Delilah has worked tirelessly to fix medication issues, missed appointments on my behalf and she did so without scolding me or treating me badly, rather she showed an increase in affection and attentiveness whenever Ive had problems. She answers questions in a comprehensive way, so that I have a good understanding about my care and the plan of action. Whether or not extra phone calls are needed, emails to be written. Delilah gets the job done from start to finish.Even Andries in the office handles me in a loving manner and respectfully.My Health is far from perfect but my home health team ISnt.
