My experience with Frisco Electric was great from the first phone call to the finished job. Vanessa took my call, addressed all my needs, made an appointment for a free estimate on the work. William was the electrician. He was here a couple days later, spent time, answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable. I approved the estimate & had an appointment within a week or so. The day of installation, William was right on time, knew exactly what to do & completed the work & cleaned up. Im very happy with the result & will use Frisco Electric in the future as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

They did a great job. Vanessa was great to work with and got our estimate and our repair scheduled with no fuss or bother. Kevin did a great job. He installed under cabinet and in-cabinet LED lighting in our bar and the work was incredible. Not only did it turn out better than we could have hoped, you can’t see a trace of how he did it. He installed a bunch of dimmer switches, ceiling cans, and smoke/CO2 detectors as well. Everything was done to the highest standards and right on time. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I have a copy of the text message. To reschedule the fixing of the over the stove light I was asked to place a call. I do not understand why I have to place a call for such a small thing when all prior communication was via text. Also I just found out today that the outdoor light that he installed could have been done without drilling a huge hole in my house and without the electric cable being visible . I had another company do my outdoor lighting without any holes and with no cables visible. Such clean work. Till date my stove light is not fixed after paying thousands of dollars for all work done. Also the electrician was at our house for several days for something that could have been done in 1 or 2 days. Speed was way too slow.

We have used them twice and in both cases Kevin was super friendly, professional and had great knowledge. He explained the repairs to us clearly in an easily understood way, and did great work. KUDOS!

I called Frisco Electric on a Tuesday (10/19/21) and they kindly scheduled an electrician to come out on 10/27/21. However I was surprised when the electrician, Curren Burton called and said he could come out today, 10/22/21. Curren showed up on time just as he said he would, went upstairs and installed the two switches promptly. Very professional, very clean, neat job. What else can I say? I am a repeat customer, and I will continue to use Frisco Electric for any electrical needs. I highly recommend Frisco Electric, and Curren Burton. The guy who came out to install the smoke detectors was awesome - quick and efficient and knowledgeable. Lady who gave us quote did not tell us that hallway detectors cost $55 more than they actually do so estimate was not accurate - $110 more total. Other than that - all was good!

I had a great experience overall with Mr. Hanna (one of their electricians). I had a misbehaving GFCI issue that randomly tripped. Not only was he willing to replace the GFCI, but he went above and beyond in checking each outlet for weatherproofing and re-weatherproofed them carefully where they weren’t properly installed. He also took the time to explain to me what he found and why he was doing what he was doing. The entire experience, from booking and estimate through followup was awesome… Respectful of our time in a way that I haven’t had with some of the other companies I used in the past - appointment times were accurate with good communication.

I wanted to write a quick review and give special thanks to Vanessa and Kevin. We had a power issue in our house. They were on site within hours. I called requesting an electrician to take a look at my HVAC breaker. Frisco electric responded quickly and sent an electrician the next day. William arrived on time and did a thorough review of the HVAC system and the breaker box. He determined it was a defective breaker and replaced in the same visit quickly and efficiently. The resulting costs were very reasonable.

We hired them to help install bond grounding. The electrician (Kevin) that came and helped us was the most friendly and polite person ever, customer service was excellent. He explained what he was going to do for the installation so that we understood what was going on and I feel happy knowing that the bond grounding was installed well.Kevin was also very punctual and scheduling was a breeze with Vanessa.Bonus points for being pet friendly as well (or at least cat friendly), we didnt have to put our cats away and he was friendly towards them.

Fantastic experience using Frisco Electric. I needed a 220v outlet installed in my garage for my table saw, and also needed my table saw re-wired for 220 as the standard 110 kept tripping my breaker. William the electrician was great! Helped me problem solve why the light on my outdoor fan wasn’t working and helped me avoid having to replace it entirely! The phone receptionist was also stellar. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I had purchased an extra fan since the usual outcome is that it needed replacing.

We have been having an issue with one of our circuit breakers the last few weeks and with a recommendation from a good friend, I called Frisco Electric. Vanessa was able to get someone out to our home on the same day and within an hour of me calling. Im sure that may not be the norm, but I welcomed the quick turnaround. William was our service technician and was very nice and very professional. I was able to stay and watch him replace the circuit and he walked me through what he was doing and understand what was happening. In all, the entire service call took less than 45 minutes and the price for the service call and replacement of circuit breaker was well worth it. Thank you Frisco Electric!!

Curren was on time and replaced two lights switches with motion-sensor switches, plus replaced a regular switch in another room. His work was of high quality and he was professional and helpful to talk to.
