Its apparent Walgreens doesnt care about all the one star reviews because if they did they would do something about it. I guess they like most businesses these days have forgot who pays their salary and its not the companies they work for its there customers.There is no such thing as good customer service these days because most people just dont care anymore, especially the employees working in the pharmacy at this location. Its so sad and and I dont ever see it getting any better. Its also why my wife and choose not to go out anymore.In closing I would like to say it will take a lot more than a review to change peoples bad behaviors or bad manners. This will only occur when people want to change.

Couldn’t find any items I was looking for. They were all out. Waited in line for 5 minutes as the one worker walked around the store to put stuff back on the shelf. Coupon I clipped in my app didn’t apply to the item and they didn’t adjust it for me. Ended up leaving without buy anything. Wasted trip.

Understaffed constantly. Whoever does the schedule underestimates customer volume by about 97% every day. The staff they have is a careful blend of a few people who truly want to do their best and an entire family of people all bred to hate you. If you would like to save time, use the drive thru. And as a helpful side note, while waiting in the drive thru line, you should be able to start and finish the entire Dark Side of the Moon album.

Mary is insanely rude. Not just to me but to other customers too. She belittles you and scoffs because she thinks shes right. She was honestly pushing my buttons so much but I tried to keep my cool. Went into the store to get my COVID dose one a month ago and everything went fine and even scheduled the second shot for a month later. I show up and tell me “sorry we don’t have the shot you need but if you want to drive to another store they should have it but I can’t check because they aren’t open yet. Explain to me why I scheduled an appointment a month ago and you suddenly “Ran out”. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DAMN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! DON’T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Pharmacy here is the worst!! Trying to do too much with too little staff. Covid testing in the drive thru backs up the wait. Inside is no better. Was waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes, came inside, heard the Tech tell the car in front of me that their meds were being prepared- another 20 min. Car just turns off engine and waits in drive thru. Why is this allowed??? Tell them to come back!! Always a 15-20 minute (at least) wait here! Do the damn Covid testing in another area. How you are operating is not working!!!

I have now been given the wrong medication two times from this pharmacy. However the second time they gave me a controlled substance Adderall. If I would have taken this medication because of my heart condition the consequences could have been terrible. It scares me to think that an elderly person or someone that has trouble with their vision could have accidentally taken the wrong medication from this pharmacy. Before writing this review I saw that there were multiple other reviews saying that they also experience the same thing. Furthermore when I went to return the wrong medication the staff was extremely rude specifically the patient care tech named Tia. She went so far as to tell my husband that it was his fault for taking the wrong medication. She repeated this notion three times! I explained to her how her behavior could have been interpreted as rude she then told me that I needed to also talk to my husband and tell him how to behave. At this point I asked to speak to a store manager. Tia in retaliation, calls the cops on me I dont know what she told them to get them to come out ,other than she had a black lady talking to her. I did not do anything threatening whatsoever to her ,other than tell her that her attitude was not appreciated. I feel when a company makes a mistake they should be nothing but apologetic. But this was not the case at Walgreens. Needless to say I will be moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Do not trust the medications that they give you. And if you have any family members that have trouble with their vision, This is not a safe place for them to get their medications filled.

I have used Walgreens for years and always found them to be helpful and friendly. Not the case at this location. I was told they were “kinda busy here” as they couldn’t tell me why I wasn’t notified that prescriptions were ready and when I got there I found that one was out of stock and they showed no interest in helping me locate it at another Walgreens location. Not that they care but I will not return to this location.

The pharmacy team handled my Covid-19 vaccination really well. They had some issues with the system but were totally dedicated towards me getting my shot wherein they could have easily asked me to come back later. All this with a constant smile and the right attitude. Kudos to Taylor, Haritha and the whole pharmacy team :)

Seema lady at the pharmacy window is the slowest person ever, THE WORST!!! I literally waited an hour in line! You can’t hear a word she says and is the slowest on the planet! You can tell she has no clue what she is doing. Please get someone else at the window! And speed it up!

They need to update their pharmacy hours - not open 24 hours/day. Technically only closed between 1:30-2:00am but of course this is when I would come in to get my prescription. Good thing was the pharmacist was quick and very helpful.

Made me wait at pharmacy for an hour with my severely disabled child just to tell me they dont take my insurance. I gave them all the information when I gave them the prescription in the first place and then after waiting tried to get me to buy $40 Amoxicillin. What a scam.

As of today I will be switching pharmacies and filing a complaint on the rude employee. They will lose your prescriptions, treat you like you never dropped anything off when you go to pick it up. Once you figure out that you did actually drop it off by seeing a unpaid claim in your insurance portal and after spending more time going to get a new script to drop off and then try to inquire about what happened, expect them to cut you off while talking and then told the reasoning on what happened wasn’t important because it’s resolved now and they have a prescription to fill. Having a pharmacy open 24 hours is convenient. As long as you keep your customer service expectations low, you should be golden.

When two of my smoke alarms started chirping at 4 AM (One over my bed) this was the only place within a 25 mile radius open 24 hours.The lady on duty this evening/morning was extremely helpful and even gave some tips for changing the batteries. Considering most retailers that used to have 24 hrs don’t anymore due to COVID, I am beyond grateful that I was able to get what I needed for a reasonable price.I’ve now changed the batteries in my smoke alarm, and all is nice and quiet for me and my neighbors just in time for sunrise lol. Thank you Walgreens!!

If I could give this a place less then 1 star I would. Horrible and very rude staff! They caused a major safety issue with my sons medications, they had him under two different profiles in the system, we brought this to their attention when it first happened and were told it would be fixed, but it never got fixed and they were still filling his rx under the WRONG last name!!!! Then, they made my son go without his medication because NO ONE EVER ORDERED HIS MEDS!! Even though I was told two days in a row that they were ordered and would be there the next day. I called today and spoke with the manager who informed me his meds were never ordered on prior days. He is now without meds and they are unable to transfer the script to get it filled at another location because of the laws regulations medication transfers. They truly could care less about patients, please do yourself a favor and not use this location! I’m going to be getting in touch with higher ups so that they also know this is going on. It’s unacceptable, and a major patient safety issue.Edit 3/31/21 - This is now day 4 of this so called pharmacy being out of my child’s medication. They could care less, I asked why they haven’t received it and they made up a bunch of bs. Funny thing, Kroger, Tom Thumb, CVS and other Walgreens locations have this medication, seems to me like no one wants to do their job here and order meds for patients. Horrible, horrible, horrible place! Should truly call this a convenience store not a pharmacy!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worst customer service. Unfortunately my insurance company requires me to use Walgreens as I would prefer to use CVS! Not only did they say it would take 2 hours to transfer the prescription the technician the started bashing the other pharmacy blaming them for the slow process. The interaction was so unprofessional and not only made me uncomfortable but some of the other patrons standing around listening as well.

Worst customer service in all Frisco. One of the Employees and older lady mistreated my hispanic mother. Making a big deal about her using her Visa as and ID to return some items, she embaressed her in front of the whole store and needed assistance because she was speaking spanish.... even though my mom was speaking english to her and giving her the information she needed to complete the return. This has not been the first time this Lady has mistreated my parents for being hispanic, once yelling at them to keep their distance and saying they where a threat. We have lived in Frisco our whole life and shopped here before but this lady ALWAYS mistreats us, especially my parents who are a darker complexion than me. I am very disappinted in this store and utterly mad at how my mother was treated today. This needs to change.

I found the pharmacy staff extremely helpful. I’ve needed to be there at midnight to pick up a prescription many times, and I’m always greeted by the sweetest person at the drive-through window. When I come in to wait, I’m impressed with the selection and the sales. At the pharmacy counter, again, I’m greeted with the kindest and most helpful people. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. I probably pass 15 pharmacies on the way to this particular Walgreens, but after living in chronic pain for 20 years, I’ve experienced a lot of pharmacies, and this one is worth driving to.

Tell you that your order is ready you show up and it’s not. They tell you one price then you show up to pay and it is more. They tell you it will take 15 min. when you call in then show up and it’s 30 min. Very bad pharmacy never going back.

Lady in photo wouldn’t print off four pictures for me when she did it for the guy in front me in line before our times were ready for pickup. I wasted 35 minutes waiting to load pictures and get them printed for her to not do simple task that I know she is capable of doing when this is done every other time I try to print pictures off. Went to this Walgreens to see available vaccines and shopping deals. I was so surprised by the customer service! Everyone was so kind and offered to help, which is getting more rare nowadays. The Pharmacy has the standard vaccines for adults, but only select travel vaccines (call ahead)and. Its easy to get a walgreens rewards card and use the coupon booklets, for shopping deals. They didnt have what I needed, but their kindness makes me want to come back.

Oh ho ho, don’t even get me started on this store. Pharmacy is horrible. So I have been here 5 days out of seven this last week due to my child being sick. I will say 1. There is a nice older lady here, short long curly hair. She is sweet and very friendly. Also another lady with short brown hair and glasses, she also was nice. If i was just reviewing on my contact with them, this store would get a 5. But my contact with the pharmacy people send it all the way down to a one. Yep. That says a lot. I will be sending my prescriptions elsewhere. Also, when you have questions about medications they will probably be snarky and sarcastic in answering you. So have fun with that. They acted like they hated their jobs. Even if you are stressed you still smile or at LEAST have a nice customer service attitude. Not here. Over the 5 days I was there. I had issues with 3 people in the pharmacy. Not just 3 in one visit but spread out over those 5 days. So much so, they wouldn’t answer my question so I had to send my husband up instead to deal with it and get the right otc medication. Over it. Bye.

This pharmacy makes too many mistakes. My doctor called in prescription, they were out of stock and will contact me via text msg when the Rx is filled and ready. One week later, I called because I never got a text or phone call. The pharmacist said the prescription was filled and returned. Now the Rx is void. I asked why returned to stock. She said because they can only hold this particular medication 3 days. I was never notified by text that it was ready and no phone call before they returned to stock. My doctor had to talk with the pharmacist before he faxed in another script. This happened 2 months straight.

The beauty advisor chased me out of the store because I didn’t have a bag and my daughter (1yr old) was holding a box of lashes and she assumed I didn’t pay for them. Never in my life have a had someone chase me down for a $4. I called to let the manager know of the rudeness, embarrassment I experienced at his store and his response was to “get a bag next time.” Well for one.. your photo department employee didn’t give me. Two.. why waste bags for a 4 inch purchase ? Worst customer experience ever. Will not be coming back.

Try calling them. They will hang up on you about 5 times before you are placed on hold. Then, when on hold, you better have time, because it will take forever. Its not a phone problem. Its a people problem. Same issue for years. Oh, and you have to hand out a prescription, it will be stuck on F1 they will enter the prescription scription multiple times. Wait time will be a couple of hours, but they do not update you on the progress.

Due to a job change, I was without prescription coverage for a couple of weeks. The medication I needed was over $800 for a months supply. On my first trip to get some of the medication, I asked if I could order a weeks supply due to cost. I informed the pharmacy tech about my predicament and she suggested I search online for a coupon. I did and found a coupon that gave me about $10.00 form my 1 weeks supply. Then, without asking, the pharmacy tech took it upon herself to find a better coupon that left me with a $0.00 copay for an $800 script. So amazing! It made me feel like they actually care about me, personally, as an individual. Thanks Sarah!

Ive been going to this Walgreens for about 4 years now and its my go to pharmacy. The pharmacist was never helpful when I was pregnant and if I had questions about certain OTC medicines and I pretty much had to figure it out on my own. This morning, I had a question about my daughters medication which I filled here. I held for 10 minutes and when he got on the phone he was not helpful at all. He kept repeating the same, non helpful answer over and over, like a robot. I will never go to this pharmacy again, I prefer a pharmacist with a brain and some customer service.

Every time I go to this pharmacy Im shocked at how long it takes to fill a prescription. 2 hours to fill a prescription for antibiotics? That is typically something that is on hand. I had my husband pick up for me (over 2 hours after drop off) and it still took them a good 10 minutes to give it to him. My pharmacies in MN would take 10 minutes to fill prescription unless its something very different. Switching everything over to Target and possibly the grocery store.

Now take away the 1 star I gave this Walgreens and that is a more accurate rating of this store. The pharmacy is a nightmare, none of the employees seem to know what they are doing, they never crack a smile, and are rude beyond belief. They dont ever have your medications in stock, and when you try to do a refill on day 28 they freak out and make you come back in a day or two. They make sure feel bad for trying to place your medication for a refill, like your a drug addict, which is crazy and so disrespectful. ;

If you are going here for photos, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Bunch of dimwits at the photo booth. I wasted my 50 mins for passport photos today, 04/18/2019. Poorly lit photos, too damn dark to be used anywhere, big brown patches on my entire head, neck, like I am about to die from some nasty disease and those 3 folks siting there were like - we dont see anything wrong with the picture. Morons, the management should get rid of you if they want to continue the business. The pharmacy department needs to be either closed or reevaluated! They get prescriptions wrong. They confirmed my appointment today for 90 tablets and then drive thru says 90 tablets, your total is $200. I pay $200 cash and I get home to find they gave me 5 pills for the $200. The rest are on back order. They say that theyll let me know when they get the rest, probably Monday. I complained and Emily said, that it works for them. Im sure it does! You gave me 5 pills for $200.I know Walgreens is a corporation and doesnt even care about these reviews but I pray to God someone checks this store out!!

Not just this location, and probably not the fault of the poor souls who are on the front line, but Walgreens has major problems with their systems and processes - all clearly designed to squeeze every last bit of profit out of every customer, who they clearly see as just a number. Pharmacist Lazarow was very rudeI arrived at the pharmacy To pick up my prescription and shop. I called earlier to have the prescriptions transferred and I was told by the pharmacist it would take an hour to an hour and a 1/2. I arrived about an hour later Checked in at the pharmacy and expressed that I was there to pick up prescriptions, that I was in pain and had recently left urgent care and I would wait for them. I watched the young lady go over and talk to pharmacist lazarow and the look on his face was I am frustrated and I cant believe this. That was my 1st turn off. It was as if he didnt want to be bothered. I waited for about 5 minutes and all of a sudden he said they are not answering the phone at CVS. I was very frustrated at this point because it was obvious he was not really intrested in assisting me. Being a reta department store manager, the customers perception is everything and our job in the service industry is to take care of the customer and express that we are doing everything that we canThere are many factors when it comes to a customer, especially if they are in pain. I had been to urgent care right after I woke up this morning so I did not look my absolute best. No make up yoga pants T-shirt and hair unkempt . I am aware that sometimes we prejudge people perhaps that is the case for this time period.He said theyre not answering the phone as if to say you need to just leave and we might get to it later. Perhaps he could have stated they are not answering the phone right now however if you give me a few more minutes Id be happy to call again. Pharmacist needs some guidance on social skills and how to take care of a Customer in a pharmacy.Its quite interesting because I live 10 minutes from home and as I arrived in my driveway all of a sudden the prescription is ready. Communication is the key and going over and above to take care of the customer.

Very disappointed with pharmacy window after visit tonight. We have lived in Frisco since 1998 and used this Walgreens for medication ever since I can remember. It has always been a great experience until now and no wonder these other reviewers have left. Garrett at the drive through window has to be the worst hire for that kind of role ever. After dozens of friendly drive through visits over the years I am seriously considering finding another pharmacy due to this one bad experience.Come on Walgreens, hire people who care about their job and actually want to help the people giving you their business!!!

Pharmacy is consistently rude anod never seem to have a clue as to what is going on. They never offer solutions or workarounds. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they transfer you several times anod its like they never communicate internally to save the customer time from reexplaining themselves and prolonging pain. Do not ever, but ever order passport photos here. Go to CVS. No really just go to CVS. These people charge $15 for first 2 photos and then for the next 2 photos $15 again. I needed 6 photos and I was surprised with the total.If you go to CVS they will charge $15 for first 2 photos and then 70 cents for each additional photo. You can see the difference. In Walgreens I paid $50 for 6 photos. In CVS I would pay less than $20.I will never again do business with Walgreens.Not to mention that I had to move my prescriptions to CVS because the service at this location was absolutely miserable. They were trying to give me generic and I specifically said I do not want generic ones. And they just kept trying to sell me the generic trash.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI want to let you know that this Walgreens locate at the corner of LEBANON and PRESTON RD. in FRISCO TX 75034, is absolutely RUDE and CARELESS about their job. Their job is suppose to help the patient to figurative out all the issue with medication and the billing for Insurance, my daughter is a special need child, we have MEDICAID as the Primary Insurance for her, not because we are poor but because base on her condition thats the only healthcare solution we can have for her. The staff member work inside the Pharmacy area they always treat us with a very bad attitude, I feel disrespected when I have to visit to pick up or refill the RX for my daughter. They humiliate Black people and racist Asian people. I always have to refill a week ahead before the medication was gone at home, but they always delayed my daughter RX, they are blaming the doctors, which my doctor have to call and complaint, they are telling lies about MEDICAID and INSURANCE Story. They simply careless if the patient will be suffocate without the medication or not. They even said it wont be their problem if my daughter cant survive through the night without the medication. I really want to ask base on what specific requirement that can you actually hire Pharmacist like that to work? My last words are if they are professional and proud about what they do, why dont they act like one, funny that they called us uneducated but they way they talk make me serious concern about whats uneducated mean. They cant treat patient with respect, then at least talk to the family member with a nicer words, not turn around and laugh behind those medication shelf and said that they dont care about what people can said about them, because if they dont process the order, the patient wont have medications either. Lastly the Manager is helpless, he cant do anything about that, he cant give a better solution for the situation, and he cant talk to calm the patient either. Its a very bad business, before I actually gonna submit a complaint to the STATE of TEXAS, about this PHARMACY, I really hope that there will be someone can actually listen to us, and help this business location. Otherwise this Pharmacy should be shut down soon because all of this STAFF MEMBER REACTIONS.THANK YOU, but I truly disappointed about this PHARMACY!

I waited 50 minutes to find out if they had mercury free flu vaccines. I’m pregnant and my doctor recomended it. I asked a total of 4 times. The last time I asked the young girl helping walked to the pharmacist and they both laughed. She walked up and pushed the paperwork toward me and without directly answering my queston laughed and said “you’ll be fine with this one.”I said no thank you and left. What a waist of time.

First negative review I have ever given so it has to be bad. This pharmacy is the absolute worst! As I write this review I have been literally sitting in my car waiting to pick up a prescription for my sick daughter for almost 45 minutes and have not moved. They are unbelievably slow here and the service is brutal. Unless you have 2 hrs of your day/night to waste DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. Awful. Just awful.

Dont waste your time! The pharmacy is always short staffed; usually there is 2 people working and a line of 5-10 people waiting plus 2-3 in the drive through. The hallmark of Walgreens advertising is to get-in and get-out,right? Well, Im tired of wasting 20-30 minutes of my life to just drop off or pick up my prescriptions. Customer service is abysmal. The employees are simply describes as disgruntled from being overworked. I dont blame the employees. I blame the management! Hard to give service with a smile when everyone is always pissed about how long they had to wait. I transferred all of my medications to another pharmacy in Frisco where there is NEVER a wait, always consistent customer service, and they always have my medications in stock.

This place is the WORST place to go to if you are needing to fill prescriptions!!! They NEVER have EVER had my prescriptions ready on time. At one point it even took 3 days to have one filled once they finally found the hand written prescription i brought in. My doctors send in my scripts electronically and hours later they say We never got the prescription I recommend using CVS!

The entire staff was very rude and not very customer friendly on my visit. It’s a shame that it starts at the top with managers in vests. I spend 30 mins in the photo section picking up an order that “wasn’t there” and miraculously appeared when the beauty advisor came over and pulled it off the shelf. At checkout, I wasn’t even acknowledged and the cashier held a conversation with another cashier across the way the entire time I was checking out.

The drive thru is horrendous. Dont use it unless youre dropping off a prescription...The staff in all my experiences have always been nice but Im positive theyre always short handed. Tonight is no exception. Ive been stuck behind the guy at the window now for 30 mins. If I could leave, I would.

This walgreens is disgusting. I went to cvs to print pictures, i thought cvs was bad service so i drive out of the way to walgreens. When i walked in i was unimpressed with the lady at the front. At the picture stand, i spent a lot of time editing my pictures, the lady working the picture stand went on break while she had a line of customers. When she finally came back she had customers waiting for her. Not only that but two of the employees were arguing with the two customers in front of us. Those customers in front of us left unhappy too. Normally you’re supposed to check your pictures before you pay for them so you know how they turned out before paying. but I paid for my pictures and left, i had forgotten my pictures because they were never handed to me. None of the employees thought to stop me on the way out of the door.If i could give this walgreens 0 stars i would.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I had a prescription transfered over from another pharmacy and when I got there I was told that the pharmacist has just gotten off the phone and it would be ready in 30 mins. I waited 45 mins and went back to be told they had absolutely nothing in my name. Ten minutes later they found it and told me to come back because it wasnt ready yet. Worst customer service ever.

Went in to fill a prescription, and as I was walking out I was confronted by a clerk accusing me of SHOPLIFTING. She accused me of taking something from the skincare aisle..I couldnt even tell you where that aisle was at because all I did was go to the pharmacy to drop off and try to leave! Asked the other clerk on duty to call for a manager but he refused to do so in defense of the initial clerk. Called the manager on the phone and she wasnt much help either. Still livid, I emailed the corporate office and still have not received a response! Theyre lucky Im only venting on Google Reviews, because honestly someone could sue them! Do yourself a favor and take your business to CVS or even the Tom Thumb down the street!

Horrible service in their pharmacy! Dropped off a prescription to be filled. Initially they had the medicine, and after a 30 minutes drive to pick it up, they told me they had to order it and to come back two days later. Called two days later to make sure it was there before driving, and they said they couldn’t order it. Complete waste of time, find somewhere else!!

Talk about lazy customer service, the day manager at 9 a.m. doesnt have any energy or desire to help a customer with a walgreens photo cd. Tried to see what was on them, but the photo machines dont have a view photo button, only make a card flyer or whatever, without being able to select a photo first. This walgreens has always had slow to no service over the years. I just expected better service with out a lot of customers. I was wrong, again.

Pharmacy staff has been rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. I called in today and was on hold for 15 minutes. When I was finally connected to someone, she put me on hold without even saying hello. I waited on hold again for another 10 minutes and then was disconnected. This happens almost every time I call in.
