My visits are always very positive with Dr. Spencer. He is very caring and very through with his exams and procedures. He listens to your concerns and discusses his opinions. I have always liked Brent Spencer and Dermatology and Skin Surgery Institute dating back to when I brought my mother there through areferral for skin cancer issues. The office is well organized and helpful and Brent is extremely professional and knowledgeable andhas exceeded my expectations on all the procedures done. After some experiences with other offices, it is clear to me that thelevel of care provided by Brent and his office is the standard that other offices should meet.

I have been going to Dr. Spencers office for over 5 years seeing PA, Meredith McGuffey and she is fantastic. Meredith is very knowledgeable, caring and takes her time with us. My 3 girls, husband and myself see Meredith. She is a great choice.

At first I was skeptical due to me having darker pigmentation and not being successful with other dermatologist office. However my skin has healed tremendously, I started going here and Dr.Merediths treatment plan has helped. Also, I’ve also gone for chemical peels (AMAZING RESULTS).

This was my first visit with DR Spenser , and it went well. He was on time and very through in his questioning. He did a biopsy on a wound that would not heal properly and will let me know the status shortly. He also prescribed medications to relive my skin inflammation. i have the medicines and applying them as prescribed.

Dr Spencer is my 4th Dermatologist and I will be sticking with him and his office forever. If you wind up having skin cancer, the Mohs surgery is the very best type of surgery in order to make sure you are left cancer free. Dr Spencer uses this technique and prides himself in leaving a very minimal scar. I recommend him and/or the PA (she is awesome too) for any kind of skin needs

I could not he happier with Dr. Spencer and his team at the Dermatology & Skin Surgery Institute of North Texas.I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma this year and was referred to Dr. Spencer for treatment. I was very nervous during my consultation meeting, but as soon as Dr. Spencer started talking me through the details of the disease and my treatment options it immediately put me at ease. His knowledge and skill was apparent right away which gave me great confidence in proceeding with treatment.I elected to do the Mohs surgery to remove the cancerous cells. The surgery went well and Dr. Spencer and team were very thorough to make sure I was 100% cancer free the day I left the office.I am still recovering, but during the surgery and in subsequent treatment the team at the Dermatology & Skin Surgery Institute of North Texas has gone out of their way to take exceptional care of my needs. The staff is courteous, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to being healed, but in the meantime the support I get from the staff on each checkup has me looking forward to each doctors visit - something I did not think possible.I would definitely choose D&SSIoNT again if, heaven forbid, I ever have to get another chunk of skin cut off of me.

I had my annual checkup with Dr. Brent Spencer. The lobby wait time was maybe 5 minutes and I was called prior to my appointment time by 10 minutes. Dr. Spencers assistant questioned me about any changes and there were none. Within 4 or 5 minutes Dr. Spencer came into the room and checked for any signs that could be problematic. He found one location and froze it. I was out of his office within 15 to 20 minutes.I am very pleased with his professionalism and his ability to care for any skin cancer that may occur.

I went to Dr. Spencer for the first time yesterday and was totally impressed. The office is well organized and beautifully decorated. I was greeted like an old friend and quickly went through registration as they allow you to fill out the forms online before arriving. They were very prompt and Dr. Spencer and his team were very thorough. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I was with Dr. Spencer for more than 15. I would highly recommend Dr. Spencer and his PAs!

Quality of care has drastically declined since he moved to the new building. He is still very good but has little time for patients especially post surgery. Last few visits have been rushed and quite disappointing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Brent Spencer’s office a couple years. My mother, father, sister, husband, and me all go the that office. Dr. Spencer has done Mohs surgery on my husband and father. I have received filler from Dr.Spencer twice. The two Pa’s are outstanding! I get Botox by them. My sister and I have both gotten Skinpen several several times from both PA’s. Elyse, and Meridith are the PA’s. They are absolutely amazing. I’m 66 , when I leave I feel younger and attractive. The whole crew there is wonderful. All of them are very special people. From the receptionists to the nurses. These people make you feel sooo special and comfortable. I can not say enough good things about this place. This may sound silly, but I could go there and hang out because of the people!!! 5 plus stars from my family and me!!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Spencer and his PA Elyse Spencer highly enough. I originally started seeing Dr. Spencer for skin checks because I have had Mohs surgery before and Dr. Spencer is the only fellows trained Mohs surgeon in the area. I know longer dread skin checks because Dr. Spencer and his staff make it quick and easy.Now I see Dr. Spencer and his team for everything from acne treatment, to my port wine stain removal (with the latest and greatest Pulse Dye Laser) and yes even Botox and peels. Dr. Spencer and his team treat my skin holistically and there is great benefit and results from that. Plus check out their prices on peels and Botox, they are great!I feel like part of a the Dermatology & Skin Surgery Institute family. Everyone in the office, especially Dr. Spencer and Elise make me feel like they are invested in my treatment and skin health. I am a high maintenance patient and I highly recommend Dr. Spencer!
