When I tell you! The most relaxing place you can go and get me time!! Hands down, definitely returning

I love this place and have visited fairly often. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in and the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The amenities are exceptional. Very relaxing experience. Give them a try.

This was my first floating, man it was an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Since, I was first time person, they explain very you needed to know. My body felt great after the session. Its like almost being in a zero garvity environment. The only thing I wish I had done was play some opera or classical music during the whole session, but that was my fault. You can have that done if you like. Plus, this facility was super clean too. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to try it out.

I went to one before where they did much more for me as services and no tips were expected. They had recovery room and refresher and water for us as well as oxygen breather to recovery tool. This place is clean and all but the shower room I cant even close and the rooms arent that quiet if you are looking for meditations float spot

So here is my review. This was the most relaxing thing ever. My appointment was at 12 and was for an hour float session. When I got there I filled out some paperwork and the associate Crystal took me and my friend to the back. In the tank room there is a shower and you do a quick rinse (i would advise you do this on a wash day for my naturals) and then you get in the pod and you close it. It wont lock and can be opened at anytime. First 15 minutes they will play some relaxing music and then you can either turn the light in the pod off or can set it to either stay blue or strobe through colors. Dark is best. So for 45 minutes I was in there with pure darkness and my thoughts. RELAX. Your instincts will tell you to try and force your head up like you would in a pool, dont, just let go and float. At the 40 minute mark the music came back on to let you know it was almost time to get out. When the music was done playing for 5 minutes I got out the pod (felt like an alien lol) took a shower with their complementary shower gel and washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner. 10/10 looking to do it again.

Such an interesting experience. Great staff. Very friendly and personable. To be entirely honest I’m not sure if I liked it. But I’m also not sure if I disliked it? It’s almost like the experience didn’t even happen. Strange but in a pleasant way.I went into this hoping to have an interesting mindful experience. Perhaps a good way to attempt meditation as I have trouble maintains focus or letting my mind drift aimlessly. I might have gotten that. I honestly don’t know. You have very little perception of time during the experience. Just fully zoned out.I will say though, that I went in for some mental fun but received primarily physical benefits. I went after a very long night, had very little sleep, and had just finished helping a friend do some moving. And after the float my sore muscles were astronomically better, my joints weren’t in pain, and after a bit I began to feel very energized and well rested. I honestly did not believe I would receive much physical benefit if any. But hey everyone’s wrong some time.Either way I intend to go back soon and see what experiences I can get mentally instead of physically. Float fanatics might be on to something here. Even if psyconaught experiences aren’t for you, you will at least get one of the best naps of your life lol.

It was an excellent experience from the start. I had an aqua massage to start, followed by a 30 minute float. Upon checking in, I was warmly welcomed and given information about the experiences to follow. The staff member that attended me (I wish I remembered his name) was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was very relaxing and the combination of aroma therapy and music was very soothing. The float itself was unlike anything Ive ever done. It was an experience I will never forget, and will definitely repeat!

Rude. No respect for customers. I made an appt for 10:30 for an hour hydro masssge. I arrived 10:21. Ready to go at 10:30. Someone was running late before me, so she wasn’t even ready to attend to me until 1043 they have no respect for customers time very rude

This was my first time doing anything like this. The experience was gifted to be for my birthday since I have a high stress career. I thoroughly enjoyed it. You are in the pitch dark floating on top of salt water. The very definition of relaxation. My back was a little sore afterword, but it was the good type of hurt.

Ladies do your man a favor and drag him down here like my wife did to me. He will thank you.I was initially pretty skeptical about the whole thing but my wife was very adamant I would like it, I guess she knows me pretty well because I loved it. I was so relaxed when I got out I didn’t want to move. I will definitely be back!

Aqua Massage was so awesome! Great staff & atmosphere!

I’ve had great experiences with past visits and still plan to continue coming in the future. However, I did not feel safe my last visit. My tank wasn’t very clean and they are not enforcing their “mandatory mask policy”. One customer coming in while wait for our rooms, no mask, joking with the front desk attendant that he was sneaking past the other attendant. This was a place to come and feel safe but I didn’t have that experience. Just please actually enforce your mask rule. It’s for the safety of others.

Wonderful place!. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I took a Sunday to take a breather and we couldnt be happier with the overall experience. The owner was super attentive and made us feel incredibly comfortable with this completely unique experience. We will definitely be returning soon.

This place is amazing! I first came here after my car accident by referral of my chiropractor. That was early 2018. I’ve been coming every since. I usually do a 30-45 minute aqua massage once or twice a week. Sometimes the owner, Ray, will talk me into a float. Now those are great! The aqua massage really helps after I get done working an 8 hour desk job, it really untangles my back and re-energizes me. I’m a fan for life!

This was a very new experience for me, and the lady at the front desk was very gentle and warm. I actually did not like the floating part, but that wasn’t their fault. When I told the lady I didn’t enjoy it, she was very understanding and not judgmental at all. It’s not something I would do again, but I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a unique experience.

Hadnt been in a while since I only come through Dallas a few times a year. When I landed, I went to the website and I have to say the new update to it looks awesome! Easier to book than it used to be, and - weird to say about a website - but really calming! Last night in my hotel room I played some music and just watched the video on the homepage. Probably the most relaxed Id been for weeks - until I got into my float tank today, that is! Couldnt recommend enough - everyone is extremely friendly, the rooms and studio are very clean, and I left feeling better than I have in forever. AWESOME TIME - thanks guys!!!

The goal was to allow myself a tiny vacation from outside stimulants....and it worked. The sensorial deprivation chamber shuts out all noises, lights and any other factor and allowed me focus internally and fully relax. Did I float? Yes. I am over 6, over 250lbs and I floated effortlessly. I can concur that my hair and nails showed benefit as well. In the future I would like to embark on the 2 hr float period. Also, my joints and spine felt amazing afterwards.

I had an amazing experience the first time in the float tank, a bad experience the second time, but they made it right with a discounted 3rd session and a free aquamassage.I always thought aquamassages were kinda gimmicky and almost declined the offer. But I couldnt have been more wrong. Its one of the most relaxing things I have ever experienced. The steady rhythmic massage lulled me into deep state of relaxation. I sarcastically asked the attendant to call me an uber and roll me too the curb when it was over. I booked another aquamassage and will probably make them a regular thing in the future.

I experienced my first “float” at the Frisco location this weekend. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are extremely clean and well taken care of. It was a great experience and I will be recommending this to everyone. Without a doubt I will be back soon!

This spa is amazing ! I have visited on multiple occasions and the staff members are always extremely kind and very helpful. I find that a 60 minute float session helps take away all the extra stress.The price is very good and reasonable when compared to other spas. They also offer discounts and coupons when you visit.

Ive only been to the Frisco location. I think the prices are high for just floating in salt water for 30min to an hour or two. However, I did find it more relaxing the second time than the first. Im not one to let go of the day and relax easily. So the second time I was truly able to relax.

It’s been about a week since my visit, I will firstly state it was a very positive experience. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the process very well. Me and my boss visited and we both had nothing but positive things to say. We had a great relaxing time and two different experiences from what I believe we all experience it differently for our first float. It was different but mind opening after the initial check out, you just have to check out and let your mind wander off experience it best. I needed the relaxation time. It was 👍

I brought my husband here for his birthday to get a water massage thinking it was going to be a great experience, but it sucked. If you want a massage its best to go to a massage business for a real one, the water massage is not worth spending money on. Also the person who put us in the machine wasnt that informative either and we couldnt hear the music at all. I cant speak for anyone else but we werent pleased with our overall experience.

If you would like to extend that 60 min session, the charge is $1/min (min 30 min increments) for the extra time.)I scheduled a 2nd float one week later, 14 Aug 2020 and I too wanted to add another hour. I came in and they said I WASNT eligible for this discount. The discount was for my second float EVER. They claimed that the web site states that fact. For me I was going off the email - getting a 2nd float, within 14 days.I showed the email wording to them. It doesnt say anything about being the one and only 2nd float ever. They kept trying to explain the 2nd float intent. I said they should HONOR the discount. The owner was again trying to explain that I dont qualify. I explained they are losing a customer. He wanted to keep explaining the 2nd float within 14 days wording.Why offer the discount in the email? Ive got several emails showing that 2nd float discount. To me, it means I make a 2nd float within 14 days of my last float.Why not just say, well honor the discount, then explain to me what it should have said or meant. Yesterday was my first ever experience floating and it was incredible. My initial reservation was that I wouldn’t be able to turn my brain off enough to enjoy it, but on the advice of Ray, once I stopped trying to silence it and just let my mind wander freely, it was a truly relaxing experience. There are not words to describe the sensation of feeling nothing at all. The night following the float was hands down the best sleep I’ve ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this a try, even if you initially have doubts about it, because you will find yourself pleasantly surprised.

I had my first experience at this location over a year ago, it is a bit far from where I live in Fort Worth. I decided to try a different float company closer near Forth Worth and it was nothing compared to this location. The Float Spa Frisco set such high expectations for me anything below that is unacceptable. This location is clean, inexpensive, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I love everything about this Spa, everything they have to offer makes a hour drive x10 worth it. 10/10 recommend!

The Float Spot is the best place in DFW to float! The staff is top-notch, the facility is clean, and when you walk in, you instantly just feel welcome and relaxed. The pricing is very reasonable for floats and aqua massages, and they do offer membership packages.I initially came in to see if it would help me relax and focus for a board exam I was preparing for. My first float, was very good and I had the best night of sleep ever! The second and third floats were the week before and night before taking my exam. I was relaxed, well-rested, and my mind was clear from clutter when I walked in to take the exam. I credit the Float Spot for helping me pass boards!I also credit Float Spot for finally helping me find the solution to lifelong sleep problems. I have never slept more peacefully and deeply than after a float. I have been finding since I float regularly, my sleep just gets better and better. I also find that each time I float, the float itself gets better and better!

If you enjoy your body feeling good, you have to experience this place at least once.

The float spot is great place to invite self acre into your life. The pods have about 1,000 lbs of Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) which naturally helps your whole body & mind relax. Float therapy is a great tool to help people with chronic pain, sleeping problems, muscle tension, stress... & much much much more. For me, it is like a deep meditation. Sometimes, I fall asleep, in a very deep sleep. Haha For those of us who feel claustrophobic, we can open up the lid & keep it open. The lights & music are also adjustable to our comfort level. As I floated more & more, I now enjoy the silence, darkness, quietness & stillness. You don’t need to know how to float, the amount of salt versus the little amount of water (knee height ish) will make you float effortlessly. Each person has their own experience. Be open, go without attachment to the outcome, & don’t let salty water gut your eyes (but that is common sense lol). Give it a try or at least 2 or 3 until you find how it best works for you. Start with shorter floats, as you get comfortable, increase the amount of time. Cheers to good health & self care!

I cant explain how amazing this experience was. I started with a 10 minute massage to help relax me for my hour float. It was truly like nothing I have experienced before. As a mother of 4 I can truly say I have not been that relaxed in a long time. I recommend everyone to try it at some point in their life. Even my father in law who is 65 and almost never leaves the house wants to give it a try.

This place is amazing. Its clean, the employees are so kind and helpful, the interior is beautiful. Ive never ever had a poor experience, theyre always on their A game. I have yet to get a massage but im hoping some day soon! I love the little area in the back to clean up and the bathrooms are tidy. The Float Spot is a very remarkable experience. The system online is also really helpful and I love that if you sign up for their emails, theyll give you very nice deals and notifications-- not spam! You guys rock! :)

The Float Spot is amazing! What makes me sad is I have lived here over a year and I never new what it was. I saw the sign but never caught on. As soon as I heard what it was, I had to try it. I am a sucker for any relaxing experience out there because I am constantly abusing my body with a high stress job and being a working mom. The first day I went in with a migraine and 20 minutes later, it was gone - who knew only 20 minutes of Hydrotherapy could do so much. I love it! Today I experienced my first Float and it is wonderful as well. Basically I would say The Float Spot is my Heaven on Earth and I can truly get away from it all while I am there. AND as everyone else has posted, Ray adds to your experience and wants to be sure it is as unique as you and you leave completely satisfied. You must try The Float Spot for yourself.

I came here for a girls day with 4 other girls this past Saturday and the girls and I absolutely loved it! My husband arranged everything with Ray ahead of time as a surprise for us and we were definitively surprised! Ray (the owner) and his staff are extremely helpful and very nice in explaining how everything worked. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained, lights were dimmed, had a very relaxed feel to the space right when we walked in.I was hesitant at first about floating as its very hard for me to relax and drift off... 10 minutes in and I was out and woke up an hour later. Best. Sleep. Ever. I recommend taking your contacts out before floating as it will burn if you get it in your eyes but it doesnt last long. They have showers for you in each room as well when youre done and also provide earplugs for you when you float. You can still hear the music they play through the water, yes, through the water, it was such a neat experience!The girls all loved it, one had a hydro massage (theres only 4 float tanks) and she is definitely planning on coming back as are the rest of us!You have to check this place out!

I thought this place was cool until they charged me for 4 months when I paid upfront in cash and asked not to put my credit card on file. And when I called to ask about it my calls are not answered nor my emails. Makes me think it was more scheming than business going on.

Was my first experience, I initially messed up and reserved for a different location but the guy took care of it and got me in and was very informative about what to expect. I came out feeling refreshed and will probably do the 2 hour session one a month.

I had my first float session today and the results are amazing. The location is lovely and the site is very welcoming and clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They truely want you to have the best experience possible. I cannot wait to go again!

The lady on staff for the evening was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my experience. The place was spotless, too. Very accommodating.

The owner makes you stress out which counters the purpose of floating they are quick to charge any cancelation fees and when you cancel your membership they start loosing your appointment and put you in one of the units where the door dont even close. Not happy with attitudes and overall energy of this place.

Excellent! I cant even begin to explain how great this place is. We originally went for the salt float but also tried the aqua massage both were exceptional. My husband suffers from a nerve disorder called crps as well as a slew of other disorders. He walked without pain for the first time in years, he looked and felt relaxed. He doesnt sleep due to his disorders and he actually rested in the salt float. We are visiting but we will have to make this a monthly visit. Ray the owner and his staff were extremely sensitive and knowledgable. I wish this business was in my hometown! You wont be disappointed!!!

Im pretty sure this is too gimmicky to be real. One of the employees tried to convince me that the baths would fix everything I told her I was struggling with. A bit too convenient in my opinion.

A relaxing environment with a great staff.

The staff was very kind. They even discounted our price because we did not stay for the entire time. The float itself was not enjoyable, nor would I recommend it to anyone with claustrophobia, hygiene hangups, or hyperactive tendencies.That was the most excruciatingly boring, slimy, humid hour of my life. It was similar to a full body MRI, but less entertaining. I scrubbed afterwards, and still had epsom salt caked in unfortunate places. If you want relaxation, I recommend a good book and a trip to your local park.

The best place to relax. I go here every week after a long day at work at BWC. The 30 min. Massages feels like an hr. The staff are very friendly, they really treat you like a family. When I pull up they normally have everything ready for me to start relaxing. Unlike other places you dont really need an appointment, you can just walk in and enjoy. I highly recommend coming here especially if you need to relax but have a busy day planned. Just wished they had more locations closer since I moved its been hard to go often. Yall need one closer to Eldorado in Little elm; I have told many of my friends and family about this place and they would love to go but cant since its either out of the way or dont have enough time to drive out there and back.
