I have been going to allure for almost 3 years. They are absolutely fantastic! Sophie and Christine have never failed my lashes, seriously every single time I walk out feeling like a whole new woman! Mia, and the rest of the crew are also lash masters! Everyone here is seriously the best. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your lashes and that you have an enjoyable experience from the time you walk in, to the very end. I love this place!

I absolutely love this place! They do a wonderful job on my volume lash extensions and I always get a lot of compliments. They also go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during the whole process - there is soft music playing, a pink blanket in case you get cold and a cylinder pillow for under your legs. I also really like how they explain every step that they’re taking even though I’ve been there many times. If you’re near Frisco, I definitely recommend. P.S. The place itself is so cute! Pink everywhere, beautiful chandelier, with a glitter wall when you walk in.

I love this salon! All the lash artists are super clean, professional and friendly. I have been getting my lashes done for 5 years and no one does it like allure lashes. They cater to your preferences, you can get your lashes more or less dramatic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good quality lash place!

Had visited this business many times over the past few years. I had an issue in which most of my lashes were off in less than a week. I called for a follow up appointment at which I was willing to pay. I was then told that because I was unhappy with the service that my money was no longer welcome. Very disappointing that this is acceptable.

Ok, first of all, they do a great job. There is no doubt about that. My wifes eyelashes looked beautiful. So why 3 stars? Its because of the price. The cost for the 3 week refill was $140! I was expecting around $80 or $90. So I called a few other places afterwards and everyone of them said, hybrid refills at 3 weeks are $85! Its literally twice as exspensive! For those of you who have an unlimited eyelash budget, this place is great. But i dont want to spend $300 a month for eyelashes.

For my birthday I went and got a volume set for $135. The next day they started falling out (more than 5 lashes per eye). I called and was told I had 3 days to come in but the times did not work with my work schedule. 1 week later, pretty much all the lashes on my right eye is gone. Everytime I brush up (as I was told) more and more lashes comes out. I’m so upset that I waste this much money for something that didn’t last a week. Will not be back here.

I have been going here for 2 years for lash extensions, and they do an amazing job. I get compliments all the time on my lashes, and they last forever. I’ve tried other places before this one and thought maybe lash extensions just weren’t for me, but it turns out that I was just getting them done by people who lack the expertise and experience of the ones at Allure.

I used to drive an hour away from my home to get my lashes done because I loved my lash girl and am leery about using someone with no references from someone I know, but I LOVE this salon. Came here to get lash extensions and they did a wonderful job! Not only are they professionals at what they do, the atmosphere is so relaxing! I believe I was there for a couple of hours but because it was so soothing, it didn’t feel that long. Second time at this place. Great service and clean salon. My last extension lasts about a month without filling it, and I thought it was super impressive. Nina was super nice and friendly. McCall is great! Location is good, salon could use some updates and fresh smell to make the atmosphere match the prices they charge. Prices are what you pay in Legacy park where the salon is much more chic, drinks offered and definitely a nicer vibe. I will continue coming to the salon as long as McCall is here or prices go up.

My first time getting eyelash extension here at the salon and it turned out great. I was surprised and happy with the result, my eyes look brighter, bigger and prettier with a set of Volume lashes on. I don’t need to put any make up on and still look good and natural which I like. Sophie and Spring (she did my lashes) was wonderful, professional and very friendly. The salon is brand new, nice and look luxurious!

I decided to go in and give this place a try after it had been recommended to me multiple times through friends and seeing reviews. The salon was very clean and the receptionist was friendly and professional. My technician was Sunny and she did a great job. It did take longer than Im used to but the results were great. The only reason Im giving 4 and not 5 stars is because I was a new client and I was charged 165$. Before we got started she did ask what kind I wanted and just said the natural ones, not the volume and she recommended I get the allure set.. so I thought what I was getting would still be in the promotional special..that was the only complaint..

Ive been coming here for a few months, For lash extensions, Spring does a great job for me - I like thicker lashes, not so long and she totally understands what I like. I also had Nina for microblading lips (first time) and brow touch up - she did a great job. The salon is pretty, pink and very clean with music playing, very relaxing and I love the package pricing = great value.

I got a full set of volume, I was cautious because I didnt know how they would come out . I love the dramatic look and was going on vacation to the beach, so I was hoping the lashes wouldnt fall off easy lol. Luckily they didnt ! Joyce did my lashes and she was just great !! My lashes were very full and they were soft. my friend recently passed before i went to the beach and i was crying my eyes out like 7hrs after they were done :( AND THEY STILL WERE LOOKING GREAT! I will be coming back for a refill and this will be my permanent place to get my lashes done from now on, because lash is life ! very very good work !!

I made an appointment for a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow tint. The very first think the lash lady (not sure what to call her) said was why don’t you do extensions. I explained that I have done them before and they were very damaging to my own lashes. She then went on and on about how my lashes were damaged and that I should use caster oil on them. There was a lot of glueing and sticking things to my eyelids with no explanation about what was going on or what to expect, which was uncomfortable because she was using chemicals on my eyes. There was not much talking, but there was plenty of belching. Not awesome.That long uncomfortable process finally wrapped up, and then came the real disappointment. My eyebrows looked like they had been drawn on with a sharpie. There was brown all over my skin, which she waved away as needing to fill in gaps. Brown paint on skin doesn’t fool anyone. My eyelashes were not tinted. When I asked why that didn’t happen, she said it didn’t actually work. Seriously?!? Then why is it on your website.Insult to injury, even though she didn’t do all of the services I signed up for, they charged me more than what the website said I would be charged. I was too mad to argue so I just left. I’ll never, ever go back.

Absolutely love Allure Lashes! Spring does great work and is meticulous with her eyelash application. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always so clean. I have been three times now and my eyelashes always last for so long! I’ve been to other eyelash studios where they would barely hold up for a week and a half to two weeks.

This is the first place I have gone to in the Frisco North Texas area and they are the only ones out of four different places that did exactly what I asked for with lashes. I work in the medical industry and it is very difficult to find a place who will listen very carefully to What you are asking for in A particular outcome. I use to love this place before Spring left. When she did them they last 2 to 3 weeks. I was put with someone else after she quit and now they barely last a week. September 25 I got a fill, October 3rd i got another fill and now its October 11th they are all off. Make no sense and a waste of my money and time driving 35 mins.-Ashley Martin-Moore

I had my lashes lifted and my eyes burned the entire time. I have had my lashes lifted before and never had this happen. The employee also left the room multiple times and only returned to do the next step preventing me from saying anything. The one time they stayed in the room longer than a minute, I informed her of the pain and she said it was normal.

I first visited Allure lashes and had an appointment for a full set with Demi (master stylist). I brought pictures with me to show her what I wanted which was very full voluminous lashes. I told her I was open to volume lashes (which is like 5 lashes in 1) which she did not end up doing. She completed the set I paid and left. On the way home I was looking in my mirror and I was jut not happy with the look. It looked too sparse and there were large gaps in between lashes. I called the salon back and let them know and they asked me to come back in to see if she could add any more lashes in. Demi got busy I guess, so the owner had to take a look at my lashes. She added more lashes and she told me next time I should try the Volume lashes. I appreciated the accommodation by the owner.Fast forward- I needed a fill and booked with Spring (lower level stylist). She removed the old set and applied a new set of volume lashes which looked amazing. She was VERY professional and did exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning to Spring from now on!

I made the huge mistake of walking into this place two days before I was set to go on vacation for a lash lift and tint, the lady who did my lashes who happens to also be the owner ruined my lashes and had the audacity to blame my lashes and say that they’re just crazy and that’s just what they did on their own. She was tugging on my lashes to where I was in pain. I went back and had Spring try to fix them but she was only able to do so much. The owner never came out to apologize or try to make it right. They refused to give me a refund even though my lashes looked a mess. I tried to go elsewhere to have them fixed the next day but nobody would try because my eyes were so swollen, I couldn’t even get lash extensions to cover up the mess. My vacation I’m Hawai’i was partially ruined, I had to cancel our professional pictures that I had booked, I had to wear sun glasses the whole time or use my hair to coverup. It was horrible, I’ve never experienced horrible service like this, please stay away from this place and go elsewhere... don’t even take the chance of this happening to you. Before they try to say that they don’t have a customer by that name... my name is Nataly Martinez.

I had really high hopes on going to meet Mia for my eye extensions. A coworker gave me high hopes of her work. I booked the appointment based on the agreement via phone call with Nina. However, meeting Sophie, I realized I made the horrible mistake of driving from University Park to Frisco. It was the most degrading experience I ever had!!! Sophie wouldnt let the appointment continue or even go forward for future appointments with Mia unless a credit card was given. Meanwhile, a customer waiting was listening to this ASININE Sophie speaking to me in a condescending way. I wanted a consultation with Mia on which set to select- Volume or Natural. She wouldnt even let that happen. She walks over to coffee table and flips the book of lashes in the most uncivilized way to me for confirmation. In addition, she kept pushing for some unknown technician for me to use. I knew fully this family business is trying to give the lower tech experiences/ practices to meet quota probably. Plus, Sophie scolds Nina by saying What did you tell her?!Regardless, I can tell you Sophie does not want Mia to gain more business prospects compare to her. Then the price Sophie quotes doesnt match to the online promotion.So in the end, I told her a paying customer is trying to give you service, and you are rudely pushing her away. Salons like these come and go! Lash techs are a dime a dozen; be a little humbling because money can disappear the next day in your profession.

I decided to try this place out based on all the great reviews. However, my experience was not the same. My lashes have consistently shedded since I’ve started going to this place. I went and got my lashes done and they looked great at first. I received a call from the salon on that Saturday asking if my lashes were good and that you only have 3 days to basically report a problem. The next day I left out of town and I started to notice slight shedding. By that Monday (Memorial Day) much more shedding. I returned back in town and called them that Tuesday to complain (I also didn’t think they were open on Memorial Day so didn’t call). By Tuesday, I had gaps in my lashes on my right eye. They looked terrible. When I called, I was told that I had to pay for a fill even though it hadn’t been a week!!!! I was desperate so payed an additional fee for a week fill in for that Thursday. Now a little over a week later, extreme shedding and major gaps in both lashes. I will never use this place again. I will go back to my other lash places that are further away from home. At least they guaraytheir work past 3 days. This was a total waste of money! Mia was my technician and she’s super kind and sweet but her lashes didn’t last at all.

Take my girl here all the time, she swears by it. Ive taken her to other places but never more than once. It really bugs me when her lashes arent on point. If you want it done right, do yourself a favor, treat yourself, dont cheat yourself.
