with billing (sent us a bill 7 months later and found that they were billing our insurance with the wrong client number). Addressed billing issues and requested to have the doctor respond to the incorrect diagnosis and billing issues. A few days goes with no reply. We called in and we were told that we would get a response by weeks end due to being very busy. Nothing happened by weeks end except us calling them again and bring told that the doctor is out of the country. I guess they must have been really busy.Today we get a letter from the office (addressed to our old address). Thinking it was a reply to our concerns. WRONG AGAIN!It is a letter stating they will no longer be our daughters pediatrician! I guess they actually thought that we would go to them again....... Well, given the track record, I guess this is what this doctor thinks is an acceptable response.Given the amazing display of what not to do. My next step is to report this doctor to the medical board. You can say this is my acceptable response.

As a health practitioner and Nutritional Therapist I have been extremely happy the past years with Dr. Oved. I found out today he sold the practice and Dr. Welsh took over, after I met her it was the worse experience. She entered the room with a facial expression that was displeasing. She was negative about everything. My daughter sees a Physical Therapist for sports rehab and it works, Dr. Welsh had an issue with that. So much more to speak about. We will not continue treatment here.

Disappointed that we never received a notice about Dr Oved selling the practice until I showed up to my baby’s appointment and a new Dr walks in. It only took 2 visits for me to know this new Dr wasn’t the one for us. Knowing I didn’t know anything about her, the Dr never introduced herself, she just jumped straight to business. It really made my 1st visit with her feel rushed and nothing like my experience with Dr Oved who was very thorough and actually got to know his patients. In addition the staff got messy. Twice i had to take my child to an urgent care after being denied a same day appointment even though I had called and left voicemails since 7am (before opening) and then followed up as soon as they would open.

We found an amazing pediatrician in Dr Oved in Frisco when we moved to DFW area. He treats patients with a personal touch and it is always a detailed conversation for 15-20 min. My kids are happy to see him and his staff and there is always a welcoming experience with genuine smiles on the faces. Agreed, they need to stay on top of vaccines for children even more, but as a parent, I always insist them to verify and it worked just fine for us. It is hard to be a perfectionist at everything in life is my philosophy. Parents are equally responsible to verify with nurses on immunizations IMHO.

Very pleasant clinic. Dr.Oved is so patient and my little girls love him. Hell take the time to explain everything and answer any question you might have.

LOVE this DR and his staff. I was out of state for a year and when we got back I went straight back to this office. My twins are at ease here and Dr. Oved does a GREAT job with interacting with my girls and explaining anything he is doing. My girls have seen a few doctors and they do far better with him than I have seen them with anyone else. His staff is very friendly and they do a great job on working WITH you on anything. I cant express enough how much I appreciate this doctor AND his staff.

We first met Dr. Oved when our son Sam was born at Baylor Medical Center Frisco. He was the Pediatrician on call and came by each of the 3 or 4 days we were there. He is a great guy! He took us through everything he was checking out on our new baby, explaining things as we went along, we had no complications but it was easy to tell he was very knowledgeable and compassionate. His team at his office in Frisco (All Star Pediatrics) is top notch, and the are the nicest people. We all love going to visit!

We had a great experience there. He is very detailed and talks about your child development. We didnt have that with our first pediatrician who was kind of vague. He is open to any question you want to ask him about your child.

We were fortunate enough to be recommended to Dr. Oved and we cannot state how happy we are with the staff and the doctor.Here are a few of our highlights:- Little to no time is spent in waiting rooms (they put you in a room immediately to avoid exposure from other babies)- The staff and the doctor are friendly- The doctor doesnt rush to medication when our baby is sick- You will never feel rushed during a visit and things are explained in detailed (This was a big plus for us!)

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Oved and his staff. He spends time with you making sure every detail is covered. As a first time mom of a new baby he is encouraging and supportive in a way I didnt expect of a pediatrician. I feel that he genuinely cares for our family as a unit and is wonderful with my baby.

Dr. Kfir Oved is the Pediatrician for our boys since 2015. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Spend enough time to answer any questions. Keeps appointments on time to the minute. This is the best Pediatrics service we ever received.

2 times Mr.Oved prescribed medicine for strep and it did not help for the kid. We go to Baylor Family Medicine and they were surprised with his choice and gave a proven medicine. Would never recommend him to anyone.Wow!!, so many glowing reviews of their own. Some people have posted everywhere when they are not even patients. Nonsense creepy doctor in the neighborhood.

Dr. Oved is one of a kind, like a needle in a haystack of pediatricians. As a first time mom, we have visited him and called in countless times (probably more than needed) over the last 6 months of my childs life, but he has never made me feel like I was over-reacting or that my visit wasnt needed. He has great bedside manner, empathy and is truly compassionate. He listens and takes the time to explain things in such great detail that all of your questions are answered. Unlike other doctors, hes not just seeing how many patients he can see in one day. He loves what he does and it shows in how he presents himself. I also appreciate that he is not quick to disregard my desire to try holistic remedies over medication. He talks you though the pros/cons of choosing one over another and will keep close if you choose another medication route. Its so refreshing to know that there are doctors out there are in the business because they love it and go the extra mile to show it. Dr. Oved is definitely one of the best!Its also worth mentioning that his staff is superb! Welcoming, approachable and thoughtful are just a few words I would use to describe them. They also love what they do...kudos to Dr. Oved for finding them!

We couldnt speak more highly of the All Star Pediatrics family! We started with them through a referral from a friend and felt right at home with Dr. Oved. In fact, we even switched hospitals for our second child in order to be at Baylor Frisco Hospital (Warren Pkwy). Ive even made sure my teacher health insurance always has Dr. Oved in our network, as I dont want to go anywhere else. Dr. Oved knows the latest research and even advocats for his patients to find the best care for any condition.In fact, Dr. Oved personally called the director at a local hospital in Plano to correct a medical decision that he didnt think was right, and he sent us back to receive a second opinion to help with our situation. He steers us in the right direction and coaches us along the way as new parents with our two little ones. He has helped us not only survive but also thrive in this transition to parenthood through his guidance and expertise. His staff, whom we know on a first name basis, is also like family to us. Worst Experience !! Visited Dr Oved for 4 years, realized after getting a phone call from school that my son out of date on shot records for last 4 years..regardless of 10 visits to Dr Oved they never told us we are due with any vaccinations..today my son got expelled from school and i ran to hospital to get missing vaccines and Doctor dont have appointments for next 2 weeks..does not matter if his patient expelled from school....will never go back to this facility..

Dr. Oved has been our pediatrician since our first child was born. Hes been there the whole way with us and now with our second (and last!) child. Ill never forget that day I broke down in his office just a few days postpartum with our daughter and was just bawling. He was so kind and tried to help make me comfortable and reassured me everything was great. The PAs are always sweet and helpful with the kids. Dr. Oved is soft spoken and soothing to our little ones which makes the appointment a lot easier on my sometimes frazzled SAHM self. We love the whole staff.

Youll never feel rushed with Dr. Oved. He takes his time with his patients, and he seems to genuinely care about them. I just cant say enough good things. As a first-time parent, I never feel silly for scheduling appointments or calling with questions. Dr. Oved explains things in as much detail as you want/need. Im so glad we found him!

Im shocked to see ANYone say anything at all negative towards Dr. Oved. He is the most amazing Doctor our kids have had the opportunity to work with. Worst experience ever and I would never recommend Dr. Oved to anyone. After seeing him for 3 years for my kids, all of a sudden he sends me a notice stating that he cant see my kids anymore, that too just without a reason. I called them twice to get a reason and zero response from them. I have noticed they ask you to make an appointment even when there is no need so they can make some billing. Very rude and unprofessional.I am very happy not to go there as I could find a fantastic pediatrician at DNT and Eldorado intersection.

They schedule appointments and they cancel it because they don’t have vaccine.. which is understandable ..But they do not notify you or give any prior notice until u visit them.

We switched to Allstar Pediatrics because we were looking for a more personal patient experience and we found it here! Dr. Oved is outstanding with his patients but also with the parents. We never feel rushed or hurried, and Dr. Oved genuinely cares for our children. I cant recommend his office highly enough!

Wow, I can not say enough GREAT things about Dr. Oved and his staff! From the moment we walked in the door, we received VIP treatment. They were able to get us back to the room very quickly. Everyone treated my son with so much kindness and patience. They made us feel at home. Dr. Oved is such a friendly, warm guy. He is personable, a great listener, and genuinely shows that he cares about his patients. My son was being seen for an earache and with just a short overview of my sons ENT issues, Dr. Oved was able to recommend a couple of solutions to make my sons life easier.I just recently moved back to North Texas from the East Coast and I am so glad we found All Star Pediatrics. This will definitely be our new primary care office for my kids! I have already booked the kids well child exams for the new year. If you are looking for a great pediatrician who has appts available, will gladly answer your questions, and is willing to spend quality time evaluating your child, GO TO ALL STAR!
