Dr. Katrina is the best! Came in with my 3 month old who clicked while nursing and had a lot of muscle tightness in his neck and shoulders. After my time with her - no more clicking, he’s gained weight better, and he is ahead of all his milestones! I started seeing Dr. Katrina at Triada during my third trimester of my second pregnancy because I was having a lot of pain and discomfort in my pelvis, back, and my neck. So grateful I found Dr Katrina! I am pregnant currently 22 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby - and as usual for my pregnancies, I suffer with debilitating migraines. I knew I wanted help this time around, and my goal was to be able to decrease medication use. I learned about Triada from my sister in law and decided to give it a try. I’ve been getting gentle adjustments since my 13th week of pregnancy, and there has been a significant decrease in the occurrences of the migraines! Long overdue review! I went to their clinic after I found out baby #3 was breech and now baby is 7MO old- I think about the care I received there often and today is the day to finally let others know! I was very worried about my breech baby and was told I could not birth at my birthing center if baby did not turn. Dr. Cory was the only one I was in contact with in regards to my pregnancy who gave me any sort of reassurance/comfort....it’s the last place I thought I would receive that comfort and care that a pregnant women wants/deserves/needs, but I was happy I got it somewhere lol!!! Not only was the chiropractic care top notch the other variables were too. My kids were welcomed and never made to feel like a I burden. Every dr appointment, baby appointment and other obligations I was told my kids weren’t welcome (2020) . The stress of always having to find care for my two other kids to go places was getting to be too much. Visiting his clinic and the kids being welcomed was the breath of fresh air I needed every week up until my delivery. Baby flipped and I have a happy healthy 7MO old.

Dr Katrina is awesome! She helped my LO with mobility in her neck and now everyone talks about how advanced my daughter is with turning her head to follow people around the room. Katrina is also a great resource for new mothers. She has given great advice on things like getting my baby to sleep, helping my daughter meet developmental milestones, and when my daughter got an ear infection, she gave great advice on how to relieve the pain naturally.

I highly recommend coming to Dr Katrina! She takes great care of me, my son and my girlfriend for about half a year now. My little guy has been hitting his milestones quicker as well with her help! The knowledge and professionalism with Triada is what makes them amazing.

One of our favorite things about Triada is the atmosphere. They are so welcoming to kids and it made it so easy for us all to get the care we needed, because I didn’t have to worry about my kids “bothering” anyone.Dr. Katrina helped my son starting at around 5 months old overcome his limitations of a tongue and lip tie. We were having trouble with him latching properly and through her care, we were able to drastically improve his latch!Additionally, my older son (age 3) was really struggling with sleeping. Dr. Katrina is amazing! The absolute best!! And her husband Cory who is also a chiropractor! I’m so grateful for them and all that they’ve done for my family. My son and i had a tough delivery including an occiput posterior position and shoulder dystocia. He also had a lip tie and the bones in his face weren’t aligned. He got his first adjustment at just 2 days old!! And LOVED it. Dr. Katrina was also pregnant at the same time as me so she only saw my son for the first 2 weeks of his life and then Dr. Cory took over while she was on maternity leave. Both of them worked to realign Eli’s facial bones and upper palette and after just 3 weeks of adjustments, he went from bottle feeding my breastmilk to exclusively breastfeeding. Then Katrina came back, yayy!! and now 6 months later, my son’s head tilt is barely noticeable and his spine is perfectly aligned except for some minor inflammation in his problem areas from birth. I’ve been getting adjusted regularly as well along with my boyfriend and we have all seen SO many improvements. We sleep better, we move better, we poop better. Everything! Katrina and Cory feel like family now and I recommend them and chiropractic care in general to anyone I speak to that’s a parent. Forever grateful for Dr. Katrina! I originally scheduled an appt back when my husband and I were trying to get pregnant and wanted to make sure I found a chiropractor who was experienced treating pregnant women (Webster certified). I had been seeing another chiropractor before for my upper back/neck pain and although my pain would stop, I had no other real evidence that things were improving. Dr. Katrina was very thorough during my initial visit and took many different baseline readings and explained everything that she was seeing and what we could do to improve it. Also, the office is very calming/welcoming and baby-friendly (no shoes)! I love hearing the christian music playing in the background. After my adjustments, not only have I been pain free, but she has been an amazing source of information since finding out I was pregnant with my first! (She helped me find my birth center & doula). After periodic readings/evaluations, I have been able to actually see that things have drastically improved over the last few months! I feel so thankful to have found her at the perfect time and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

When I started seeing Dr. Gallagher I was in so much pain. My neck had been hurting for months and nothing I was doing was helping. Since I’ve been getting adjustments, I’ve regained full motion in my neck...and I don’t have any pain. My low back was constantly cramping, and that has improved a lot also. Wow! That’s the first word that comes to mind when I think about our journey thus far with Triada. I’ve been to other chiropractors in the past who were fine, but all the corrections never made a difference. What brought me here this time was for my infant. She wasn’t able to have a bowel movement in about 4 to 5 weeks. The pediatrician told me to cut out dairy, however she had no indicators of a dairy allergy. As a last ditch resort before going to see a pediatric GI for a nerve biopsy, I came to Triada. They were able to see me within 24 hours of first emailing them, the office was warm and inviting (there is even a play area and changing table; siblings are encouraged!), and I always leave with new knowledge and encouragement. My daughter pooped after just two adjustments and is now pooping regularly! I’ve been seeing them for about 3 weeks now. Because of this, I am also seeing Dr. Katrina for help to manage my autoimmune inflammation and have noticed subtle differences after only two weeks. The payment packages are affordable to I am financially able to bring my other children as well. She sees dads too, so it truly is a family focused practice. The husband and wife duo makes my heart happy too… really feels like an extension of our family. Go see Dr. Katrina for a consult; you won’t regret it I promise!

I was around 28 weeks pregnant when baby girl was thought to be breech. I had looked up techniques from spinning babies but was also interested in trying chiropractic care. Dr. Katrina was patient and gentle with this chiro newbie. She also took the time to further explain and demonstrate things I could do at home. By my 32 week ultrasound to check position, baby girl was head down. Forever thankful that I was able to avoid a c section!

I met Dr Katrina in Singapore about 6 years ago. I was under her treatment for about 3-4 years and over that time my condition improved drastically for over 10 degrees of spine alignment. My whole family and many friends also visited Dr Katrina and experienced amazing improvements. She is also an exceptional nutritionist, who can design very easy and fun diets. Dr Katrina recently was an expert on Tigerhall where she shared a lot of useful information about the posture, spine and nutrition.

I met Dr. Katrina about a year ago, when she was opening her office in Frisco and I was looking for a new chiro. After breastfeeding for 2,5 years something happened to my back; moreover, I’ve always been tense in my shoulders and had scoliosis since very young. The few chiros I visited before would help one day and next time mess something. I went to specialist in back problem and nothing would help my pain. Dr. Katrina always does a great job not only helping me keep my body adjusted but she is always looking for health ideas and sharing with everybody. Moreover, my son goes with me for monthly adjustment because of his flat feet and when my 5 years old fell from the 7 feet slide and said he could not breath well the first person I thought was Dr. Katrina. I was referred to Dr. Gallagher through a close friend and I am so thankful for this referral. My son is 3 months old and he has torticollis. When I met her she immediatly connected with my son and he would not stop smiling at her. Her kindness and warmth were undeniable. During the adjustment she explained everything that she was doing and why. I explained to her that he was also having digestion issues and following the adjustment bubbles in his tummy were releasing. Not only did my sons tummy release instantly but his torticollis improved as well. When he lays down his head is no longer tilted but it is in a neutral position from one adjustment. She also brought an issue to my attention that I was not aware of. She had asked if he kicked more with one leg than the other. He was kicking with both legs but he had been favoring one side more than another. She explained why this was happening and then treated the issue as well. I will continue to see Dr. Gallagher and I absolutely trust her with my childs care.
