I love this place to get my eyebrows done especially by the work of Anita, she is the one that does my eyebrows and many people have told me how nice they look! I also love the fact that she does the work and goes back in to make sure she got every single hair and I don’t think in many places you will find that which is why I think it’s so great here! I would definitely recommend it to anyone out there trying to look for an affordable and to have nice clean eyebrows to come to this place.

I have gone there before and unfortunately, I would never see the twins. I figured to let someone new thread my eyebrows. More than 3X they have failed to thread my eyebrows well and did not get great service. I want to know if the twins are working, what are their names as well so I can reach out to them. They always gave me great service and took care of me. Always brush the hairs off of my eyebrows that were plucked and automatically gave me gel for the eyebrows. Assured the eyebrows came out perfect. These ladies, don’t give the same service as the twins did.

I recently moved here and this place was very close to my house, decide to try it out. However, she messed up my eyebrows so bad, I’ve been growing them out for months now, she left one extremely arched and thin and the other no shape and way thicker. My heart dropped when I saw them, there’s no way to fix them without making my eyebrows too thin. I don’t recommend going here, I asked for a clean up not to reshape. Spend you money else where.

Binom is my new eyebrow tech! Efficiency and symmetry are key in good brows and Binom has the hand/eye to bring out the best in your brows, male or female. I almost feel guilty for how little I paid for what I got. :/

Doli was amazing! This was my first time here and she was both quick and experienced.

I advise you to request someone specific with good reviews before going in here. Everyone is very nice but my specific lady took off more than I desired on my brows. Other than everything was great.

My daughter and my self loved to come to Brow Pros., all the ladies that work there are very nice and very professional.The place is clean and never crowded.And have never felt pain when they thread my eyebrows like in other places where they have to rush and you end up with a sore red eyebrows.We just simply love this place.👍

I came here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. The staff was amazing and so so kind. The overall process was very quick— I was done in less than 5 minutes. The woman who did my brows was very fast and precise. My brows look great!

I used to go here when it was Soi Brows, but when it changed to Brow Pros, the twins werent there anymore. I went today and one brow is too thin, while the other one is too thick. There were random hairs that I had to pluck out, and there are still random hairs that I cant take out. There are random hairs at the end.I asked for a clean-up and mentioned that there was stray hair on one side after it wasnt right the first time. On the second time, I ended up with extremely thin brows.Overall, this is probably the worst threading Ive had. Im changing locations.

The woman who did my brows was extremely nice, however the brows came out seemingly uneven. She did explain that there was a reason for this, but looking at them closer they were definitely different shapes, slanted to the left, and too thin. The shape was not flattering to my face. I do appreciate the kind staff, just wasn’t satisfied with the results.

I have been a loyal customer of Soi Brow for the last four or five years. I went in this morning to get my eyebrows threaded. To my horror, I have discovered upon returning home that one eyebrow looks higher than the other. The woman who did my brows must have taken more off one side than the other making them look completely ridiculous and uneven. Do the twins still work at this location? If so, please give me their schedule. If they are no longer working there, I will have to start going elsewhere.

Today, 10.18.2019, I was serviced by Ms. Anita. My biggest issue with most eyebrow techs is that I advise what Im seeking in great detail, (verbally and even past photos of the errors and images of the desired shape), yet when I look in the mirror, it is quite the opposite. TODAY, I explained that I did not want my tips gone. People always snatch the ends and my brow winds up looking too short.She delivered. Ive been coming to this location for about 9 months now. This is the 2nd time I can say that I didnt leave feeling like Id done myself a disservice.Thanks, Anita! Go see her and tell her what you want!

This place is honestly the best place to get your brows done. I have naturally really thick brows and it’s hard to find people who don’t make them super thin!Everyone that works here does an amazing job and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my brows!

Recently moved here from Michigan and got a little discouraged when I went to SOI Brow in McKinney. Later I decided to give the Frisco location a try and I am PLEASED with my brows! The twins were both friendly and knowledgeable and even suggested that I use Castor Oil on my problem brow. This will be my go-to destination for my brows from now on!

Had my eyebrows done by Vida and Waxing done by Neda. Ive never had eyebrow treading and waxing done that was this painless and perfect. I cant say enough good things about them, not only is their work impeccable, but they always welcome you with a big smile and have an awesome attitude! Ive recommended them to several friends and family members!

I love coming here. So Im a guy and simply get my aggressive unibrow removed every few weeks. The ladies there never have me leaving looking like a female and I no longer look like a wolf. Staff are friendly and quick.

Super disappointed I went there on Saturday to get my eyebrows threaded I walked in to an employee doing another employees eyebrows and was extremely rude to me when I walked in telling me what to do as if I was a child I am a returning customer I’ve been going there for almost two years now she was snarky with me and too quick never asking me just demanding of me and when I needed gel for my eyebrows she slapped it on a large amount and without any rubbing in or anything and then said I was done as if me being there bothered her. I will not return I don’t appreciate rude people especially someone I am paying a service for.

Went for the 1st time today and was super pleased with the service. Recently moved here from Chicago and needed a new eyebrow person. Rashmi ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) did and amazing job! No wait and walked in and out.
