Absolutely amazing crew. My first visit I expressed I had anxiety due to some past dentist hurting me really badly. They were so understanding and kind. The dr is super good at her job and super thorough and explains everything. This will always be my go to. Awesome crew. Thank you guys for helping me over come my fear of the dentist.

Great dentists office. Really pleasant staff, and the dentist has quick hands and a good eye. Nothing more I could really ask for. Ive been going to them for about a year after a botched crown from another dentist that they fixed. Ive been very happy with their work and plan to keep going here.

She is extremely thorough, always explains why she needs to perform a procedure, and is very mindful of her patient’s comfortableness during treatment. Great experience at this clinic. Everybody is really nice, friendly, and professional. They know what they are doing. Something I really like about them is that they listen to the patient and their concerns. We all come to this clinic, my husband, my little boy and myself. Don’t doubt coming here if you need a family dentist or pediatric. They are great.They also have stuff that speaks Spanish!

Doctor and her staff are great, they are very professional and some of them are bilingual (doble counting detail). That’s a lot of help especially for those who their first language is not english.

I just want to brag on Lake Pointe Dental and Theresa my hygienist. I am not a fan of the dentist and the moment I walked in I was greet by Claudia. Claudia was kind and she talked to me like she has known me her whole life. Theresa did my cleaning and it was painless, gentle, and quick. FIVE STARS!

Claudia is a superstar because she sat on the phone with me prior to my appointment and talked to my insurance company to verify if my plan could even be used at Lake Pointe Dental. After my appointment was completed the next steps were to get some additional work done as soon as possible. Because Claudia and I had previously spent the extra time on the phone with my insurance company (that will not be named) she and I both knew that these necessary services would not be covered.. To accommodate for my current situation Claudia helped me apply for the CareCredit card which can be used for future services. This was very helpful! Thank you, Claudia!! I can tell that you really care a lot for the patients! I appreciate you going the extra mile!! Dr. Grewal is excellent! She was quick and made me feel comfortable during my exam. I have moved around a lot for work and been to a few different dentists over the years, Lake Pointe Dental is guaranteed the best of any 5 star ratings!The treatment I got from everyone in the office was like how you’re treated going to a luxury spa and that’s to say A LOT when talking about going to the dentist. I had to get some work done on top of the cleaning from Theresa but they were extremely educational and thorough in making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way! Not only did they fit it all into 1 appt, but I needed to leave for a meeting and the team and doctor were nice enough to put me as a priority and get me back to work. When they explained billing to me I have never been so comfortable and I can’t rave enough about how great Claudia was.The icing on the cake was the next day after the appt it would have been easy to shoot an automated message or something but the doctor actually took time to pick up the phone and call to check in!If you’re looking for a new dental office, stop looking and book an appt here!

Had to get a crown re-cemented. Staff is very friendly and the doctor was very gentle, explained everything and got the crown back in place. Enjoyed the experience enough that I scheduled my next cleaning with them.

Always a nice friendly place that really cares about their patients.

To be honest, I have nothing against the dental service, it might not be the best but is not terrible neither. The really bad part is as far as payment goes as well as customer service. Payment Summary does not tide with what you pay and front customer service is fine until you call asking for answers about an issue or doubts. Very disappointing, not very different than the common low quality Dentist you can find around the corner.

Absolutely love this place!! Dr. Mendoza is super sweet and did great with my 5 year old ADHD twins. Her staff was wonderful as well. Everyone is extremely nice and they were all very patient with my daughters. Weve been to this office twice and both times we were called back from the waiting room within 5 minutes of walking in the front door. I had a horrible experience with a dentist last year, reported him to BBB and swore I would never go to another dentist again but this office has changed my mind.

Dentists and technicians are great and very professional. I’ve been with this Dental facility for more than two years now and my teeth are taken care of very well.

My experience here was horrible and its taken me awhile (~2 years) to finally post this. I was pregnant at the time and this was supposed to be a regular cleaning and they demanded I get xrays. I told them I was uncomfortable doing it b/c I was pregnant at which point I felt bullied into giving them my OBs contact info so they could get a doctors release to have xrays done on me. I asked that they use the xrays from a previous appt that was only 7 months old but they said it was Texas law that they get xrays done. Then came the worst cleaning I have ever experienced; it was so painful. Then the dentist came in and said I had two cavities that needed to be filled and I would need to schedule an appt to come back for that. I was shocked b/c my last appt was good and to have two develop to the severity that she was saying and I even told her so and she shrugged saying she didnt know why my old dentist didnt tell me. Obviously I was not going back and have since found a new dentist and even went back to my old one as well in the two years that have passed. I told them that I had two cavities that needed attention and they could not find anything. I had no cavities (even now). Im still in disbelief about this whole experience and it felt like they were looking for ways to escalate charging my insurance. I remember hearing that some dentists have a cavity quota to fill but I thought that was urban legend but I guess not. I strongly suggest you get a 2nd opinion.

I came in as a new patient with my children, and was immediately turned off with the poor customer service of the staff. When my children were called back for their cleanings, a male assistant told me to wait in the waiting room and that they will call me when the children are done. I told him that I will be watching and not waiting behind closed doors. HE then stated that I would be in the way of the staff passing through.The Hygienist repeatedly told my children, to “stay still and that she was not going to hurt them. “Having worked in Pedo before, the rule of thumb is Reverse Psychology, Don’t ever install the fear that there will be discomfort to the patient, hence make the Dental Visit fun, and encouraging.The Doctor however was pleasant and performed an overall satisfactory bedside manner.I felt the need to take my children’s dental bib off and walk out of the office , so many times because of all the indications., but because I made the 30 minute drive out there, I stuck it through till the end of the appointment. Asked for the X-rays and did not reschedule for Recall. On the way out the door the girls in the front desk were laughing, because I asked for the xrays. I will never return to this office.The following day , I called first thing in the morning and asked for School Excuses for my children . 2 hours went by and I called again and Kristen stated “ Our scanner doesn’t work and I haven’t gotten to it yet and I probably won’t until 1 or 2 hours , I‘ve been way to busy.With her lack of urgency, She put the issue of needing a School Excuse on the back butAlong with Lack of Professionalism, Lack of Proper Training and Absence of Customer Service; No Sense of Urgency; With all due respect,It was clearly evident the unprofessionalism and antagonistic attitudes in this office of “staff” members, was overall an Unsatisfactory Experience, that needs much Attention for Improvement.This experience allowed me to realize how much I appreciate the Last dentist, and I will return my family as patients and stay with his practice even though it’s an hour drive.

That was the worst experience I have ever had in the doctor office. She did not take care of me . if you want doctor to take care of you that is not a place.

The dentist gave my 5 yr old a fluoride treatment without asking my consent. She literally just did it with no warning whatsoever. That night he was up vomiting all night. Kids have died from fluoride overdose and it’s not something to take lightly.
