I called the facility to check on a specific problem that I was facing, the front office took all the information (including contact details) indicated that they are going to call back but didnt hear back. I can only imagine the kind of care this facility can provide if they cannot keep the promise they give.I would not recommend this facility.

This provider not even worth to give any stars. They dont even have common sense to talk how to respect customers that is how their respect. Guys I request not visit this kind of dirty place humble request hope they learn their mistakes god bless them

I took a parent visiting from India to this facility, because he had a cap that fell off. The fallen cap exposed a broken tooth with jagged edges. He was told by the doctor to manage any pain with pain medication till he was to return ( 4 months away). She suggested to chew on the other side of the mouth. This would be ok for a short duration but for 4 months? She said that there was a little infection in the tooth and that was the extent of her service. She did not even touch the tooth, yet charged us $50 as consultation. It is indeed disappointing that not only did he not get any dental relief, we also got charged for no service. Never going back, or recommending this practice.We went to a different dentist who was far more compassionate and just. He filed the jagged edges of the tooth (which was constantly rubbing against the tongue, and hurting) and carefully applied dental cement to cover the hole left behind by the fallen cap as temporary relief, and charged us far less.

Dr. Angadi and her staff are fantastic! I began visiting her practice several years ago and have continued to do so despite moving away from the Frisco area. She is always knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely full of care for her patients. Everyone in my family- starting from the kids to the grandparents have had a wonderful experience with her. I highly recommend her for your dental needs!

Entire office staff is very courteous and professional. She keeps track of the history very well and based on that provides treatment. Even if we forget she brings up those points and checks with us. If there is any pain, they squeeze in and schedule us for consultation. Also, one of my friend paid money upfront and after the insurance covered it their office promptly called verified the address and sent out the check. Entire family is extremely happy about their service.

Dr. Angadi is simply fantastic. It was our first visit as new patient. The warmth, politeness, extreme courteous nature makes you feel at home. In my wifes words (she got treated by doctor) ***I did not feel anything and everything was over. The way Dr. Angadi treated me was fantastic. I was bit scared prior to the treatment. But now I am rest assured that I found the best!***

Have visited Dr. Aparna recently to check and take the right decision for my tooth filling. Since my tooth has been hurting for a few days, I have requested for an appointment immediately. Office in-charge Sankari and Dr have helped to get me in right away adjusting their schedule. Dr. Aparna spent quality time to listen and understand my dental history before starting any tests. She has patiently explained the problem and listed various options meticulously. Her treatment quality is great. Later after 3 weeks, since I felt some uncomforted feeling and sensation, called up and again got accommodated in very short notice. I would recommend Dr. Aparna and her office for great service and quality treatment.

Our entire family is extremely happy with her service including my 6 year old. I would recommend Dr. Aparna Angadi.

I had appointment with Dr. Aparna Angadi for teeth cleaning and regular checkup, Her treatment was extraordinary. She performed teeth cleaning with utmost care. Consultation and treatment fee was very reasonable.

Starting with the nurse, everybody is very polite and you can feel the warmth when you go in. Dental process is professional and very good, and I would recommend her to anybody and everybody. My entire family loves their service.

I am surprised to see good reviews to this doctor. Pls don’t visit.
