They really take care of the patients answer all questions parent have the nurses and dr saleha always smile at our children make them feel very comfortable. They understand our kids very well the moment you enter the waiting area the assistants greets you with a smile i had insurance issue but they were able to resolve it. I like that we see dr saleha each visit and she knows exactly how sick my children are unlike my previous doctor office where we saw a doctor one time and each visit after we had to see nurse practitioners only. I was recommended to this place by my friend we are very happy to have found this place for our kids.

I last took my son to Dr Khanum in Feb 2020 and Ive hesitated to leave this review.. however I often think back to my last experience with her and feel that I need to offer my honest perspective for other parents out there - my short advice - do your research and trust your gut. Dr Khanum may be the right doctor for you, but she certainly wasnt for my son.I specifically sought her out to find an integrative pediatrician who was well versed in addressing the root cause instead of medicating symptoms and who would be able to counsel me as a parent regarding the ever daunting decision of childhood vaccinations.From reading recent reviews, it seems as though she may now be doing a better job incorporating integrative medicine into her practice but when I took my son there, I did not find anything integrative about her approach other than offering homeopathic remedies for common symptoms like cough/cold. My questions regarding vaccinations (I was a new parent at the time and overwhelmed with the conflicting viewpoints) was simply met with a dismissive - vaccines are important and required and that was that. Now having much more experience and knowledge under my belt I am honestly disappointed that as someone who practices under the title of an integrative physician, she did not have more evidence based answers or resources for me as a parent who was clearly seeking direction.My last visit with her was when she pressured me to take my son to the emergency room for a simple viral infection which set me back $800 and I was sent home with the simple advice to give your son fluids and rest and let his body do the rest. Im still to this day not sure why she as an experienced pediatrician jumped to scary conclusions instead of taking a more conservative and reassuring approach while at the same time doing her due diligence - I understand that is a difficult balance to strike but I was able to find a different pediatrician after her who was much better able to do that.I did find her to be a kind doctor with good bedside manner, however when I would ask her questions specifically pertaining to integrative medicine she came across as condescending and dismissive in her demeanor, which is not a good quality in any doctor much less your childs pediatrician.

Today was our 1st day, and the doctor is kind, listens, she has experience with kids! You can tell! Her staff were friendly as well and they are clean ... she was amazing and attentive to us and our son ! We are willing to drive 45 miles just to come to her ! I recommend this pediatrician to anyone ! And she leaves the choice to you of your child getting vaccines, she is not a bully !

Dr. Saleha has been our kids pediatrician since we move to McKinney 2 years ago, it resolved a cough that my daughter had for 1 year with the previous pediatrician. She listens and cares for the patient. I did a lot of research before going to her place and I am really happy with her care and professionalism. Her staff is friendly and always ready to help.

I had been looking for many years for a pediatrician that will try to find the cause of what was going on with my children. I had always found drs that will treat the symptoms and feel impersonal in the care for mychildren. In a hurry.After a lot of asking and search a friend recommended me Dr Saleha. She is not close to my house but after hearing how she had helped my friend’s daughter and knowing her knowledge in medicine, pediatrics, homeopathy, and integral medicine I decided to make an appointment with her to discuss some behavior issues with my children. I was tired of being told to give them stimulants that are hunger suppressants and mess with their sleep and mood. As a mom I knew that there had to be a way for finding out what was underneath the struggles of my kids.Dr Saleha since our first meeting was really concerned about the well being of my children. She is so caring and loving. She know how to bring peace to the kids and not stress them out. She told me about some tests that could help identify intolerances and generic tendencies that might be needing attention and that when treated help the kids feel well. I am very impressed with her love for her patients and her knowledge. She is an amazingly smart woman.I do feel so blessed to have found her and I do wish that many other kids benefit from her care as my kids have.Thank you Dr Saleha!!!

I tried scheduling an appointment for my newborn daughter (first child) here because I was impressed by Dr. Salehas credentials/approach, and I wanted the best doctor possible because my daughter had a close call in the NICU due to sepsis. However, when I tried to set an appointment, I was extremely disappointed by how it was handled. They didnt accept BCBS HMO, which was fine. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the first visit then figure out what insurance I could get in order to see her if she was a great fit, but after 4 or 5 conversations with the front desk receptionist, and her continually telling me Im waiting for our administration and billing department to get back to me, no on ever got back to me...I dont know how the system works, but it all felt like I was getting the run around, which is not only unprofessional but also very sad given that were dealing with a childs health. Maybe administration and billing want to deal with healthy babies only? Dr. Saleha probably deserves 5 stars from what Ive read because she sounds like a great doctor, but her office staff and and admin deserve this 1 star.

Doctor Saleha and hers personal assistants were always giving a great service and we trust completely on hers knowledge and experience.We use to go for the wellness check, immunizations, and consultations.We assist to Healing Care Pediatrics since 2 years ago and we are very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area that needs a trusty Doctor for your kiddos.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their own assistants are teens that rarely know what they are doing and to top it off they will forget to tell you something that would end up affecting you big time.Be warned as nice of a Dr. as she is I will NEVER go back because she doesnt have control or accountability of her practice.

We have been to Healing Care Pediatrics several times in last 1 year, Dr. Saleha listens to us, thats what makes her so different from other pediatrician, when I first came to her I was so frustrated at my previous pediatrician who dismissed that my baby has any issues at all, Dr. Saleha explained to me how my food may have been aggravating his symptoms, she started him on medications and explained how I can wean him off slowly once he is better, she is wonderful, my baby is 1 yr old now, his reflux and all his symptoms have stopped. Her Medical assistants are always helpful when ever we had called them or walked into their office, I feel so lucky to have her.

I would give Dr. Saleha 10 stars if I could. She has been treating my 3 kids since January and I have never been happier. Her entire staff is friendly and pleasant. They remember my kids every time we come in for an appointment. Dr. Saleha is genuinely kind and warm and her love for pediatrics shows.

We have been with this office for 2 years. We have referred several friends to this Dr. Until recently we have been very pleased with Healing Care Pediatrics. However, she has had several employee turnovers recently & the last 2 appointments have NOT been pleasant. The assistants/office staff are NOT properly trained, they do not know the answers to questions, give out false information, etc.Starting with the front desk/phone lady not listening when being spoken to. I gave a list of ointments we have tried on our daughter for a diaper rash. Being given the fact that she has had this rash for over a week & the Nystatin with Steroid is not working. I told her regular diaper ointments such as Desitin, Aquaphor, Balmex etc all make her worse as weve tried them in the past. I also told her we have been using pure cornstarch as that usually helps, but not this time. after being put on hold 3 times, Im told the dr told me to try Desitin. I retold her the above, she then comes back & says to try Cornstarch. Again, for a 3rd time, I told her the same & was told, well, I dont know.Further:We made an appointment for our son a check up. They did not tell us he was due for shots. While in the room, our sons blood sugar dropped (He is a Type 1 Diabetic) & the assistant / helper told us she would wait on the vaccines, so we left to get him food to bring his sugars back up. They decided to go ahead & draw the shots anyway without telling us.In this situation, our sons health comes first.We get a call after leaving that we would be charged $200/vaccine, but that they were good for 24 hours. When told we could come tomorrow, they say well, it has to be within 12 hours, or we are charging you $200/vaccine.We called back & spoke Directly to Dr Selaha & she was to my surprise extremely rude. Telling us our priorities were wrong for getting our Type 1 diabetic out. And that she will be sure we have the $400 charge.She instructed us to come right back up there, but we cannot now as we have to pick up our other son months other side if Frisco. (already planned before the appt).So, here we are with no shots, no Dr now & a Type 1 Diabetic son we needed to assist with his low, while rushing to get our other son on time... but being told our priorities are wrong.....Be Aware!

Dr. Saleha is both my children’s doctor. First of all, her practice is really clean and her staff are helpful, courteous and sweet. She is the most amazing doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is super caring, which is definitely something rare these days. She really takes an interest in my kids and remembers them both by name. She takes her time and answers all of my questions, she is very helpful and understanding if you like/prefer more organic methods as well and above all she is patient. Both my children are hyperactive, and she always finds a way to get them to cooperate. She’s been our doctor since we moved to the DFW area, and will continue to be until my children turn 18. Dr Shahela is the best doctor . She is patient always smiling and take time to listen question and answer them . The best part is you don’t have to wait even 30 mins to see the doctor. She is true to all the good reviews that are given by other parents. She is really awesome so her staffs are always making my baby feel comfortable . I drive all the way from Euless to Frisco almost 45 mins for my baby doctor visit coz Dr shahela is only one doctor I found who makes me and my baby feel warm, caring and Comfortable . We always leave office with all info we need for my baby health .

Dr. Saleha is wonderful. We went to her office on a Saturday for the first time since my child was having some pain. While waiting to see her, my childs pain started becoming worse. Dr. Saleha immediately checked her and called the ambulance to take her to the childrens hospital. All the while assuring us and keeping us calm!

We have 2 girls and she has been amazing with both of our daughters through out the years of their childhood and now my older one entering preteen age. Healing Care Pediatrics has the best Doctor .Dr. Saleha is a very kind and very sweet . She is very patient . She makes sure all the questions get answer and understood before leaving the room, she explains everything in detail and also gives out handouts for further information on the topic of your concern. We are changing all of our kids to Dr. Saleha because she also has a very flexible schedule and shes open late on two week days and open on Saturdays for sick visits which will prevent us on going to the ER , since our previous doctor was close on weekends we would have to take our kids to the ER.Another thing that we loved and we will like to mention is that her office is beautiful and kid friendly its also really clean , her receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. I am very blessed and happy to have Dr. Saleha as my babys Pediatrician , we highly recommend Healing Care Pediatics.
