My wife and I both love Dr. Huang!We went again this last week and as usual she was VERY friendly, professional and thorough.We would recommend her to anyone of any age group!

Great ENT MD especially for pediatrics! Dr Huang was super thorough, eased my nerves about getting tubes for my daughter and was able to get us in for surgery quickly. 10/10 recommend! Her nurse Kaylynn is also super great and extremely knowledgeable

Dr. Huang is a miracle worker. After six weeks suffering with fluid in my ear, I left her office hearing out of my ear again. She is very personable, and her staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Huang if you need an ENT.

Dr. Patti Huang and her staff are lifesavers!! My son stuck a little bead up his nose, and she was able to remove it within a couple of seconds! I hope this never happens to anyone, but if it does, you know who you can count on. Dont waste time or make it worse by trying to get it yourself. If you can still see it, go straight to Dr. Huang. Dr Huang is amazing and always there when I need her expertise for me or my children. I have moved out of the area of the office and still willDrive all the way to Frisco to see her cause I don’t trust anyone else. Defiantly recommend her and her awesome nurse!!

I went to Dr. Huang as a second opinion after visiting another doctor who wanted to perform sinus surgery and a rhinoplasty after I had suffered years of recurrent sinus infections. After reviewing the case history and CT, she performed an exam and prescribed Prilosec and a nasal spray. Since then, with consistent use, I have only had one sinus infection. I had not experienced relief like that in YEARS! Had I not gotten her second opinion, I would have gone under anesthesia, gotten a new nose, and been in $10k worth of debt. Thankfully Flonase is way cheaper! Grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and recommendations!

After years of going through multiple doctors who werent able to help me, I finally went to see an ENT specialist. Dr. Patti Huang not only gave me the correct diagnosis, but took the time to listen to my difficult journey in finding the right doctor and treatment plan to help me. Her bedside manners are excellent - she listens to you, gives clear treatment plan and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. She has an amazing staff that are easy to communicate with and have been helpful when I had any questions. I highly recommend her if you have any ENT issues and need a specialist. You wont be disappointed!!

I went to this doctor based off of these reviews. Upon my arrival the front office staff was rude and dismissive. I should have followed my gut and left then. However I have been having recurrent sinus infections and really needed to get this issue resolved. Well the doctor came in and inserted a tube thru my nose to view my sinus and told me there was nothing wrong except acid reflux. She prescribed me nexium and referred me to an allergy doctor. ( that’s a whole other story for another day). Anyway, Thank God for my neurologist who had heard of this doctor and didn’t feel comfortable with the diagnosis and ordered an mri. The MRI showed I had sinus polyps and a severe sinus infection. My neuro referred me to a different ENT and this ent conducted a CT Scan in office and basically confirmed my neurologist’s findings. I suggest anyone who visits here to get a second opinion. Not only was the real issue uncovered with the new ENT but the office staff was much nicer and more welcoming. If I could give zero stars I would!

Dr. Huang is both a skilled and caring surgeon. I appreciate her calm bedside manner and the fact that she is not quick to push surgery just for the sake of charging for a procedure. I have trusted her to care for both my son and my husband. We love her!!

Dr. Huang is fantastic! She spent a lot of time explaining the different treament options available to me and did not put surgery as the first step. Her staff was polite and I did not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. When I called Dr. Huang to ask a question, she quickly called me back. I could tell she genuinly loves her job and her patients.

Best ENT Ive ever worked with . She performed Sinus and polyp surgery on my husband and Tonsillectomy on my son. both went very well and both loved her beside manner and my son wanted for her to be his regular doctor .

Is the best we love her office staff doctor has seeing our daughter as a patient for the last year she has placed your tubes and also my mother is her patient last year I recently came down with a sinus infection during office hours she managed to squeeze me in despite such a heavy schedule that alone shows you her character you are not just number she truly cares about her patients

I LOVE DR. PATTI!!!!! Shes amazing!!! Literally Ill never go to another ENT shes so knowledgeable about so many things. Even things I dont know are related she has the answers too!! Im having my tonsils out in a few weeks and I know Ill be in the best hands possible. She never rushes through a visit and isnt pushy about surgery or multiple sinus procedures without trying to figure out whats causing them ie. allergies, immune system problems. She communicates with my other doctors so were all on the same team helping me get better!!

I did not even make it inside to see the Dr. because I felt the lady, by the name of Amber I believe, who answered the phone was dismissive and simply rude. I had not even seen the doctor yet, and she was already setting me up for surgery.

I just met and spoke with Dr. Huang !!!! I’ve been tossed around from specialist to specialist , was sent by my rhumatologist to an ENT. I happen to fall upon Dr. Huang out of sure luck!!!! She took a complete 1hr listening and reviewing my long list of symptoms and reasons why I was needing a lip biopsy to rule out an autoimmune disease that was difficult to diagnose !!! She promised to have all my symptoms looked at , she told me since she had other patients scheduled that she would be in an out of my room,, she did not send me home or refuse to do anything else since it was my first visit !!She was ever so gentle , soft spoken , explains very well, super knowledgeable , compassionate , and amazing bed side manner!!! She truly genuinely was concerned and wanted the best for me and wants to help me figure out what’s wrong !!! I’ve seen 5 drs in various fields this year alone, but she by far was the most genuine and caring in the medical field !!!Highly recommend her!!!! She’s an angel sent by god!!! She brought me to tears because I felt for once that someone cared and didn’t just brush me off !!!And not to forget her staff!!!! Super amazing and just as caring and attentive !!!!

We love Dr. Huang!! She is one of the few doctors my child actually asks to go see, even when we have no reason to! She always spends plenty of time with us, and we have NEVER felt rushed like at other doctors offices.

My complaint doesnt go against Dr. Huang herself, but how the billing was done at her office. I came in because I had been having dizziness and vertigo-like symptoms. Before going in, I specifically asked how much everything would be, and they commented that it would just be my copay (I like to know what Im paying beforehand before going to or purchasing anything). Well, it turns out I get another bill a week after. Why wasnt I informed of any other possible charges when I specifically asked beforehand and was specifically told it was just going to be my copay. I didnt like being blindsided by that.
