I can see him being useful for people whom are relatively healthy and need emotional work; However, I had a shoulder/neck injury that he said he could help me with except approx. 1300k later I saw little improvement. In fact, I feel like more damage was done due to negligence. He ultimately stated my injury was caused/sustained by emotional trauma, and it was unequivocally not. I injured myself. Im really upset, because in retrospect, things are more clear. I was in a whole lot of pain, but each visit was just enough to make me feel like something was being done yet still keep me coming in for profit. I should have been referred to an osteopath either right away or within a few visits after he got a better understanding of my situation. I really wish healthcare professionals would admit when they cant help someone. I wasted so much time in pain and money I dont even have on false hope. I finally called it quits shortly after a new issue surfaced as he became rushed and detached. The office visits were also reduced from 20-30 min to 10 min. or less and for 75$ I do expect to feel like someone is making an effort to be present in the moment. Im truly exhausted and defeated by healthcare people exploiting the weak. Healthcare professionals should be able to offer up referrals so people can get the adequate care they need asap, instead of hoping the issue will correct itself through their care. My life may not matter to him or anyone else, but it matters to me... and now I have neurological and vision problems because my issues werent addressed properly. Sorry to give such a terrible review, but if I could go back in time I would have made difference choices.

Since having back surgery a couple of years ago Ive had problems with my left leg and foot feeling numb. 2 months prior to working with Dr. Demeris I had taken 3 substantial falls due to not being able to feel my foot beneath me. My neurologist recommended having another surgery. I opted to work with Dr. Demeris and have physical therapy (although I havent started P/T yet.) Since working with Dr. Demeris not only do I have feeling in my lower left side, it has brought strength too. I went to Well Within to treat my PTSD after serving in the military for 11 years as a flight medic. I went on recommendation to try the neuro-emotional technique (NET) and it worked pretty immediately. In the past I had tried going to counseling both through the VA and through private practice, but it got to a point where I no longer wanted to talk about it and re-live the experiences over and over again, so I quit going (something a lot of veterans do). Along with treating my PTSD, Dr. Demaris treated other ailments such as a parasite I had picked up in Afghanistan and didnt know about, my migraine headaches, and he found a couple food allergies I didnt know I had. Overall value of treatment for the money is well worth it. In only a couple months time I felt like a totally different person (a healthier one!). I wish all people, veterans or not, that suffer from PTSD would go because it works immediately.

Dr. Demeris has been wonderful. I came to him with many issues including overwhelming fatigue, fibromyalgia pain, and digestive problems. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. My knees are the worst. I suffered with pain everyday and could barely walk. But after being treated by Dr. Demaris I am walking with very little pain and Im ready to throw my cane n the trash! Thank you Dr. D!!!!
