The pharmacist, Erin, is phenomenal. She was so helpful, efficient and prompt.

Frustrating lack of speed in terms of delivery speed; getting certain types of medication is a ROYAL pain.However, when a meltdown nearly occurred, they were very patient with me, and worked with me in that situation.

All the pharmacists know me by name. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me when ever there is a issue. The only issue I have is they dont keep in stock meds that I fill on the regular and I have to wait for a week or more to get it.

I gave them 2 stars because they offer prescriptions at a lower cost, and when I didnt have insurance, that was invaluable. The pharmacist is rude and arrogant, though. Hes probably the worst Ive ever encountered. Ill never go back.

If I could put minus stars I would. This has to be the worst pharmacy in all of North Texas. My doctor put in my prescription on Monday. I had my son go pick it up and they told to come back on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday to pick it up and they told me it still not ready. For some odd reason they did not like the Doctors instructions and refused to fill the prescription until the here back from the doctor. Each Time we waited over 30 minutes just for them to say Its not ready. Now here it is Wednesday and I decided to call instead of waiting in line again. They said Oh ya we talked to the doctor. I said OK I will pickup now. OH wait its still NOT READY.

Always helpful and friendly. People now a days dont have patience, when things dont go their way.

They have trouble getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner.I have been patient with them. Time for a change.

Came in on Wednesday after my appointment at carenow, sat in the parking lot called the pharmacy was told that they were waiting for a call from the doctor about dose amount on one script. So I called the carenow they said they had already called and told the pharmacist. Come into the store to be told that never happened.... mind you I have strep! I had my husband at 8 pm later that night, this was 4pm, to stop and get the script for magic mouthwash to help my throat.... no go..... I come back in at 4:30pm Thursday after recieving a text my script was ready, only to WAIT again because these people have NO brain at all! Do not use Walmart pharmacy! Run! Go elsewhere!!!

This has to be the absolute worst pharmacy on planet earth. They literally ALWAYS have an excuse or reason why it takes DAYS to fill a medication (and yes, I have missed doses of daily medications because of this). Every. Single. Time I use this pharmacy, there is always an issue. They always blame it on being “short staffed” or they “couldn’t get a hold of the doctor’s office” for a question they had. (When they have used this excuse in the past, I would call my doctor and they always said they did not receive a call or message from the pharmacy at all so I know they literally just lie to try to put the blame elsewhere). I’m honestly so sick of their lack of urgency, responsibility and accountability. It should not be this hard to fill and refill medications. I really just want this review to get the attention of whoever runs this place so they can try and fix these issues. Because of its convenient location, I really don’t want to have to switch to a different pharmacy but I have just about had it this time. They’re the worst.
