Amber was great at doing my hair! To me she is the best at accurate cuts and I never trust anyone else to cut my hair. I also like her ability to be professional yet still personable!!

The ladies at this location customer service is superb! Very welcoming atmosphere, you can tell the work well with each other. Nonetheless they are expertise at their craft. I highly recommend this place!

Was denied a service even after walking in and booking an appointment. Very rude and looked very intentional. Never again to this place who don’t respect customer time. I walked in at 1:45 PM and I was asked to come back at 2:45 PM. I went back on time and waited there patiently as my name was showing number 3 on the waiting list and the stylist was styling 2 other people. After finishing the 2 haircuts, she tells me that there are 7 people ahead of me when the board shows I was number 3 on the line. If you don’t say that is stupidity, then I don’t know what else will be called stupidity. I would call it your gold standard for customer service.

ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCE... The lady could not able to see the difference, on one side she cut my hair really short and other side its still long. I had to show her again and again the difference in mirror to make the correct length of the hair. I had a very normal haircut but the lady made the experience very worst. Its completely worthless to pay $20 for this worth service rather than you can go to Great clips for same service for $6.99.

Amber is the best! I got my hair layered and colored here and I absolutely love the outcome! I come every two weeks.

I definitely have to praise Audrey. The first time I went to this shop I had a horrible experience but Audrey was there to correct it. After the salons opened back up I decided to go back and thankfully Audrey was there. She definitely took care of me again! I will keep coming to this store and bring my kids as long as Audrey is there!!

Second edit: Changing my 4 to 2 stars. We checked in online. When we arrived, we were second in line. A man came in for a walk in, and because he requested a specific stylist, one of the stylists bumped my son down the list because, It will get everyone out of here at the same time. We waited another 15 minutes for the second stylist to finish the kid in front of us, and by then the walk in guy was almost finished, so it got HIM out of there faster and screwed us when we had an event to go to. Im not going to this location again after that.Edit: I have to change my 5 stars to 4 based on our last two experiences with this Supercuts. I have my kids hair cut here. Theyre 6. Recently there has been a new stylist at this location, but Im not sure of her name. Since we sign in online and choose the option for whoever is available first, shes cut my sons hair the last 2 times.The 2 other stylists at this location are awesome, and on 2 occasions, 1 of them has had to fix the new stylists haircut for my son. Thats a little unsettling. I suppose if she wasnt available, my son would have walked out with a funky haircut, but luckily the experienced stylist stepped in.The biggest problem is that the new stylist cut my sons ear and tried to cover it up. His ear started dripping blood, but I was on the opposite side of him. I saw the stylist start dabbing his ear with a towel, and she looked nervous, but she said nothing. Eventually I noticed and said something because I saw blood dripping from his ear.I asked her to get him a bandaid, and she did, but there was no apology for trying to hide it from me. Mistakes happen, and my son wasnt in pain. The issue is the trying to hide it and cutting his hair incorrectly.

Love this place! Walked in with a picture of what I wanted. The two gals that were there studied it and said no, they didnt think they could but for sure Audrey could, shell be in tomorrow. That right there impressed me! Cant tell you how many places have said oh sure and they had NO idea but did it anyway!!! They were right, Audrey knew exactly what i wanted and l could not be happier with my haircut! Will definitely keep going there. Honest people are hard to find, great place, good people, good prices, love it!!

I am your regular customer and when I walk in I figure it you guys lost your best hair stylist Audrey. This place with this new stylist is not going to be great anymore. There is one girl she been here but she not even taking care customers. I got a new stylist and she is very nice person but I felt is new to this and I take my hair very serious and I have to go find a new place. I am really disappointed and I never going to come back here.

Alarra gave me an amazing haircut. She did everything I asked her and more. I really cannot thank her enough. Definitely will be coming back. Super impressed

The lady that cut my sons hair just about 15 minutes ago doesnt have a clue what she is doing. It was sub par at best and was not worth the $18 it cost. Please be cautious when you go in here. Our last experience here was about a year or so ago, and now i know why we quit coming here.

Love new location off of 423 and Stonebrook. Great service. Needed a scalp treatment due to this heat wave. Tea tree treatment did the trick. My scalp is soothed and my hair feels luxurious. Tasty donuts next door.

This place ruined my daughters hair. She received the worst hair cut I have ever seen. It is choppy and uneven. During our visit the women were talking about other guests as they were cutting hair. Very unprofessional. Id rather take her and pay for someone else to correct it instead of contacting them to fix it... will not be returning.
