I receive in home care through River Kids for my almost 2 yr old. I absolutely love my therapist! Very professional and caring. I have looked at other places and am so glad I chose RiverKids!

We received in home services through River Kids for my 2 year old. Mrs. Michelle was fabulous! She was patient with our toddler and he grew to adore her. She came with TONS of useful resources and tools to provide further daily support for our son. She worked around our busy schedule and was super flexible and understanding. We absolutely enjoyed working with them, and my son has now graduated from his speech services!

We have an AMAZING speech therapist, Mrs. Bell, from Riverkids. Mrs. Bell comes to our house twice a week and works with our kids.The kid’s love her and get excited when she’s coming. She is very engaging, has fun different lessons each week, and the kids really enjoy working with her. We are very pleased with our experience with Riverkids.

We have worked with Riverkids since they expanded into this area, and have had the best experience! I have always felt very comfortable having their therapists in my home, and they were very creative in continuing therapy virtually during Covid restrictions. Our therapist is innovative and makes the work fun. I have never had any concerns with billing or insurance. I highly recommend this company and their therapists!

The amount of growth we have seen with our son is almost immeasurable. Our therapist are top notch, they care about these kids, and it shows daily. We are so fortunate to have found River Kids.

We love my Speech therapist Ms.Kaley Kreidler .Kaley is amazing with my daughter and my daughter loves her, after all and everything that my daughter has been through. We agree and say Kaley is our daughter Guardian Angel she is progressing really well and she’s ready to learn and get excited when she has her therapy. I am very happy they recommended us to RiverKids and that they are working with her overall I highly recommend them they are all nice and know what they are doing is an amazing job. We are bless to have Kaley in your life.

This is the second location I visit.I went to the San Antonio TX one and all their staff are so friendly and the therapists are very professional and courteous.My kid has improved like never before.Thank you

My main complaint is that my son spent 6 months working with two of their speech therapists. For 6 months they worked on “s” and “s” blends. My son was not improving. I kept asking them if they thought he could hear them. They did not believe that was the problem. Instead they said his refusal to do what they asked was a behavior issue. They in fact said he was a behavior issue in his normal class as well as their sessions. The daycare directors and teachers disagreed with that assessment. These two individuals gave him an evaluation without my knowledge and the results of that evaluation placed him out of insurance benefits. After they told me the results of that assessment, I sought out hearing tests. Turns out, my son has moderate hearing loss in both ears. And guess what is one of the sounds he can’t hear? “S”. To my knowledge, every speech therapist at least has some training in hearing loss and should be able to recognize after 6 months of working on “S” and having a parent ask about hearing that the child might have a hearing issue and recommend some course of action. Once my son gets his hearing aids, we will restart speech therapy but not with this business. I wrote them a letter about my complaints and have received no response except a final bill the next day. My insurance company and my family have spent a lot of money over those 6 months for nothing. And money is precious with a child who now needs hearing aids and more services. My letter only urged they work on training for their employees so another almost 5 year old doesn’t lose precious time on milestones and gets mislabeled as a problem child when they are struggling to hear and comprehend.

Very satisfied, my kids love going to therapy there!

My son has been going through speech therapy for years and I’ve never felt more satisfied than now that I started therapy with RiverKids!
