She is beyond amazing!! She is an hour away and I drive an hour just to go have a great facial experience with her! (She is the only person I trust with my face) she’s great company and knows exactly what your face needs without even telling her. If I could give Neda a million stars I would. I’m so confused about the bad reviews I saw...deff something wrong about all that. There’s 2 sides to every story. Anyways, she’s amazing. My cousins accidentally booked her back in 2017 and fell in love. I’ve never gotten facials before, but they referred me to her and I went to see her before I left for my wedding in NYC. I moved for about 2 years and I just came back to Dallas. I had my baby and I needed to feel good about myself again. I remembered how amazing my facial with Neda was so I tested my luck and texted her to see if she was still in business. Luckily, she was! She texted me back so promptly and booked me for later that night. She’s the sweetest lady I’ve ever met and she’s very very passionate about her job. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable about being there. I told her to look at my face and do whatever she felt was needed to bring me back to life-that’s how much I trust her. She ended up doing a “vampire facial”...micro needling, derma-planning, extractions, she did it all. When she told me $350 I almost fainted on the inside but I knew it was going to be worth it. She also includes a follow up oxygen infusion facial a week later and an HD mask (free of charge). I just came home from my follow up and my skin is GLOWING. My husband is obsessed and so am I. The first 4 days of peeling were rough but omg it was worth it. Honestly, I would’ve paid even more for these results. My forehead wrinkles are nearly gone and I look 10 years younger, and this was just one session. I’m now considering the 4 session package because I’m so in love. It’s as if I’ve been going to her every month and I haven’t gotten a facial in almost 3 years. She reversed all my damage and made me feel amazing. She’s magical. I trust her with all my heart and soul. I will forever be a loyal customer to her. Give her a chance, you won’t regret it!

I bought my mother a PCA peel Groupon because she was looking for a new aesthetician. Neda would not return my mother’s calls or voicemails for two weeks. I finally booked something for my mother on Neda’s website, which says the PCA peel is a 45-minute appointment. At the beginning of her appointment, my mother asked Neda if she needed to wash her face or take off her make up. Neda said no and put some liquid on my mother’s face, then rushed her out the door. The whole thing lasted about five minutes. Neda also requires a MANDATORY tip of $25. (My mother tipped $40 despite this.) My mother, who has done PCA peels before, NEVER even peeled. This place is a rip off.

I had Micro-needling and PCA peel done with Neda. She is knowledgeable, skillful and caring. My experience with Neda was absolutely amazing! I am definitely coming back for another treatment.

I had Microneedling done by Neda, and I was so nervous because I had sensitive skin, but she was so attentive and did the procedure flawlessly! I love my results!!!

I have seen good results with micro needling.Hair loss seemed much controlled with a lot of re growth. Neda knows her stuff and is one of the warmest people I have met.Without a doubt I would recommend Lumiere .

Neda is so AMAZING and sweet!!! I went to her after a friend referred me to her to help treat my acne/pigmentation. I’ve been dealing with acne/pigmentation for year’s and the results I’ve gotten in just 2 appointments with Neda have been so good. Ive never felt more confident without wearing make-up & I’ve been getting so many compliments on how pretty my skin looks and I can only give all praises to Neda. My goal was to have clear skin so I didn’t feel so insecure without make-up and she guaranteed me I’d have clear skin by Summer... within 2 months we’ve already 90% reached that goal. I highly recommend her ❤️

What an amazing experience. I’ll be honest I was nervous about coming today and shared this with Neda during my facial today as I had read some not so great reviews about her and her services. I am SO glad I made the decision to come and see her and make a decision on her based on my own experience.She is amazing, kind and a miracle worker. She puts all of her heart and positive energy into doing her facials. I left looking and feeling better! I’ve already booked with her for next month! She’s a hidden gem and I’ll be sending all my girlfriends her way!!

Don’t go here, I didn’t believe the negative reviews until she did the same thing to me. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and honestly just human decency and I have been to many spas and estheticians.I have had about 6 services from Neda in the past, a few weeks ago the day of my appointment she convinced me to reschedule my appointment to a different day, not telling me that she would consider this a cancellation. She then proceeded to charge me 80% of the service. I immediately called her and said I’ll be there soon I didn’t know you would consider it a cancellation I will come in. She was so unbelievably rude about it saying she “stayed home” because of me, which made it pretty obvious that she wanted to stay home and make her buck off of me. Such a twisted thing to do for some money. She refused to give me a refund or any service and on top of that she was so rude and practically yelling at me.Again don’t go here she may be nice now but she won’t stay that way.

My face feels amazing after one treatment with Neda she is really high experience i went to many different spas and i paid alot for my face .Neda did from one treatment taking all my black and white head away. my face feels amazing and that been a week now and also glow I cant wait till I try her pca peel to get rid of all the pigmentation on my face. I can’t comment on the services because none were provided. After waiting for a call back to schedule a facial for my daughter, I was finally able to reach the owner of the business and scheduled an appointment via her app- with her on the phone. I confirmed the availability and made sure that the time and date was truly available considering that it was the 4th of July (I was assured our time was fine). On the day of the facial, 40 minutes before the time reserved, I received a text message stating appointment canceled, she cannot access her spa/office due to the 4th of July holiday. We had reserved this day and both my daughter and I had to clear our schedules (including her work) for her to go. Getting a text message as you are walking out the door to travel 30 minutes was incredibly unprofessional. This is not the first holiday to come around and as a professional business owner it is your job to not only know how/when you can access your own establishment but to also provide proper notice to your customers. I would not pay good hard earned money to a business that cannot keep their own operating hours straight nor one that believes that a major inconvenience to a customer should be conveyed via text. Next time be professional and pick up the telephone.

If I could give no stars, I would. My friend CL took me to Neda Odeh-Lumiere Skins where locates 10050 Legacy Dr, #100, Frisco last month, for a basic facial because CL purchased the facials package from Neda and she’d like me to share with her. Neda orally agreed that CL can share the package when she purchased it, Also CL’s family and friends already shared the package for a couple time on June and July, so I didn’t see anything wrong to get a facial that way. But after my facial I witnessed Neda’s rude ugly attitude to her customer, my friend CL, turned my experience to the worst one ever. CL showed Neda her face that the chemical peel Neda did on her two weeks ago, shows that chemical peel didn’t work at all, only caused her face dry and itchy, no peels happened like what Neda promised. Neda was really angry, kept yelling about she is licensed and professional, all her business is legal, CL should go to a doctor for itchy face....... When CL tried to talk about the unused $100 prepaid facial, see if she can get refund or schedule to use it up, Neda yelled that there is no refund no facial any more because CL’s complaining about chemical peel pissed her off. By the way Neda tried to sell chemical peel to everyone so hard, probably bring her very good profit. Really? I don’t understand how an unreasonable, bad temper people can run a spa business fairly. CL has been a loyal customer to Neda, she even followed her business from Allen to Frisco when Neda relocated April 2018. In the end Neda denied me to share CL’s package, lied about what she’s agreed when CL prepaid the facial, made me pay for the facial, welched CL ‘s $100. What a rip off place!!! I’ve suggested that CL goes to the small claim court to sue this Spa. But CL is a very busy career woman, $100 is not really worth her time. It is not joyful feeling to share the awful experience here, hopefully my review can help others.

Got a groupon and gave to my girlfriend as a gift. Lumiere would NOT redeem it. AND they charged her (and she didnt even get her massage/facial). Very poor business model. This was a Christmas gift.
