Natural Focus Dental is amazing with a caring staff! From the front door all the way to the dentist, I was impressed.The team made sure I was notified and reminded of my appointment (just like the rest of you all; life tends to get busy now days). My Hygienist, Sharese, made sure to tell me everything that she was going to do before she did it. This made me SUPER comfortable. She also completed one of the best cleanings that I have had to date.Dr. Wang, oh where do I start! She was personable, charismatic, and attentive to all of my needs. At the time I had a new crown which made my bite stronger on one side. Their bite analyzing machine was being worked on at the moment but, they made sure to get back with me to when it was fixed. Now I have a normal bite again and I am extremely satisfied.Thank you Natural Focus Dental! I highly recommend.

From the moment my wife discovered the practice, I knew I would love it. My experience there confirmed everything I was expecting. From the moment I walked in the door and they had to check my temp, they asked me if I preferred a forehead scan or wrist scan. That proved to me how considerate they were! That spoke volumes to me because I’ve never been asked that and it just shows they are different than most.They were very thorough with every step of the process. They explain what type of X-rays were needed, why they were needed, gathered very detailed dental history, explains each step of examination, cleaning, etc. very personable and could tell they actually cared about me as a person.They already had my attention which the holistic approach to dentistry. The extremely kind, warm welcoming staff made this an excellent experience for me and I will recommend to anyone!

I took my son here because he got one of his front teeth knocked loose. I checked in and within a few minutes he was being examined. The staff and the doctor were super friendly and made my son comfortable. I have been traumatized by a bad dentist and I cringe when I have to go to a dentist. The atmosphere in this please even set me at ease. From the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist everyone was professional and caring. Back to my son’s front tooth, it was not damaged and they quickly assessed that it would be okay. My son usually freaks out even talking about going to the doctor but there was something comforting about the way the interacted with him that set him at ease. I highly recommend them and my wife is already setting up an appointment for her and for my kids to have their teeth cleaned. Here are my observations:The waiting area is cute and they have some toys and two tablets for your little ones while they wait.The facility is super clean and state of the art. We were in room number four and they had a TV on the wall and another one on the ceiling.The equipment was new and not dingy so you can tell they care about efficiency and quick assessment.My insurance is “The Standard” and it is a PPO and they took that.They gave my kid a little toy after our visit.Again I can’t state enough how amazing the staff is at molar bear.

My husband and I went in for an assessment of long term issues relating to my husbands dental issues. We expected what you always do.. 2 minutes of the dentists time and the rest waiting and listening to assistants. That was absolutely not what we got. We got a dentist for a full hour giving us vital info.. Answering all of our questions. If you care about quality, if you care about staying away from the mainstream poison, this is where you go. Highly recommended.

Im so lucky I found Molar Bear! I was having trouble breast feeding my newborn and they were able to squeeze me in same day in order to take care of his tongue and lip tie. The staff are so nice, I couldnt ask for a better experience!

This place is amazing. We have been coming for a year now (I think) and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. They are so patient and empathetic towards my children. Everyone at Molar Bear Dental is top notch, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor! We moved to Texas from California and I searched high and low to find a holistic dentist who offered the ALF appliance since my daughter had one. I am so thankful I found Molar Bear - our experience with them has been wonderful, they are so kind, caring and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if your traditional dentist or orthodontist recommends an expander or pulling teeth. After two years wearing an ALF my daughter (who am ortho said would need four teeth pulled, an expander, and braces) no longer even needs traditional braces!

This office is so kind, well run and stays on time. The Dr. Wang is so empathic to those with dental anxiety. She is very conservative with treatment. She did an excellent job fixing a broken crown I had. They really are a superior dental office.

This place is amazing! I really love how the staff and dentist are super positive and thorough in the examination of my mouth. They are organized and the dentist recalled a tooth that she wanted to check on and even gave me essential oil mouthwash. I live 20 minutes away but still would choose them over someone closer.

We had a great experience. My 7 year old needed a filling and 2 baby teeth extracted and he was very scared going in. The whole staff was amazing. They explained everything before they did it, and he did great. No sedation, no laughing gas. I would’ve never imagined him just laying there cooperating. I’m so happy. No trauma, no tears. My family loves Molar Bear Family Dental. The staff is very nice. Dr. Wang is excellent with children. My daughter had a fear free experience while getting her cavities filled. Dr. Wang spends time with you and talks through everything so that you know what is going on. I also recommended Molar Bear to my daughter and she brings her little boys ages 7, 4, and 1. They told me how much they loved it there.

As a medical doctor who practices functional medicine, I have searched for a biologic dentist for my family so that we can include our dental care in the mind-body-spirit approach we are committed to for overall health. We are so happy to have found Dr Wang and her fantastic staff to take care of us! Scheduling was super easy, the office is welcoming to both children and adults, and staff are organized, helpful, and cheerful. Dr Wang was great with my girls and Andrea, the hygienist, was WONDERFUL! We are in great hands! Frisco is fortunate to have such a well-trained dentist right here in our community.

My two children and I very much enjoyed our visit to this practice. Welcoming, lovely office and everyone we met was sweet, friendly and professional. And they were so good with the kids. Many poor and traumatic experiences in the past have made me lose trust in the medical and dental professions, to the extent that I’ve avoided seeing any practitioners for over a year, but fortunately, today my faith in dentistry has been restored. The ladies who work here are not only very knowledgeable, they also explained things very well and were happy to answer my questions. It’s refreshing to find people who share our values and beliefs on health, and who work with care, and go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and valued.

Dr. Wang has been a great dentist for me, my toddler, and my older child. She focuses on prevention and the importance of the teeth and the mouth in the health of the whole person. Dr. Wang takes time to explain important concepts and talked with me extensively about how to help protect my daughters’ dental health. Faith, the front office coordinator, and the three hygienists I have met have also been excellent. After realizing how traditional dental and orthodontic care has had a negative impact on my own wellbeing, I am relieved to have found Molar Bear and plan to continue to use Dr. Wang for the whole family.

Just had my first visit and I am so glad i found this place. Not only have i not had a more thorough evaluation but also never had a more relaxed, non rushed happy visit. Dr Wang is so encouraging and praises instead of criticizes. She has lots of tips and suggestions but pushes nothing. First time being at the dentist for a few years! Faith at the front desk was very friendly and different than any front desk attendant ive dealt with, she answered my millions of questions! The dr was great! She too answered all my questions. I loved that she didnt try to sell me anything and gave me cheaper alternatives to what i needed for my dental health. She suggested some possible things i could do, but was very honest in telling me they werent necessary, etc. Best cleaning ive had! The least painful ive experienced. I loved that they work with insurance, and are also a great holistic and natural choice!I wish the dental hygienist (i didnt catch her name) was more communicative on what was going on. I hadnt been to an appointment in years, so i had no idea what to expect other than a cleaning. She just shut the door, and started working. My husband was outside with our son, and he had no idea what was going on either.The last star was lost because my husband and i were disappointed in what we recieved for my sons care. I realized, for some reason, we hadnt added him to dental insurance after he was born (hes a little over 1) and i thought he should be checked too just in case. I was under the impression there would be more than an brief examination (i went to the bathroom quickly and by the time i came back the whole exam was finished). She did check everything from what i could tell and made him feel comfortable, and checked possibility of lip and tongue ties. I was just expecting there to be more for the $85, especially since we paid out of pocket for this.

This place is awesome and I recommend them any opportunity I get! The entire staff is professional and great to work with. Just finished a set of cleanings with Andrea and I couldnt be happier!

This place is amazing! There is not anyone who hates going to the dentist more than I do. So much that I hadnt been in about 7 years. Dr. Wang was so kind and gentle. She really took into account how anxious I was feeling and talked me through the entire appointment to put me at ease. I will recommend this place to everyone. Not only was she kind, but she was also honest in what work I needed done but also how quickly. Her assistant Faith was also extremely helpful in breaking down the cost of my future appointments. I really actually enjoyed going to this place and I am so glad I faced my fear of visiting the dentist!

From the moment we walked in to the office everything was calm and very kid friendly! I have severe dental anxiety from a previous bad experience and the office staff did everything to ease my anxiety! I will 1000000% be back with the ENTIRE family! Hubby actually scheduled his appointment as we were leaving, he was so impressed!As a side note the previous dentist I went to said I had 3 severe cavities that needed immediate attention (7 months ago) and the Dr. today said she could not find a single cavity!I truly believe we found the perfect dentist for our family!

I brought my 5 year old about 10 days ago. He had an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Wang did such an amazing job with him! I immediately scheduled appointments for my other 4 children and myself. She and her staff have all the things I was looking for in a dentist- calm, friendly, professional, holistic, minimal intervention, no metal or BPA, affordable. All of the kids needed 1 or more fillings, but none needed any numbing agents, (except for the 5 year olds extraction). Super easy! It went so well, the youngest two kids are playing dentist right now! Ha! Happy, healthy kids=super happy mama! So thankful for Dr. Wang.

I cannot tell you how much we love Molar Bear and Dr. Wang. She takes so much time with you each visit addressing not only the teeth and health of the oral cavity, but the entire body. This doctor is so different from others as she listens to all of your concerns and addresses each one. We have never had to wait more than five minutes after our appointment time which says so much about her staff. Don’t walk....run to Molar Bear if you are needing any dental or orthodontic work done. (For those who know what ALF is, my son started in early June with his ALF appliance and with in 30 days had stopped bedwetting. Five months later, his focus is unbelievable and daily we see posture and muscle strengthening occurring....this stuff is really and we are beyond thrilled!). Thank you Molar Bear and Dr. Wang! We appreciate you more than words can express!!!!

If I could give it greater than 5 stars I would!My story: My girlfriend noticed that my snoring was getting louder and louder, which kept her up all night, and she was concerned about my sleep. I came across Molar Bear and saw that they were treating people with snoring and problems with breathing during sleep. The team was very friendly and helpful! From the sleep study that was performed, it looked like I had loud snoring, though no sleep apnea was seenShe had recommended laser therapy to help with the snoring. It was about a 20 minute session, for three sessions total, to help with the snoring. I was worried about it hurting due to it being a laser but it was absolutely pain free!I was so shocked by how quickly it worked! Just after my first treatment, my girlfriend told me my snoring had become much quieter, and shes able to sleep better now!I cant recommend Dr. Wang and the staff at Molar Bear Family Dental enough! I will definitely continue to come here for my 2 other sessions, but also for the rest of my dental care here! Would give this place a try for all your dental needs, but definitely if you have snoring and/or sleep breathing issues!

This place is incredible. Dr. Wang is a true pioneer in a profession that goes far too underappreciated. Focusing on holistic biological dentistry, Dr. Wang and her team do an amazing job of helping patients understand how their mouth and the habits around it can affect the rest of your body. Dr. Wang saw our 1 yr old after he fell and knocked some of his teeth loose. Upon getting to her office and experiencing some of what they have to offer we were quickly ready to schedule appointments for our other 2 children (ages 2 and 7). Our 2 yr old was so enamored with the TV on the ceiling playing a documentary and the massage chair that he blazed through the cleaning and became the youngest patient they had ever completed a full cleaning on. Their other amenities include a patient lounge with access to a completely free beverage station with water, LaCroix, coconut waters and an assortment of teas and coffees; plus a play room for the kids. Chemical-free cleaning, mercury and flouride-free materials, sustainably created toothbrushes and toothpastes (made with bamboo). Again, this place is incredible. If you take your family anywhere else youre simply doing dentistry wrong

I felt like we added a very valuable member to our health care team. ❤️ The TV with Netflix directly above the patient chair was a super bonus and yall, they make their own bentonite clay polishing paste for in office cleaning and sent us home with a bamboo toothbrush!This is such a great thing for DFW. We drove an hour to get there and its worth the drive!

I had the very best time with Dr. Wang, and I hate going to the dentist. She did a nightlase procedure to reshape the roof of my mouth to reduce snoring and improve airflow. The results were immediate and impressive. The procedure didnt hurt at all and I really enjoyed watching Netflix on the big flatscreen!

Per website they do not involve insurance or accept insurance as payment since they do not want to justify health care needs. Seems very shady!
